I was involved in an incident at Douglas location in Roseville 1/6/25 @ 10:30 am.
The Quick Quack technician waved me into the wash, with a larger sized truck ahead of me. In the middle of the wash, my car stopped moving on the conveyor belt system. I had zero visibility with what was ahead of me or behind, with the soap and washers moving. I yelled out to the technician and indicated my car stopped on the belt. She looked and discovered the truck ahead of me had popped off the conveyor rail, and she stopped the equipment. I had her look at the front of my vehicle, and she indicated there was no damage. However, when I pulled around to the vacuum station, there had been significant damage to my front grill. They took the incident report and said I would hear from Quick Quack. Since, Quick Quack will not provide me with the video footage nor provide me with their insurance information. They are insisting that I turn it into my own insurance and that puts me at risk for increased premiums. Their follow up and support has been tragic and they clearly do not care about their customer relationships.
Claimed loss: $7200
Desired outcome: They turn it into their insurance and provide me with a rental while my vehicle is being repaird
