On 3/21/22 we got our car washed on a monthly premium plan
On 3/21/22 we got our car washed on a monthly premium plan. After about 30 seconds into the wash, our vehicle was read ended. The car wash stopped and an alarm sounded. After about 30 seconds the car wash started again and our car completed the wash cycle. We reported the incident to a staff member who stated that his co-worker told him that the other driver went in before she was supposed to and that's why she hit us. His co-worker was standing nearby and shook her head in affirmation. The site manager called us later and said the other driver left her car in drive and that was why she hit us. She said that it was considered a hit and run as if we were in a retail parking lot and we would have to go through our insurance to get repairs covered. We pointed out that since they knew there was a problem, they should have stopped the car wash. They actually said it would not be safe to stand in front of a moving vehicle, to which we said of course not that would be ridiculous. Simply push the emergency stop button, which every car wash has.My wife talked to *** from *** and he said the company would not do anything except provide a license plate to go through our insurance. I called him back to discuss and am told there is no way to contact him or leave him a message. Horrible customer service. This outcome is not acceptable. We were not in a parking lot, as the example was provided, but in a car wash controlled by employees of Quick Quack Car Wash. We followed the directions given to us. If the driver behind us did not, and by Quick Quack's admission they did not, that car should have been stopped or the entire car wash stopped. To have a business, send customers into your machinery providing your directions, and then claim you have no liability for your actions is insane. Do the right thing and take responsibility for your actions.

On July 31, 2022, my son took his Mazda CX7 to a local car wash
On July 31, 2022, Sunday afternoon, my 19-year-old son took his 2012 Mazda CX7 to the Quick Quack Car Wash. He paid for a wash service. During the wash, a loud noise alarmed him. After the wash, he found the car radio antenna and rear window wiper damaged. He informed an employee but no incident report was filed. At home, he told me, and I called the car wash. They said a report should have been made. My husband and I went to the car wash, got a report filed, and took photos of the damage. The report promised contact within 3 business days, but there was no follow-up. After multiple calls, we were told the damages wouldn't be covered due to the car's age. This is why I'm complaining about the car wash. We haven't returned and won't in the future. My husband replaced the antenna and wiper parts from Auto Zone, incurring costs. Thank you.

On 9/14/22 at the *** location (#***) the car wash was extremely busy and understaffed and the cars were being directed into the car wash in very close (and unsafe proximity). My car was pushed into (and collided with) the vehicle in front of me while on the track and in the middle of the car wash. My small children were in the car with me and it was very traumatic for them (our car was trapped in the car wash and we couldn't move). Meanwhile the car wash equipment continued to move and damaged my car in multiple places. I filed an incident report with Quick Quack over a month ago (incident #***) and have called and emailed multiple times but NO ONE from Quick Quack will respond regarding the incident. I was supposed to receive a call within 3 business days that the incident occurred and it has now been over a month.
Happened October 11th 2022.Took my vehicle to quick duck carwash. It was not damaged prior to entering the car wash.It was damaged on the right bumper up the fender. Filled out an incident report. They denied any responsibility. The damage to the vehicle that was incurred could not have possibly been made by any other way but by a roller. No dents on the fender only deep groove and severe brush marks. My jeep Rubicon Gladiator is a 2020. I'm seeking to have to have the damages repaired. .
On 10/03/2022 I was being directed slowly into the Carwash by an Employee
On 10/03/2022 I was being directed slowly into the Carwash by an Employee. As I was being directed in the Employee indicated for me to stop which I did. He then walked to my car, bent down, and picked up my hubcap which had hooked onto the conveyer and been ripped from my car. The employee (*** was his name) told me I would need to put it back on after I went through the carwash. I requested that they help me with this. *** attempted to put the hubcap on my wheel using a rubber ***, but it would not go on (it appears to be bent and damaged). *** and another Employee (***) wrote an incident report and ensured me the manager (***) would be in contact with me the next day. The following day I never received a call. I went to the Carwash in person and was told the manager was not in until the following day; I waited two more days with no contact and returned again and was told again the manager would call me. I was also shown the video footage of my car being damaged and assured the manager had agreed to replace my hubcap. I did not received any calls, and returned two more times in person to speak with the manager without any success. (Total of 4 in person visits). I attempted to call several times as well but was never able to reach a live person on the phone or leave any message. On 10/11/22 I received a brief email from the manager saying they will not replace my hubcap. They refuse to call or talk to me on the phone. This business has damaged my vehicle and refuses to take accountability or compensate me for the repair I am now being forced to do myself. I want them held accountable, and I do not want this to continue to happen to others. I believe their machinery is a huge risk for serious damage to the public's vehicles, and if they are not responsible enough to manage and handle the incidents that take place, they have no business running such an operation

I went to the quick quack car Wash in *** on *** on 9/10 of 2022. When I was going through the car wash I had some issues getting in and the young man who was trying to direct me kept confusing me. They finally got me into the actual car Wash and as soon as I got in I got a message that my tire pressure was off. When I exited the car wash my tire was completely flat on the front driver side. I went to find the employee that I spoke to and he saw the tire I asked him what I could do if he had air he just directed me to the convenience store on the corner so I left right away and by the time I got to the convenience store my tire was completely flat. Long story short my tire was punctured when I went through the car wash they did not bother to get back with me today I finally tracked down someone and got a hold of the manager who flat out told me that it was my fault and they were not paying for it he would check to see if they could get me a little bit of money to go toward the new tire that I had to buy. He was also very rude and basically told me it was all my fault even though I asked someone else to get my car through there because of the issues we were having.there was no customer service there was no I'm so sorry there was nothing and now I'm left having to get a brand new tire because of this incident and the way they have treated me it was just like I was completely an idiot.
I am a frequent user of the *** quake on Zinfindale in *** I had one of my cars on the monthly plan and switched the plan to my new car. I took my new car through the car wash and noticed scratches on my hood and truck I immediately informed the attendant who told me this happens all the time and that he would do a claim. the attendant informed me this can happen if a rock or debris gets caught on the brushes of the car wash. I waited a few days and received a call from a representative of quick quake who told me that they were not responsible and that the direction of the scratches this could not have happened at their car wash. I was understandably upset because I had only had my car for a few days and there were no scratches on the car before I went through the car wash but now they are. the representative was so noncaring and cold and could not care less about what just happened at their establishment. I AM SO UPSET AND ANGRY RIGHT NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
Washing my new truck at Quick Quack Carwash in ***. Video showed the passenger roller scrubber was out of adjustment from the car that was in front of me, causing the roller to swing back and forth many times. When my truck was in line to go through this process, the passenger side roller was now on the Driver side and wanted to get back to it's original position. The roller started bouncing against the truck causing damage to the hood, A, B, pillars, back of the pillar, and truck bed. Estimate is over ***.oo. Quick Quack has admitted this is their fault and I was told to get an estimate. I did. Since this time, I have contacted the car wash over 12 times by phone. The Store Manager mentioned they need higher approval to fix the car. They have had over a week to gain this approval and still nothing. The incident is well over a month now, and Quick Quack is dragging their heels on both A) *ontacting me, B) Doing nothing to resolve the issue and fix the truck. Reading the profiles here it looks like Quick Quack has a problem contacting people where they are responsible for damage to a vehicle using their car washes. Small claims is looking like it will be the only viable option to correct the damage they have done to my truck.
I visited a car wash this weekend in my new 2022 Palisade, which emerged unscathed
I visited a car wash this weekend with my 2 month old 2022 Palisade, which emerged without any damage. During the wash, I heard a loud bang near the driver's side rear. Afterward, in the drying bay, I discovered several dents and scratches on the driver's rear side and a missing roof rack. I informed an assistant manager and filed an incident report. I requested to speak with the manager regarding insurance coverage, but was denied and given the regional manager's contact instead. After calling, we received footage showing the top brush snagging and tearing off my roof rack, then causing further damage along the side of my car. The regional manager later blamed potential installation issues or attempted theft, despite the video evidence and my unopened key package. Contrary to their policy of covering factory-installed parts on vehicles less than 5 years old, they denied responsibility. The broken roof rack clip and the video clearly indicate the car wash's fault. Their customer service and business ethics were severely lacking, and their honesty was questionable.

My car was damaged entering the carwash under the instruction of the attendant. Incident report was filed on the spot, but after that all communication has stopped. I have emailed and telephoned every possible way I can think of but have yet to receive any response other than "someone will get back to you" (and I have received this response, or a request to provide all the information again... and again... every single time I contact them). This is now going on 5 months I think. The body shop where I took it for an estimate said they can't provide a full estimate without teardown of the bumper to inspect what might be broken internally.
The seal that secures the wind deflector on my truck came off during a car wash while going through the air-dryers at Quick Quack. The following week, the wind deflector came of at one end due to it no longer being held down at the latch by the seal that came off the week before. I completed two incident reports total, and received a call back from "***" who stated due to my car being 5+years old, they could not doing anything about the damage, were not responsible for it becasue the car was did not malfunction, and that I could not elevate the issue because he is at the highest level. I have been a Quick Quack car wash member since 3/20/22, washing 2 cars, 3-4 x a week and had washed my car there before becoming a member. Prior to, I had not issues with any seals on my car. I will be pursuing this issue further.
I've been a customer with this company since they moved to ***, , specifically for my brand new *** 2020 Accent which I wanted to keep in tip top shape. Until recently it was fine, until I get a wash and my antenna is missing and my circuitry is exposed, I go back and complain, they file an incident report, and end up finding my antenna in the car wash. It was clear their machines broke it since its a brand new car that's never been in a accident. I wait about 2 weeks until I call, and they call back saying my claim was denied. I've been paying 60 dollars every month for about 2 years and you guys can't own up to simple damage caused by ***.The damage happened on Sep 3rd 2022 at the *** Location in ***.License plate : *** - 2020 *** Accent 1: All I want is the damage repaired, or compensation to get my car repaired, this is fair and not asking for much.2: IF my issue is fixed I will remove or edit my complaints to be fair, until then I will be furthering action until my car is repaired.I've been a customer with you *** for a while, since before I had a new car and was driving a *** mercury, I'm really hurt that your company didn't own up and offer to repair my car as soon as it was reported since this is a brand new car, if it was a old car I wouldn't even have complained and would have just asked for my antenna back, I'm being as fair as possible.
On 09/21/22, I used the Quick Quack carwash at ***. When I got home shortly after, I noticed my roof was damaged with many deep scratches. There were no other scratches on the car.
Good Afternoon,I am writing this complaint in regards to Quick Quack Car Wash
Good Afternoon,I am writing this complaint in regards to Quick Quack Car Wash. This company is advertising a service to it's users as a month-to-month subscription which is billed as a 1 Time Payment on a monthly basis. However that is not the service that I ended up paying for. After further investigation with my banking associate we found out that this was not the case and that I was being billed 2 or even 3 charges per month for a service that is being advertised as a monthly subscription. There are charges which I can see a consistent subscription which should be billed on the 17th of each month per my bank statements that I can see. However there are some months I am charged 2 times or even 3 times for the same transaction. There are a total of 10 authorized transactions which follow a pattern of a consistent billing history following either on the 17th or 18th of each month. The only way that I found out about this was due to negligence of the employees of Quick Quack Car Wash for not cancelling my membership. I cancelled my membership back in Feb of *** the carwash which caused damages to my vehicle. I am more concerned over the safety of my private information and debit card information. It seems that the employees do not take the required efforts to protect confidential information such as debit card information. However, all the additional charges I do not authorize... I have attached several documents outlining these transactions in my bank statement and *** highlighted all the unauthorized charges that do not follow a billing pattern and are all double or even triple charges. You will see a separate list of approved transactions which should have been the service I paid for. And 24 unauthorized transactions which I was being billed for...I have already contacted the company and they are showing some efforts however I think they need some pressure to understand the urgency that this is not right!

On October 2, 2023, I took my new 2023 KIA to the local Quick Quack car wash
On October 2, 2023, I took my new 2023 KIA to the local Quick Quack car wash. Returning from a trip with red dirt on my car, I experienced a malfunction at the wash. No rinse or soap was applied before brushes started scrubbing, scratching my car. We honked to stop the wash and had them rinse the car, but issues persisted. The staff was helpful and apologetic. I filed an incident report and returned the next day to meet the manager, who denied the scratches were from the wash. I showed him the scratches aligned with the brush direction, but he denied responsibility and claimed they had no insurance, which was untrue. He sent a denial letter, acting as a claims adjuster. I obtained professional opinions from a paint and a restoration shop, both confirming the damage was from the wash. The manager falsely told me the paint shop retracted their statement, which they refuted. He offered $125 for the $900 damage. I refused and requested insurance details to file a claim. He said the incident report was the claim, which he denied. After insistence, he agreed to send claim filing information but never did and ceased communication.

I took our car through their car wash on Saturday May 14, 2022
I took our car through their car wash on Saturday May 14, 2022. When I pulled out to dry off, and vacuum. I started noticing scratches along both sides on my car and they were quite significant. I was stunned. But I took video of damage & went to grab an attendant who helped me fill out a report. I was told the store leader would call me on the following Monday. But not until 05/19/22 I got a voicemail (and text) from someone claiming to be store leader & asking me to send pictures. I am extremely weary of texting info to an unknown (and possibly a personal cell?). I visited the store 3 times trying to speak with the store leader. He was always not working today, not there yet, or just left for the day. Its almost impossible for me to catch *** dont have a way to call the store. I am a busy executive who would normally cut my losses and move on. I believe Quick Quack depends on people giving up- out of pure frustration. When I finally spoke to store leader he asked me how old my car was, then told me that he believes my car already had these scratches. I cannot imagine how a person with decent vision would not notice these scratches, so he was essentially calling me a liar. Then I refused his unprofessional & ignorant opinion. This made him defensive and he immediately started being hostile. Told me he would not provide me with any contact info for Quick Quack (above him). I was stunned, again. So I started to grab my phone and said- could you say that again so I can record it? He ran into his shack and literally hid and would not come out. I stayed there for *** They said unless Store leader filed an incident report they couldnt even speak to me! I begged them to help me. Several phone calls & weeks later; I got someone to read my acct which said Quick Quack saw scratches on video. But have destroyed the video. Seems odd? Literally giving me no options or even a supervisor to speak to!

On July 18th, 2022, I was in a car wash accident in an unnamed city, and the company was at fault.
On July 18th, 2022, I visited Quick Quack car wash and was involved in a multiple car accident due to a machine malfunction. After being trapped between two cars, I spoke with the manager who completed an incident report for my vehicle and others affected. The manager mentioned reviewing surveillance footage to determine fault. If the truck ahead was at fault, I'd need to contact their insurance; otherwise, Quick Quack would be liable. Weeks later, they acknowledged responsibility. I provided repair quotes, but they became unresponsive after seeing the costs. Over a month later, on August 22nd, I sought the manager's superior without much progress. The superior offered $1500, insufficient for the damages. Despite my efforts to settle, including two emails, communication ceased, with the last contact on September 9th.

My new truck received bumper and body damage at this Quick Quack Car Wash
My new truck received bumper and body damage at this Quick Quack Car Wash. On 11/26, we drove our new 2021 truck through the wash as we have done hundreds of times before. When we arrived, the Quick Quack employee instructed us to drive our truck into the wheel rails that help guide your vehicle through the wash. We drove it onto the rail as instructed by the employee, and followed the very familiar instructions of the employee of "place the car on neutral and no hands, and no brakes." After the vehicle moved forward and was being soaped, the wheel rails pushed our truck out of the barrier and made the front wheel come off of the guard rail to the left. The truck continued to move forward even though the front wheel had come off the rail. The front bumper then hit something. Then one of the brushes hit the back part of the truck. As a result of this incident, my truck received a deep scratch on the front bumper, the front bumper was damaged, and the driver rear side has a deep scratch. I filed an incident report that day at Quick Quack. A few days later, a QQ incident representative contacted me and said it was our fault, claiming we touched the steering wheel causing the truck to come off the track. We have over 15 years of experience bringing our vehicle to QQ and at no time did we touch the steering wheel. Quick Quack has denied responsibility even though they have video of what occurred that day, and acknowledge our vehicle came off the rails. The video does not show me touching the wheel. I have 15 years of experience taking my car to QQ and am very familiar with the rules of placing our car on "neutral, no hands, no brakes." Quick Quack caused damaged to my brand new vehicle and has video proof of it. However, QQ made false and inaccurate statements regarding the incident and it has failed to take responsibility of the $3,809.65 of damage it caused my vehicle. Quick Quack needs to be held responsible and pay for the damage it caused my brand new truck.

On May 27 at 9 AM, I took my 2019 Audi Q7 to a car wash in a local area.
On May 27 at 9 AM, I took my three-week-old 2019 Audi Q7, which I had just bought used, through a local quick quack car wash. While going through, my back windshield wiper was damaged at the point where the blade attaches to the arm. I contacted quick quack car wash's online phone number for guidance. After a 30-minute conversation with a customer service representative, I was advised to visit the store immediately to file a claim with the team leader. At 4:30 PM, I drove to the store, where the team leader and other employees assessed the damage and processed my claim. They assured me they would handle the situation and direct me to the appropriate repair service. I had preemptively ordered a new wiper arm and blade from a local Audi dealership for under $130. The team leader asked me to forward the receipt, which I did via text and email that afternoon. He was considerate and even checked in later to confirm I submitted the correct paperwork. My reimbursement was processed. When the part arrived, I reached out to the store for installation guidance, but the response was dismissive. The team leader informed me that my case was closed since I had not used their parts and service. He ended the call abruptly, leaving me without a resolution or clear instructions. I was not briefed on any policy or procedure for what comes next. I just need assistance with fixing my rear wiper.

On 7/22/22, I got a standard carwash from Quick Quack Carwash and found scratches after.
On 7/22/22, I got a standard carwash from the Quick Quack Carwash in the evening after work. I drove home and parked in a dark garage. The next morning I noticed multiple scratches on the hood of my car that were not there the day before. The only explanation for these would be from the carwash. As soon as I noticed this, I took photos and I submitted an online complaint that day. I called that day as well to the corporate office. I was instructed to go to the site of the wash and submit the complaint. I did so the following day on 7/24. The staff took photos in a bright glaring sun with an iPad. I received a response email from their corporate office requesting a call from me on 7/26. I called multiple times on 7/26, 7/27, and 7/29 and finally I finally spoke with someone on 8/2 after I sent them another email. I was told their photos were of poor quality and they had a hard time seeing the damage. I sent them an email with the photos I took on 7/23. I finally heard back on 8/23 that my claim had been denied because "the damage being claimed is inconsistent with the wash. Our wraps are made of foam and neoprene and rotate in a different direction than the scratches on your hood. If something were to be stuck in the wrap it would leave a consistent straight line scratch from the front to the back of the vehicle." There is literally nothing else that touched the hood of my car that could've caused these scratches. Where else does Quick Quack think they came from? I never park under trees when I'm out because this is a brand new car and I don't want to risk any damage, and always park in a garage at home. I am submitting this claim to Complaintsboard.com with the hope that this can be resolved and get the paint job repaired by Quick Quack without going to court. But please be aware, if I do not get this response, I am prepared to take further measures to get this result. They are at fault and it is clear. They cannot deny this responsibility.

Sometime in late November I noticed an amount come out of my bank account going to Quick Quack Car Wash
Sometime in late November I noticed an amount come out of my bank account going to Quick Quack Car Wash. I was more than what a car wash costs, but I sort of shrugged it away until I saw it again in December . I immediately looked them up on the website dontdrivedirty.com that was provided. There of course was no number. I sent them a very detailed email where I demanded that they cease and desist from taking money from my account when I had NEVER EVER given them authorization. How they acquired access is unknown to me and I explained that it was illicitly given to them by someone. I received a response from them that provided a phone number for immediate assistance then they explained how I can easily manage my membership on their website. I responded back that I don't have or want a membership with them and that I would call the police if they continued to take money from my account and they responded by sending me an email of my email. Additionally, when I call the number they provided, it goes to a never-ending hold (I waited 33 minutes before I gave up). Since then, they have been sending me ads telling me about the perks of my "membership." It's as if they are brain-dead mixed with evil. Part II of this mess is my bank is ***. When I spoke to them and asked them to block these dirt-bags, they responded that they couldn't. Am I in the Twilight Zone? As it turns out, they have been taking $26.99 out of my account since June 21. The Only way it got past me was that my son passed away the month before that and I was a zombie pretty much. Initially, I only asking that they stop removing money from my account and close whatever membership they have with me, but since they don't want to acknowledge my complaints, I would like for them to pay me every dime they took out of my account; particularly since I have never once used any such membership. No one close to me have. The last withdrawal was just yesterday 02/22. They have withdrawn a total of $242.91 from my account despite my requests for them to stop. I want every dime of that returned. I can provide bank statements and emails to prove exactly what I have said here. Please help me with them.

In early July, my husband and I visited the Quick Quack location on Airline in Corpus Christi, Texas
In early July, my husband and I visited the Quick Quack location on Airline in Corpus Christi, Texas. We asked the attendant about the monthly price of $26.99 vs the one time price of $19.99. We were informed we could have unlimited car washes for 30 days. So we paid the price with my husband's credit card. He returned later in the month and paid the monthly fee for the other vehicle. However there was a sale going on so he was able to get it for $9.99. He and I returned later in the month for another wash and he asked if the sale was still available and were told yes. He asked how he could get the lower price on the other vehicle and was told "come back on August 7 and we can offer you the special price." We returned on August 7 and were told a completely different story. The attendant on duty told us that our membership had already renewed on August 5 so we could not take advantage of the special pricing. We were surprised to hear the membership word because this was never conveyed to us. Nor were we ever told the credit card would be automatically charged. There is nowhere on the signage where the monthly price is displayed that states you are purchasing a membership. The attendant told us we could cancel and gave us an 800 number to call. He said that it was part of their training that they disclose this information before they could proceed. We told him were not informed either time. My husband was prepared to leave but was told "go through the wash, it's OK. " I called the 800 number 2 days later and found out it was indeed a membership and that we could cancel, which I did. I asked for a refund but was told I could not receive a refund because I had used the car wash. I tried to explain to the customer service agent that I was told by their attendant to use the wash but she refused the refund. She informed me the manager of the location would call me in 3 - 5 days which has not happened. I have tried repeatedly calling them but the line is always busy. I know there is another location in Corpus Christi that posts the proper information regarding purchasing a membership. The customer is able to drive up to a terminal and see all information on the screen, make a payment and receive a receipt. The attendant at the location I used had a tablet and we were not shown the screen or informed about the membership.

On October 14, I went to the provo quick quack location to get my car washed
On October 14, I went to the provo quick quack location to get my car washed. I enter the car wash and noticed that the left side brush broke my car side mirror. I called customer service as I finished the wash. They submitted a complaint and told me to file an incident report with the manager on sight. I went to the manager finishing the car wash. His name is ***. I told him that the brush broke my car side mirror. The rest of my car mirror part was stuck in the convar belt and making a clunky sound. He kept going back and forth saying he could see anything. He and I file a incident report and he said once he reviewed the camera footage he would get back to me the next day. A few days later I got a call and he asked me to get him a quote of the repair. I went to my dealership. *** brown Toyota in Orem, Utah. They inspected and quoted me the cost of part and labor. I came back with the quote and handed him the quote to print himself a copy. He did and told me it would take 2 weeks for a check to be process for the payment. I came back 2 weeks later, and I found out the manager I was dealing with had quit and a new person was on sight. Manager ***. I told her the issue I was going through and that I was here to pick up the check. She proceeded to tell me that the office was disorganized and that there was no record of my claim. I've worked with her for the past few days submitting paperwork again to get my car mirror replaced. I had the dealership contact her and give her the quote directly. She promised to have the payment available in 1 week after submission. 1 week later *** called the dealership calming that she would only pay what she wanted and was terribly rude with my dealership. She then processed to call me after I had texted her ealier Friday 13th, 202 for an updated. She told me that she would not paid the full amount the dealership quite because she was told it was a smaller part from the previous manager. The dealership did an inspection and know what needs to be replace. *** and *** are not experts on car repair to quot what needs to be replaced. As I tried to answer her, she started telling me i was raising my voice and needed yo calm down.. i wasn't even escalating the call but She then acted unprofessional on the phone and hung up the call. I've called multiple time to their customers service to direct me to their regional manager to fix this issues but I keep getting told they only thing they can do is to submit a request. They won't give me any information for the regional manager. I've submitted 3 requests and haven't heard back from anyone. I need help! I don't know what else to do!

I am a long time member of your company. And the employee that's in the office at Palm Springs was telling me the next time I come through. I cannot, you won't let me through. Because my window has plexiglass.
I've been going through other car with no problem.
I think he was trying to evert his authority
My rim was scratched during my wash this morning. I have a membership and never experienced and issue before today, I know it was during the wash and would like for cameras to be inspected and a resolution to this. While my car was being washed I felt my tires hit a bump that misaligned the entire vehicle.
Not rinsing soap off car, employees not guiding car in carefully, location closed when should be open
I don’t get help with customer service on getting reimbursed for repairs for my vehicle that their equipment caused. Now I can’t open my hood. Been told multiple times they would call me back, but never do!
I went through the new car wash in cathedral city on Friday April 28th with my grey Mercedes-Benz E300 and it damaged the very top of my front windshield resulting in a crack down the window. I did not immediately notice it, but noticed it when I was getting back into my car the following day. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

After signing up for a premium membership I took my *** CRV through the wash a few times. After one of which I noticed the fender cover of my vehicle had been ripped off during the wash. I showed an employee and they had me fill out a form.2 weeks later I received an email outlining the following process: I was to attain 3 separate estimates for the repair, one of which was their preferred provider Pro Dynamic Collision. After running all over town getting these estimates I sent them to quick quack and waited for 1.5 weeks for a response at which point I was told I would need to wait 2 weeks to schedule the appointment. I waited and finally received a call from the mechanic who could only schedule me in the following week. I then dropped off my vehicle for 1 full week and was told on 3 separate occasions that the wrong part had been ordered and the correct one would be there tomorrow. Finally I requested to have my vehicle returned to me as It is the only one I have to get around and asked them to contact me when they had the part. It has been 2 months during which time I have called every week and left a message. It is my experience that quick quack intentionally strung out the process and did not provide me with a rental vehicle in an effort to discourage me from following through with the repair which they were contractually obligated to see done.
On August 19 I was getting my car washed (2022 *** Outback) when I heard a loud noise. Upon exiting the car wash I noticed one of my crossbars was no longer attached to my brand new car. I spoke to an employee and file an ancient report. I have since sent Quick Quack a repair estimate, parts invoice from the dealer and signed a accident release form. It is November 3rd and I have yet to be compensated for the damaged they incurred to my vehicle! *** has been non-responsive, told me to go to the brand and speak with store leader. I showed up at the Exposition branch and the store leader outright refused to see me or even speak to me. I suggest to everyone to use a different service. I am also in talks with my attorney regarding this blatant disregard for their customers and their property.
I went through the Quick Quack car wash location # *** in ***, *** on 9/2/2022 and when I arrived home I noticed a part off my car had damaged by the car wash. I have called their call center on too many occassions to count and have sent multiple emails. I have spoken to multiple employees who have promised that someone would contact me within 24 hours, some say *** hours...its different every time. The only consistent thing is that NOBODY ever to this point has contacted me to go about repairing a small part.At the beginning I was told it had to be handled by the manager at the location and to go there. I have been there multiple times to talk to the manager. NEVER there. I have left my name and number with employees, notes on his desk, and he should have the incident report one of the employees gave me when this occurred. I was given his cell number to contact him. Never has answered or returned one message. The unprofessionalism, the lies, the ethics (especially over something so small) is a disgrace.
