Quick Quack Car Wash review: Poor poor management and watch out for damage!

6 months ago we got a car wash at Mall dr. location, St. George, UT. There was a large, chunky plastic bucket or step stool or something in the car wash that our car dragged out and started causing issues. We had to take our car in, sit 1/2 day, get our undercarriage fixed, pay for it ourselves. The QUACKS promised to send us a check for re-imbursement TWICE! NOPE. Lies, empty promises. MONTHS LATER very frustrated we called AGAIN. The manager promised to meet my husband at the location with a check. NOPE! Unbelievably she was a NO SHOW. When we contacted her she said she wasn't a "no show" even though she was, plus she made every excuse. Said she was "human". My husband had to go out of his way and schedule AGAIN to finally get re-imbursed like 6 months after the fact! NO ACCEPTABLE. I am letting everyone know what you might deal with. I have called and tried to get through to the owner/senior mgt. where I was promised they would contact me in up to 1 week. NOPE! THEY DON'T CARE!
