So I was in Calgary and my car broke down on 32nd ave. These guys from ASAP Towing Calgary come out to help, but then they hit me with extra charges saying they had to wait for me. But the thing is, they were still in the middle of towing my car when they said that. Honestly, their service was pretty bad. I wouldn't recommend using them at all.

Then he goes and tells me I'm booked for towing, but I was like, hold up, I didn't agree to that without knowing the price first. And then he says they can't tow my car anyway. Seriously, what kind of service is that? If that guy isn't the owner, I have no idea how he's working in a job where he has to talk to customers.
I'm telling you, stay away from this company.
I'm giving them a 1-star review because that's the lowest option available. But honestly, it deserves less. They really need to think about who they hire to deal with their customers. It's just not right.
