Car damage , they are never responsible
Car damage , they are never responsible. Will be canceling my carwash. Just do it yourself. Save your car and time trying to argue with them.

Car scratched in car wash.
I went to Crew carwash on Nov 22 2023.
During the wash cycle I heard a noise like something scratched my car. I drove home afterwards and looked at my car. There was a scratch and on it from the wheel well across the passenger side door. I called and spoke to a manager and I brought my car back and took photos. I showed him where I thought it was in the wash that I heard the noise. He agreed with me that the scratch was from something that might of gotten stuck in the wash. He filled out a report and took pictures.
Claimed loss: Scratch on passenger side of car
Desired outcome: Fix the scratch on my car.
Needing to bring the mirrors back to direct us into the car wash instead of depending on the employees because they play to much
You guys need to put that mirror back up for when customers come in because I am tired of having to purchase new tires because your employees DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DIRECT CARS IN before making us go into neutral. The employees play way to much with EACHOTHER a they do not do what they are suppose to do as far as directing properly. I’ve just paid 1600 dollars on new tires because the corners of the rails punctures the tires or scrap the hell out of my rims because of listening or watching the employees try to direct me onto the rails. THIS IS REALLY CRAZY TO ME! I’ve been coming to crew car wash for some time an I have to admit I miss the mirrors that were up so I can watch myself pull in onto the rails without swiping my tires or rims
Scratches on the hood of a 2023 Hyundai Sonata
I have had to take my car to Gerber Collision for an unrelated insurance claim. While dropping off the car, they noticed and marked on the car where there were several long scratches on the hood. No other scratch marks were immediately visible. This has been over the span of the past three weeks. I recently moved to KOKOMO, Indiana and have a membership for a complete wash, wax and tire bright.

Broken wiper blade on back of 10 honda odyssey
Went threw car wash on July 9, 2023. Exiting carwash noticed blade on back window was damaged. Talked with management with the understanding everything would be fixed. I had to wait 2 weeks for the Pacific estimate. While waiting blade scratches window. Bill is 1314.56 not happy way I'm getting treated for crews mishaps. Just won't my van fixed and don't think in no way have to except less.

I took my car to Crew Carwash located at 10229 E. Washington St. in Indianapolis. When exiting the car wash to wipe down the car, I saw the bag that had been placed over the rear wiper was gone, and the wiper blade had broken off and was hanging down. The manager, Nolan, removed the broken blade. He made an incident report, gave me a form to fill out with my contact information and a description of my car, then took photos of the broken parts. He gave me a receipt and said someone from their office would be in contact with me. March 6 at 12:45 PM I received an email from Crew Carwash Customer Service stating Service Report #37042 had been received. March 13, I received a denial of responsibility letter from Crew Carwash along with a coupon for a free car wash. I have an estimate from Ray Skillman Kia for $222.00 plus tax to replace the wiper blade assembly. There was no previous damage to my car. It is a 2006 Kia Sportage that is well-maintained. My car is kept in the garage and I do not drive a lot, as the odometer shows the mileage is just over 40,000 miles. The carwash damaged my car, and they should be responsible for paying to replace the wiper assembly.

I had an ultimate car wash pass and I decided to take in my brand new 2022 *** blazer on April 12 2022 for a wash and came out with a round scratch and dent on the bumper. Filed a report with manager and was told to wait for an email from corporate. On Friday April 15th 2022 corporate sent email stating that base on the evidence of the pictures the manager took it couldnt of been their car wash that damaged my car. Based on the complaints that I have read here it seem like this is a common problem at crew car wash. They find all kinds of excuses to not take care of their customers. They leave me no choice that to seek legal action.
On April 15, 2022, after leaving work, I went to Crew Carwash. While going through the carwash, I heard a loud bang against my rear passenger door. Once I exited the carwash, I got out to inspect my vehicle and discovered my rear tow cap was missing. It was definitely in place when I left work; I'm certain of this because I approached my vehicle from the back, as is my routine. I filed a claim with Crew Carwash and was told their carwash could not have caused the damage to my car. However, I am certain I heard a hard object, which was my tow cap, striking my vehicle. I am currently a pass member with Crew but will be canceling my membership. After reviewing complaints on their site, I am convinced that not all these customers are being untruthful. Crew Carwash needs to take responsibility for the damages their establishment is causing.
Went through carwash and was stuck for at least 3min while the brushes were spinning on my vehicle and left scratches and chopped paint on top above window. Also seen them working on something having to do with the carwash at the time came around to tell them about my problem. Then got a email telling me the scratches were there before but if they actually looked at there video's they would see that there was no paint gone above my windshield when going in and they could also see a when there was a problem with there machine at the time I was getting a wash and that I was not moving in the car wash and that the brush pound my Cadillac escalade for at least 3 or more minutes. My son was watching and asked why we aren't we moving. It happened on Wednesday the 20th 2022. In the crew carwash at ***. I don't ask for much but when you're machine scars my vehicle I want fixed. I had no problem with crew and wouldn't of they could admit it was there problem and really look into it. I mean lied when you said there was no problems on that day that you're machine was working perfect check and you will see your wrong. Or I would have never made complaint.
I visited Crew Carwash and found damage after the wash
I visited Crew Carwash on 1/10/2022. I have an Unlimited Ultimate Wash Pass with Wheel Clean. I own a Brand New 2021 Prius and have used this location on Multiple Occasions with No Issue. The morning I went, it was cold. I went through the wash and heard a loud noise. After arriving home, I noticed my bumper was cracked and the fender well missing. I contacted the manager, who initially agreed to let me watch the incident video. Later, I was denied access to the video. Corporate representatives said I could only watch the video at the specific location. After filling out an Incident Report, I have not received follow-up communication as promised. I demand my car be repaired and a loaner provided during the repair. Incident Report #R54535
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Formal damage report filed due to damage caused by their carwash to my vehicle. Claim was denied stating that my BRAND NEW car was already damaged prior.
I have taken my car through Crew Car Wash in Merrilliville *** for years. I took it through on the morning of March 10th 2022 and the wash had ripped off my factory plastic spare tire cover. I went back to file the claim with the manager and he stated customer service would reach me by email. Several days later I received the email saying that they denied my claim because they dont cover damage to tire covers. I advised them it was a factory original cover and have never had any issues before and still they refused to fix it. $269.00 for the part and the price for a body shop to paint the cover.
On March 4, 2022, I went through the car wash and suddenly my car veered off the track. I was not handling the steering wheel at the time. I was engaged in conversation with a friend when, without warning, sirens blared and my car started heading towards the dryer blowers. In that moment, I attempted to navigate back onto the track to avoid a collision. Fortunately, my car made it through without striking anything or being struck from behind. However, my right front tire sustained a 3-inch gash from an object in or on the track. The car wash crew, after reviewing a photo, suggested that my wheel might have been turned, causing it to climb the 4-inch track edge, or that my car was out of alignment. Contrary to their theory, the tire dealer confirmed that my car's alignment was fine and would not have led to the incident. I only touched the steering wheel after the car had left the track, in an effort to prevent hitting the dryer. I am certain that I did nothing to make my car jump off the track. The incident resulted in a $250 expense for a new tire, and I believe that the car wash should be responsible for this cost.
After going through the carwash on April 30th, one of the towels ripped at least 1.5 ft under my hood and fender causing damage on my 2020 vehicle. My vehicle did NOT have any prior damage. Today 6 days later crew car wash denies responsibility, saying it may have been loose. They can see every time I get my carwash on the unlimited pass, Ive never had an issue. Not only should Crew carwash be repairing the gap between my fender and hood, they should be refunding this months fee for unlimited carwash. I will no longer be doing business with them.
I visited Crew car wash on 96th street in Indianapolis on Friday 2/19, while inside of the car wash my windshield on my SUV was cracked from top
I visited Crew car wash on 96th street in Indianapolis on Friday 2/19, while inside of the car wash my windshield on my SUV was cracked from top to bottom. I noticed the crack had occurred while still in the car wash. I spoke to an employee at that location that took pictures, advised me of the claim process and assured me that "this happens sometimes but customer service usually handles these". I received an incident report and advised that customer service would contact me with 48 business hours. I contacted customer service on Monday 2/21 and was advised that my case was being worked and someone would contact me. I then received an email from Crew that stated they were not responsible for the damage that occurred to my windshield while in the car wash, they stated that it must have been the "integrity of my windshield". I then contacted crew customer service again to discuss the email I was sent. I spoke to a manager and was advised that there is no way to dispute their findings or escalate this issue. I then made a social media post as well and searched social media and located 4 other individuals that have had the same thing happen to them at Crew carwash since January 1. This is no coincidence there is some fault here via equipment, water pressure or something that is causing this to happen to multiple vehicles.
I bought a vehicle in good condition just before visiting this car wash to give my new vehicle a bath as it was dirty
I bought a vehicle in good condition just before visiting this car wash to give my new vehicle a bath as it was dirty. (Keep in mind, I just had it fully inspected by a licensed mechanic) and the lot I bought this vehicle from is 1 block over from the car wash. There was no issues with the vehicle before getting a car wash. After exiting the car wash I saw what I thought was a streak of water and come to find out It was not water but a crack in the middle of my windshield straight down the entire windshield. I received a letter today stating "aftet reviewing your claim, we have determine that your cracked windshield is not a direct result from your recent visit to Crew." Well it has to be when it has literally been inspected minutes prior to getting the car washed. I have proof of sale date of the vehicle and willing to get a statement that the windshield was not cracked or damaged and was in perfect condition by the mechanic whom it was inspected. The funny joke is they refuse to replace my windshield but yet for "wanting to regain my trust..." they gave me a free car wash... FIRST... HOW CAN SOMEONE GET A CAR WASH WITH A BUSTED WINDSHIELD THAT OCCURED UPON SERVICE... SECOND...Why would I revisit after going through what I just did with this new car and now a broken windshield. I want it replaced and paid for by Crew Carwash.
The weather stripping on my vehicle was blown off by the force of the water pressure at Crew Carwash at ***. The weather stripping was securely attached and I had no issues prior to entering the wash, but the weather stripping flew off before I exited. The weather stripping was factory installed at the time my vehicle was manufactured (original). The Crew manager went in to retrieve the weather stripping that had flown off the top of my luggage rack, 2x, but said he could not find it. However, I saw the weather stripping fly off and slide down the opposite side of my vehicle via my sideview mirror. I went back immediately and filed a claim. I received a letter from Crew corporate office, stating that the weather stripping was loose prior to my visit to the carwash, and compensation or replacement was denied. The issue was not that the part was loose. It is the fact that it blew off during the time I received service from Crew.
Wednesday I went to wash my car before closing, I left my mat but Thursday they were closed. I went Friday and they told me they threw all mats away same day. My mats are $100. I asked the frequency of them doing such and her response was Idk its random. My mats are $110.00 because u cant buy 1.People forget items not having the chance to pick them up due to tossing same day isnt fair.
I have a car wash pass with crew car wash and before using them I had no scratches on my car after using them I have scratches consistent with the brushes at the carwash on top of my car hood of my car and back trunk of my car I made a complaint and have not received a response from them at im am going to seek legal advice for this matter
We purchased a 2018 F150 on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, and on Thursday, January 6, 2022, we took it to Crew Car Wash in Indiana to get it washed. While going through the car wash, our driver's side mirror was damaged, and in the pictures, you can clearly see fibers from the car wash on the damaged mirror. We also went straight to the manager and showed them the damage and told them what had happened. He said to file a claim and they would fix the damaged mirror. So we filed the claim and we received an email today stating that they have denied damaging our mirror, asserting that the car wash wasn't malfunctioning so they would not be fixing the damage. All we want is the right thing to happen and have our mirror fixed. If we need to, we will contact our attorney to get this taken care of.
I went to crew car wash for the first time on 1/16/2022 and signed up for the monthly pass
I went to crew car wash for the first time on 1/16/2022 and signed up for the monthly pass. I drive a *** Silverado with off-road wheels, which I see go through there all the time. 2 different car wash attendants told me I would have no problem going through so I went through. After 2 of their employees said you could go through, you would go through right? I ended up getting stuck in the wash, I'm pretty sure there was a malfunction in the car wash, but the wheel cleaners got caught on my wheels and chipped large pieces of aluminum off the wheel. The manager told me the last car wash operator messed up and was suppose to measure my wheel width, which she never did( a quick look at the cameras would show that). I'm not out to get someones job, I just want my wheels fixed. after being assured by the manager that it was completely their fault and there would be no problem with the claim, crew car wash denied my claim and offered me a free car wash. They claim there are signs that state no liability for offroad wheels but I didn't see any when I went back to the wash to look for these alleged signs. As far as I'm concerned, once 2 employees told me I could go through the wash, liability should not be mine for damages occurred. ALL I WANT IS CREW TO FIX THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED. Thank you Also I would like to be refunded for the original monthly pass charge and cancellation of further monthly pass charges.

I took my 2013 Honda Accord Coupe through Crew Car wash for the first time since I've had the car
I took my 2013 Honda Accord Coupe through Crew Car wash for the first time since I've had the car. Prior to going through Crew Carwash I did not have any damage on the rims on my car. However, after inspecting my car after going through Crew Carwash there were marks on 3 of my rims on the outer edges. I reported it to the manager. The manager took pictures and had me fill out a claim form and told me their customer service / claims dept. would be contacting me about it. Although, he attempted to verbally discredit the incident as though the damage couldn't have happened in their carwash. After not receiving any contact from them I decided to call and ask about where we were with the issue. The manager told me to call customer service. During the conversation I had with the Crew Carwash customer service / claims representative he also attempted to explain away the issue maintaining that the damage couldn't have possibly happened in their car wash. He also stated emphatically that it did not happen in Crew Carwash and that he "knew" it didn't. Then, as a result, he stated that they were not going to take responsibility for the damage to my rims. Mr. C also stated that based on the damage he reviewed in the photos that he "knew" that it was curb rash and shifted the blame on me and told me. Again, my rims did NOT have any "curb rash" or prior damage as they now have that without a doubt occurred while taking my car through Crew Carwash.

My car was damaged at crew car wash recently
My car was damaged at crew car wash recently. A pillar came off one side of my vehicle during the drying process. I've never had any issues with this before. I contacted the car wash, and they found the piece within 10 minutes of me noticing and leaving the wash. The pillar was given to me, and an incident report was filed. I received an email from Crew corporate days later stating they refuse to accept accountability, attached a service bulletin with instructions for dealerships on how to replace the part, and told me it was a manufacturer defect due to how the pillar was installed. I went to the dealership, who told me that was incorrect and there are no recalls or issues related to the pillar. I was also provided with a quote to fix the damages. I then contacted the car manufacturer's corporate as a second confirmation, who advised the same thing the dealership stated. I then 3-way called Crew corporate and the car manufacturer together and spoke with two different representatives; one of which proceeded to argue with the manufacturer's representative after they told him there were no recalls or issues regarding this pillar related to my VIN. The corporate representative argued back stating it was his personal opinion that the manufacturer placed the service bulletin online as a way of acknowledging they have had multiple problems with this pillar. Despite the manufacturer's corporate telling him that was not correct, he continued to state 'I disagree.' The corporate representative also told me there was no one else I could speak with within Crew to resolve this. This is $530 in damage Crew refuses to accept responsibility for. I have been a long-time customer of Crew for multiple vehicles, and this is extremely disappointing.

On Jan 24th 2021 at 940am I drove my 03 Honda Pilot through Crew car wash located on Scatterfield Road in Anderson, IN
On Jan 24th 2021 at 940am I drove my 03 Honda Pilot through Crew car wash located on Scatterfield Road in Anderson, IN. While exiting the wash I noticed a 2 foot (approx.) long crack in the windshield located directly in the middle. There was no crack or damage prior to entering the wash. As I was needing to get my vehicle home to my daughter to get her to work on time I called the carwash. I explained the situation and the girl on the phone explained that cracks occurred often and when I asked what caused it she said they weren't sure but that they thought it was the hot water temp hitting the cold windshield. She said return when I could and a claim would be filed. On Jan 27th I returned, a girl took photos and a claim was filed. On Wednesday Feb. 3rd I called the Crew customer service line and was told a response was issued via email on Saturday Jan 30th. I checked my email but nothing there. I had them read the email over the phone which basically said that even though their cameras could not identify any pre-existing damage as I entered the wash that there had to be damage in order for windshield to crack. They admitted that my crack occurred in the wash but that due to some auto glass maker reports they referenced it would have been impossible for them to have caused it. When I enquired as to whether something else could have caused the crack the response was no, not possible. I asked how they knew nothing else inside the wash could cause cracking they responded everything was normal when my car went through. Since this was an individual located at a remote location from the actual wash I questioned could they prove everything was normal during my wash and the answer was no. They then said there was nothing they could do.

My windshield cracked as soon as the first spray hit it as I entered the carwash on March 5
My windshield cracked as soon as the first spray hit it as I entered the carwash on March 5. The sound of the spray was unusually loud and I heard a pop as it was striking my windshield. I understand that hot liquid striking cold glass can result in a crack of break. I reported the damage to an attendant upon exiting the carwash. The attendant gave me an incident report to fill out along with a receipt. He photographed the damage and stated that he had seen the same type of crack three or four times previously, and that they resulted from the rapid change in temperature. He said to expect a response to the claim by the following Tuesday, implying that they might settle the claim. I received an email from Crew Carwash later on March 5 advising that I their "seasoned Customer Service Team will thoroughly look into this matter and contact you within the next 5 business days." I received no communication within the designated time. I called the customer service line on March 11 to determine if they had a resolution. Their representative said that they mailed a response on March 9 denying responsibility for the damage. The representative read what seemed to be a scripted response stating that only soft equipment comes into contact with the vehicle. I don't dispute that statement. My complaint is that they could have given me this same information at the time of the incident, and I would have proceed to have my windshield replaced promptly rather than waiting for what I now suspect is a standard rejection for this type of damage. Frankly, I was surprised when the attendant at the site offered me the opportunity to file a claim. By offering the claim, they created an expectation that they may provide a solution, not a rejection.
CREW CARWASH in Valparaiso, Indiana - This facility recently opened and I have been there several times
CREW CARWASH in Valparaiso, Indiana - This facility recently opened and I have been there several times. I was first there in my 2015 Ram Limited with retractable running boards. I recently purchased a new Ram Limited with factory installed running boards. I took this vehicle through this wash a few times to try it out and each time I deployed the running boards to clean them. I never had an issue. I then purchased an "Unlimited" membership because I truly liked the quality of the wash. The last time I went through there I deployed the running boards as I did in the past and this time their machinery tore off the passenger side board. I filed an incident report on site with the manager and he said his employees were trained to tell the customers not to deploy retractable running boards. I was never warned. Obviously, they have a training issue. After 5 days waiting for their review in Indianapolis I contacted them and spoke with Mr. Dave C, Customer Service Manager. He stated that I deployed the running boards after I entered the carwash and therefore they were not responsible for the damage. He went on to say that he reviewed video from a previous visit using my bar code number and did not see the boards deployed. I explained I visited them prior to becoming an unlimited customer but I could not change his mind. He admitted there are no signs posted. On the company's web site they list items not covered on the vehicle if damaged and retractable nor regular running boards are NOT listed. No signs warning customers, not once an employee telling me not to deploy them and no warning on their web site. Cost of repl***ment was $888.79. I told Mr. C that the vehicle was brand new with less than 1000 miles.A 70K vehicle and I would have certainly not lowered the boards if I was warned.

On Jan, 26, 2022, I experienced an issue at Crew Car Wash in Indiana
On Jan, 26, 2022, I visited the Crew Car Wash in Indiana. It was my first time at a Crew since moving back to Indiana. They were previously known for excellent service. I inquired about my windshield's small repair, and the worker assured me it would be fine, offering me an unlimited package. I had the glass checked earlier and was told it wasn't urgent. After speaking with two more employees, including a manager, I entered the wash. Exiting, I discovered my windshield cracked in three places. I stopped for help and filled out a claim, instructed to only mention the windshield shattered during the wash. The situation deteriorated when the Care Supervisor dismissed the employee's assurance and a manager's oversight, citing a liability waiver sign. I suggested splitting the windshield cost, but he implied I was seeking a free repair. Denied access to the owner, I was referred to the Regional Manager, who also accused me of lying and reiterated the sign's supposed protection. I am now seeking assistance to resolve this matter.

On March 30th 2022, my dad took my car through Crew Carwash here in Plainfield as a thank you for letting him use it
On March 30th 2022, my dad took my car through Crew Carwash here in Plainfield as a thank you for letting him use it.After exiting the carwash, he noticed that the front finish molding had been snagged and half torn off at some point during the wash. He reported it to the manager, *** who was a dream. She recommended he come and grab me to fill out the paperwork seeing as it is my car. I filled out the paperwork and both me and the manager took pictures of the damage. We have a picture of the vehicle before it went through the wash, no damage and then less than an hour later, there is damage. Report was filed and I patiently waited to hear back.Yesterday, April 5th 2022, I received an email from Crew stating Our equipment is specifically designed to completely wash a car. At the same time it is designed to make it highly unlikely to damage your grille trim as described on your complaint. And We find most likely your grille trim was loose or damaged prior to the wash. Neither statement of my grille being loose or damaged prior to the wash is true. Not only do I work with cars inspecting them daily, as a profession, my dad has over 20 years of experience working on cars as a mechanic. As this is the first new car I have ever purchased for myself, I thoroughly inspected it at purchase and take VERY good care of my car. I utilized Crew not just for my personal vehicle, but also for customer vehicles for my company. I will now be avoiding Crew for my personal vehicles and will be looking elsewhere to take my customer vehicles as well. If you look at the Complaintsboard.com complaints, you will see that it is a common occurrence for Crew to completely deny any damage done to their customers vehicles and seem to only make it right when a customer makes a big enough stink. Then they give out a free car wash or send a smell check as good faith. As someone who works in the auto industry, this is insulting to those of us who actually care about our auto customers.

I went to Crew Carwash to get a car wash
I went to Crew Carwash to get a car wash. During the time I was there, I also purchased a $40 packet of washes along with my wash service. When I pulled my vehicle out from the wash bay. I went to a parking lot a few minutes from the carwash. I noticed that a piece was missing from my back part of my LandRover LR4. I immediately went back to Crew Carwash and ask to speak with management. He also noticed the part off. He said they would have to look at the video to make sure it was on before entering the wash bay. He then came back and said that they did see the part come off at the end of the wash when the blowers were drying the vehicle. He also said that they would try to recover the part. He had me fill out a damage report too. He said someone would probably contact me. I went back up to the carwash a few days after the incident to see if they were able to find the piece, one of the workers said it would be in lost and found if they got it. He went to check and said that he didn't see anything that matches the description. This piece was a very nice size piece so I was sort of disappointed that they didn't try to keep it. I finally contacted Customer Service, I spoke with a male representative. He said that they had sent me an email, I told him that I didn't receive an email. I asked him to resend it he claimed that he couldn't because it was sent from a different department. Finally, he was able to locate the email. They didn't want to compensate me in any way for the piece that was on my vehicle when I went to the car wash but had been removed during the drying part of the wash. I contacted legal representation, they said that they should have recovered the piece or payment of some type. The Crew Carwash did neither, they didn't even offer to pay for the part. I have since reached back out to them to see if they will at least respond with some type of compensation to at least show their appreciation of customer service. I would hope that someone will do what is right.

I went through Crew CarWash on June 6 around 1:50 pm
I went through Crew CarWash on June 6 around 1:50 pm. The staff and everyone there was super nice, no complaints against the staff. As I was entering the carwash, from the ever first moment the water started hitting my car, the windshield first, I and my mom who was with me, heard a loud thud sound. I initially thought it was the water hitting the sunroof on my car, since I've never had a car with a sunroof before. Everything from there was normal till I drive out and notice a line in the middle of my car. I immediately parked, hoping till was a water streak but when I stepped out of my car, I rubbed my finger over the line and noticed it wasn't a water streak; it was a crack. I went straight back and asked for a manager. He was very nice and 'informative' about the situation in terms of how a crack can happen. He looked at the crack and told me that the reason the cracked formed was because of a previous crack already on the windshield. He told me that because of the heat and pressure from the carwash, the crack expanded. I'm a biology student so I agree with why the crack would expand but I just got the car from a dealership with less than 55,000 miles on it. I even called my dealership after the talk with the manager and explained the situation. They told me the car didn't have a crack prior to me buying it. I even called my insurance and received a very high quote in fixing the windshield. I believe that the first crack happened because of the water, that is in high pressure, hitting my windshield and because of the heat and pressure that is used to dry the car later, the crack expanded more. The reason I believe the initial crack was from the water was because 1. the water is under high pressure 2. I just got the car new and the dealership say no crack was on the windshield prior to me buying it and 3. My windshield also has smaller cracks around the long, crack in the middle of my windshield, inducing that the water created the big impact crack in the middle windshield which later expanded to a longer crack and smaller impact cracks.

On Sunday, March 21 I took my 2010 Jeep Wrangler through the Crew Carwash at 7127 E. US 36 in Avon, IN. After exiting the carwash, but before leaving their property, my son noticed that the passenger's side mirror was missing. I notified the employees and they were able to recover the mirror from inside of the automatic carwash bay. I then met with the manager who took photos and a report. On Thursday, March 25 I received an email from Crew Carwash Customer Service. In this email was the statement "we find it most likely your side mirror was loose or damaged prior to the wash." My 11 year old vehicle only has 65k miles on it because it sits inside of our garage way more often than it's driven. My vehicle has never been in an accident and I feel that the statement that my mirror was loose or damaged prior to entering their carwash is an insulting and baseless claim. On Friday, March 26 I called Crew Carwash Customer Service and spoke with Dane. During our conversation Dane made a statement that the reason they said it was most likely already damaged was because they could see from a picture that the plastic mount was corroded and white, instead of black like it's supposed to be, and that's why the mirror came off. I explained to Dane that the mount is not plastic, but is aluminum which is why it looks white in the picture he was referencing. I went on to explain that aluminum, exposed to the things that aluminum is exposed to here in Indiana, will show surface corrosion and that's why the auto manufacturer puts a nice looking plastic housing over the mount. Dane went on to say that the surface corrosion must have weakened the aluminum (remember though, he was positive that it was plastic just two minutes earlier) and that's why it came off. I then asked Dane if it was possible for me to get a copy of the outside and inside video of my Jeep going through their carwash that day. His response was that their video was kept on a secure server and cannot be exported or sent out. I explained to him that his statement was not true and that, whether the server is secured or not, they would have the ability to copy the video and send it out if they wanted to. I asked him a second time for a copy of the video and he gave me the same standard, but untrue, answer. I ended the conversation stating that I was not mad at Dane because he's simply doing his job, but that I am terribly frustrated with Crew Carwash because I would have liked to have believed that they have more integrity than what they are currently demonstrating to me.

Hello and good day
Hello and good day. My new car, a 2019 Kia Sorento, was damaged last Friday, 10/02, at 11:30 am when I used the Crew Carwash here in Bloomington, Indiana at the 3430 W. 3rd Street location. Immediately after my car went through the carwash and I was drying it off at the vacuum station at Crew Carwash, I noticed that the carwash machine had put multiple large indentations on the front of my car's bumper from the bottom to the top of the hood. The scratches and indentations made were so severe that they actually chipped away the hard plastic of the bumper and the paint as well as crushing & indenting the KIA emblem on the front of the vehicle. I immediately made this aware to Sam, the Crew Carwash manager on site. He took a report and pictures of the damages as well as I did. He said that the Crew Carwash corporate claim's division would be in touch within two to three days. I called first on 10/06 and was told it would take another three days to receive a response of the status of my claim. I then had to call again today, 10/09, at 8:58 am to find out the status of my claim and was told rudely by several of your employees, a Dane Carmen & then a Gage Lyons, that Crew Carwash was not going to pay to have my car damage repaired that was caused by their machine and on their property. This is unacceptable. I have pictures of my car from that day, which are dated & timestamped, before my car went through your carwash and again afterwards when I found the damage and reported it immediately to Sam the Crew carwash manager who was working that day. I took my car for an estimate to be done by a local reputable body shop immediately afterwards in order to get the damage repaired. The amount to repair it is $1,300.00. I want Crew Carwash to do the right, responsible, & decent thing & pay to repair this damage that was done by their machine that day to my new car. I have had a monthly "unlimited wash" membership with Crew Carwash & have been a good, loyal, longtime customer as well. I just want my car fixed & repaired from the damaged done to it from your carwash machine on that day asap. Please have someone from the Crew Carwash "risk management" division contact me asap. The response that I received today from your claims persons was totally rude, bogus, false, & unhelpful. I would want to think that your company would want to take responsibility for the damages done by your carwash machine to my new vehicle on your property that day. Also, I know for a fact that other customers had their cars damaged that day as well who were in front of me in the car wash waiting line - FYI.
