Please avoid this company! These are complaints from Real people and True events that happened to them. Don’t be a victim like us that lost money. You will NOT get paid for lost or damaged items! This company doesn’t even deserve one star when they damage another person’s merchandise. You are not allowed to look the package over before you sign for it. And once you sign for it, you’re stuck with damaged merchandise. Your signature states in their contract you just signed for a product in good condition. At this point they could care less how much money you lost. The company covers their own [censored]. This company doesn’t care how many pictures you have of your damaged item. Showing proof of damage from the forks on the fork truck, and they’re the only ones that used a fork truck to move the box. A Legal attorney is looking into the incident, and R & L carrier have not reached out for a resolution.
Let me remind you R & L Carrier advertises “World Class Customer Service”! This company is far from having any relationship with a customer. Please don’t be a victim like us. There’s a reason they have an 80% rating on customer complaints.
