Please avoid this company! These are complaints from Real people and True events that happened to them. Don’t be a victim like us that lost money. You will NOT get paid for lost or damaged items! I purchased 4 LG appliances from build.com, the online store for Ferguson Inc. specializing in kitchen and bath fixtures. R & L shippers were responsible for all 4 deliveries. They say to call if you want to make an appointment. I called each time I received an email from build.com; however, not once did they actually call to tell me they were on their way...
