Radaris America review: Not honoring the removal of my private / personal information

I have sent a 10 email requests directly to Radaris since 26-Aug-2023 with no resolution to remove my private information from their webiste. I have tried contacting them via phone with no success and left them multiple voicemails again with no response. I have tried contacting them via FB messenger on their company portal, again with no success. The online tools will not allow me to go in and delete the information on the website. I am not sure how to resolve this any further as I have exhausted all means to try to resolve this issue which is now approaching 1 month. As a person who had to deal with identity theft in the past, I have real concern for my security and privacy. I've done everything I could to make it very easy for the company to remove my information by taking a screenshot of the URL, and clearly highlighting the information that pertains to me to be removed. I cannot do anything more to help this company to help me. The amount of effort and frustration on my end is too much and to see no results from something this serious is concerning and has reached a point of unethical behavior from a company to disregard my sincere request. Again, the normal way to remove items has not worked and there is no way to remove it through their methods so I am asking that they take this matter seriously and remove my private information.
