unable to remove online record
For safety purposes, I have tried to remove my Radaris online record. I singed-up for an account as required, followed the tutorial that appears on your website, searched other websites for solutions, watched suggested videos that your company provides, and even tried using different web browsers thinking that might resolve the issue. It appears the removal process has been made difficult by design which is unfortunate and unfair to consumers as everyone has a right to some semblance of privacy.
I am forwarding the Radaris customer service team a link to the record I wish to have removed so there is no confusion or excuses. Further, it's been suggested that I contact the FCC and my States Attorney General's Office to share my concerns.

unable to remove info for text codes from non us.
Like a trillion other people, I am unable to remove the fake information on Radaris.com It even says I own 1 million dollars in property! ( I wish).
I had to create a profile (which they want) to try to remove this info and then you are supposed to enter a code for a text to verify your account. What if you do not have a US cell phone and live in another country? The text code wont be sent to another country. Then you cannot verify your account.
If anyone has a solution to this horrendous company please let me know. I have phoned them and emailed a million times and they do nothing to help.

radaris - online data seller
I have requested several times throughout the past few years for Radaris to remove my information only to have it removed and to find it placed again on their website. I have been the victim of identity theft. I have had to file a police report. I have had to place fraud alerts and freezes on all of my credit files. My credit monitoring service has also informed me that my entire social security and birthdate along with my name are on sale on something called the 'Dark Web'. That is why it is critical for me to have my information removed off of Radaris and other sites. All other sites have removed my information but Radaris continues to repost even though they aware aware that I've been victimized and that posting this information can cause me further harm. I've filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General as well as the CFPB and the BBB.
Now when I tried to have my information removed again Radaris demands that I 'register' on their site and that I agree to 'Gotcha' phrases embedded within its terms and conditions. In its terms and conditions Radaris requires that I a'agree' to release Radaris from liability along with agreeing that Radaris has 'full ownership' over all of my information which I refuse to do. I never gave Radaris permission to post my information and I don't give Radaris ownership over my information and I certainly don't give up any legal rights I may have to hold Radaris accountable. I never had to register to have my information suddenly broadcast by Radaris all over Google and I should not have to register to simply have my information removed. It's a legal bullying tactic by Radaris. It's a very underhanded, illegally coercive, legal tactic.
I don't understand why Radaris simply won't take down my information and leave it down.

data fabrication, falsehoods, libel, lies posted as truth on this satanic website
This company has posted slanderous lies and libelous information about me on their website. They lie and do not bother to check facts or verify any information. They libel and lie all over people and call it the truth. They say I'm related to people I've never heard of, and they report me as transgender, a LIE that anyone who has ever known me in my life will happily verify as a laughable fabrication. I was born a woman, gave birth to three children, and have never changed my orientation or organs. They simply lie for the sake of lying. Their number does not go through to any actual person, you call and a recording telling you how "honest and transparent" they are (are they effing kidding) puts you on hold and then the system hangs up on you without anyone ever answering. I have sent them nearly fifty requests in writing to have this slanderous information removed and they refuse to take any action to remove the lies. Every person who works for this lying pos company should be imprisoned. I have proudly called them every name in the book while also trying to get them to remove my information, but they deserve names worse than any I've used for endangering innocent people's lives and ruining innocent people's reputations.

Radaris won't let you remove info unless you 'sign up' and 'give them rights over all your information'
I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General, the FTC and the BBB regarding Radaris. Radaris has my full name, address, employment information, email, birthdate, close relatives and all of their personal information, displayed prominently on search engines through their website. This will allow anyone, nomatter how malevolent their intention...

I contacted Radaris in March of 2018 to please provide instructions on how to COMPLETELY REMOVE my personal information. You have to register with the sight to manage your profile they created for you without your permission. Of course, they set it up this way so you have to give them your CURRENT PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS SO THEY CAN SELL IT!
Someone responds to my email with removal instructions. I tried AT LEAST FIVE TIMES TO DELETE MY INFO and it's still there! I contacted them AGAIN and they are yet to respond. It's like the MORE I want my info gone, the more they want to keep it there. Very unethical company. Every other site I had to contact someone for removal of my info, they made it pretty easy and straightforward.
I have successfully removed my profiles from ALL sites I found my name, address, etc. but this one is problematic. I complained to the BBB and RADARIS said they would gladly remove my info if I just send them an email, and they DID NOT DELIVER, which really angers me.
It's really a shame there is no legislation in place to forbid these practices of sharing personal info without the owner's consent. Looks like someone will have to be murdered for that to actually happen.
All I want this company to do is either delete my info or ALLOW ME TOI. It's really not much to ask, as this is MY personal information who I only want my close friends/family to have.

information removal
I have tried in every way possible to have my information removed from Radaris. The company does not allow my personal information to be taken off the site. They will only allow a certain number of records to be removed. They put the information right back up on their site. They are irresponsible with their information. They have me related to people and places I don't even know. This company needs to be sued. I have someone stalking me and thanks to Radaris. I have to keep moving and changing my number.

I have just emailed service@radaris.com for the 3rd time requesting all information regarding me be deleted. I have complained to the BBB as well. I have successfully managed to get all people finder websites to cooperate with the exception of radaris.
don't be naive
They don't provide any unique information. All they can give you is already known, it can be easily found. But it doesn't mean they won't ask for money. Naive customers pay for this willing to get something they don't know about.
I checked some information twice for free and didn't find something I wasn't aware of. Asked other people who paid for the service, they said the same, they regretted they just wasted money. So don't be like them. Don't pay for a zero service.

run away from them
Guys, if you're about to make an account on their website, please don't. Or you will regret it soon.
Why? Well, because it's impossible to get rid of this. So be prepared that your personal information will stay there forever. I made a terrible mistake when made an account and now I don't know how to delete it. Their instructions don't work. I called and wrote them numerous times and all of this was absolutely useless. And look through other reviews. Most of them are about the same issue. It's a reason to think twice before signing up.

opt out option
For more than a week I have been trying to opt out of this website. I have followed their directions very carefully but have not been given the necessary verification code to control the information.
They do not respond to customer service emails or phone messages. They have a recording that never connects and warns that due to volumn, there may be no response.
The only thing else is snail mail which i have sent but of course received no response.
I want them to get back to me. There is no accountability. There are other sites that cannot remove information unless I remove it from radaris first.
misinformation about myself
I ran a report on myself. It had my age, address, family members, and friends completely wrong. I asked them to remove my information from their site and Google which they said they would do 3 months ago. Nothing has changed. These people need to be reported to the DOJ and more as they are scamming people and I would bet ruining people lives by posting negative things about someone that are untrue. They should be put out of business.

misinformation a ton. wrong ages, wrong addresses, has my family related to people we are not
Misinformation a ton. Wrong ages, wrong addresses, has my family related to people we are not.
I have tried contacting radaris via phone I left voicemails, sent emails and no response or just an automated removal directions email which doesn't address any of the problems
Myself and my grieving father (I lost my mother to lung cancer this past year)... While trying to care for my dying mother started receiving a river of collection agency calls saying I was married to someone I don't know or that these people lived with my father, etc.
I have tried to contact radaris for 2 years now. I email. I call and get pushed to a voicemail. I fill out complaint forms on their page... And all I ever get is some ridiculous link to a page removal link of which I can not use for these problems. Misinformation stays up long enough and it gets recycled over the internet. When I had a problem like this in the past radaris was quick to fix the problem.
Did they get bought out in the last 2 years?
I am single and 41. Not married and not 50. And not related toi a cluster of people who they have me listed as related to... And I have laredy had to deal with to other sites trying to recycling this crap.
And then there is a new site marriagedatausa.com saying I am married and lived in a place for 15 years (in the usa) of which I never lived at. I am single.
And I was living in europe for 5 of those years. Lol
How wrong can you get!
Plus the informational attachment to people I do not know, has compromise my quality of life (collection calls/mailers for strangers) and could potentially compromise my career and or relationships.
didn't remove my information
I had a profile on Radaris website, but I decided to remove my information so I contacted their support and asked them to delete all the information about me. They said sure and promised to remove everything. But they actually lied and did absolutely nothing, my info is still on the site and I have no idea how to delete it, because it is absolutely impossible without support help! I'm very disappointed!
radaris will repost your info after removal
What I've found extremely aggravating about Radaris is that even though you have asked them to remove your info, months or years after you think your info has been permanently removed, it will probably appear again. This is most likely to happen if your name is the same as someone else's and the other person lives in the same state as you. Radaris will conflate info--shows you how accurate they are.
But as terrible as Radaris is, they aren't as unethical as ReverseIT.us. ReverseIT has a privacy policy saying your info will be removed, but they aren't honoring their own privacy policy.
scam
This company collects information from the web and uses your picture without your consent on their website. It's very difficult to contact them because there is no phone number or working email in their website. Do never send them any more personal information. They require these details to get your account removed, so it's a scam. They will just have more information of you in their record and they will sell it. If you want to make all your detailed information public then this website is just for you! I emailed them yet again about this and they never responded. This is unacceptable.
I placed an order
I received a thank you for your order after it went through and a message to look for an email in my inbox. A message never arrived and when i try to login it does not recognize my email address. I have no order number as a result. I have sent them a message but if the system does not recognize my account and i do not have a confirmation number it does not look good. I have never had this happen and felt it worthy of a complaint. I wanted access to the report i ordered as well as a 3-day trial membership as offered. I do not like giving out my personal information as it is and this makes me really nervous. My email is [protected]@gmail.Com

When I google my name Marisela Cedillo in google search images, a photo of me under your website comes up. I do not consent of this. I do not give you permission to use my picture. Please remove my picture from your site permanently. You do not have the copyright to my picture. This needs to be fix immediately
Thank you,
Marisela Cedillo
unable to contact the company
My father wanted to find his old friend and we decided to use the website www.radaris.com. We registered on the website and posted our personal info, and after several weeks we received email from them. They told to call them, because they found father’s friend. We tried to call them for several days, but no one replied. Also they ignored our emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
They are totally non-compliant and irresponsible. I would join your effort.
Radaris.com is not a U.S. company. They left to evade the laws and rights protecting individual Americans. They provide information about Americans whom dislike having their information exposed. Their website serves a dubious purpose. They enable stalkers to find out where their targets live.
I personally hate this company because they post personal information about me and family members against our will. We have done nothing wrong.
They won't reason with ANYONE for removing their information. Radaris states this:
"The site does not remove information by users' requests, excluding some cases described below:
Radaris will remove information in the following cases:
Information about children.
Police officers, judges, district attorneys and other statutory-protected individuals.
Health and financial information is always confidential, unless explicitly disclosed.
All other removals are by court order."
Is anyone interested in creating an anti-Radaris website? I could donate money to make sure this happens. There used to be a class action lawsuit web page.
We need to find a way to boycott them. Can we get Google to stop indexing their pages? We need to find out who the owners are and see if we can boycott other business that they are in. Can we violate their privacy in a lawful way to make them see what they are doing?
failure to remove personal info
I have contacted this website many, many times requesting that they remove my late husband's information (John V. Dietman). Now, instead of removing his listings, they have added several more (see attachments). My husband was a very private person who diligently strove to keep his information off the internet. Were my husband still alive, he would have been...
