I bought a iPhone 6, it was during when there was a trade in your phone deals, i was happy with my purchase till i got home a couple days later and noticed the screen wasn't completely even and it was making a clicking noise since the screen wasnt on there properly, and was slightly sticking out of place on a corner. Then i noticed the headphone jack also wasn't completely in all the way likw it should be and to make matters worse the phone itself has a slight bend in the frame itself so putting it in a flare surface you can clearly tell there's a teeter totter like effect, I have tried to recouped my money or gotten a replacement but all i hear is that I need to pay 175$$ for insurance deductible but i feel very disrespected by the fact that I was under the impression that I had a perfect phone when in reality it looked as if it had been refurbished and sold to me under false pretenses, I'm truly disappointed that boost mobile have done this to a long time customer and hope you guys can, give me a refund or give me a replacement for the phone, namw is edgar alconedo, date of birth 11/17/1998

unauthorized credit card usage, double charges
double charged by the company on my credit card, my cc company informed me and when i contacted the company it was impossible to get through. Two days later i finally got a hold of a customer service rep he informed me that there was "no way i was double charged because their computer said so" i asked to speak to someone in charge and was refused finally had to hang up because i was interupted as soon as i tried to explain something and was given the run around.
I complained on the BBB they were not listed as a BBB company but they were on there with an F as their score because of similar complaints and refusing to respond to the BBB
So "Vesta ecustomer support" dont even try giving me the run around on here that you are here to "help" and that you are a A company on BBB because i know its crap

Sub: Complaint against Easy Recharge amount paid under special Scheme.

I am your customer, holding Vodafone Mobile No. [protected] and residing at Kolar Gold Fields, Karnataka State.
2. On 06.03.2011, after seeing your SMS in my mobile I have easy recharged for an amount of Rs.299/- through the agent. Only after recharging for the above said amount, I came to know that the offer is valid only for Karnataka.
3. Understanding the mistake and since my family members are residing in Chennai for frequent contact (STD calls ) again I have easy recharged for Rs.222/-
4. Subsequently, after few minutes, again I have easy recharged under VX-UK offer for Rs. 18 /-.
5. Both offers i.e. Rs.299/- & Rs.18/- are not credited & activated, because of this, even while calling local calls the amount was deducted from Rs.222/- only. It seems that deduction not covered from Rs. 299/-, which I have recharged in special offer. In VX-UK offer for Rs. 18 /- also not activated, because calls made to UK calls immediately goes to voice mail and calls are cut down with in fraction of second and Rs. 10/- is deducted instead of Rs.1.40 Paisa per call . It is confirmed that after pre paying by easy recharge under the above said offers, the amount is not credited & also not activated.
6. Kindly look in to the matter and rectify the error and activate the offers for which I have paid Rs.299/- & Rs.18/- ( VX-UK) immediately, with out any reasons.
7. If possible the amount of Rs.299/- paid for the said offer can be convert to Rs.222/- offer scheme and add it to the offer of Rs. 23/- for 3 minutes for Rs.1/-
8. Please rectify and activate immediately

There are agencies whose sole business is to conduct monetary transactions for the banks and credit card companies. These agencies routinely allow customer database information to be compromised, either unintentionally, or an employee sells it. This is one way your personal information becomes compromised - Vesta Boost is just one of those unscrupulous businesses that take advantage of this situation. They probably actually buy lists of data - just a guess.
I am sooo angry...I want to know how someone got my card information because I am the ONLY one who uses this card. I have never lost or misplaced it. Now there is a charge from Vesta Boost Prepaid. And I dont want to see a reply from and Evesta customer support person unless its an email saying they are putting my money back on my account RIGHT NOW!
I have NEVER heard of any widely accepted reputable business brag about any BBB rating. As a matter of fact, EVERY business that I encountered, that has bragged about their BBB rating, were businesses that already made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. In other words I was already very suspicious, several pyramid schemes brag about their BBB ratings. Additionally, a Better Business Bureau rating means very little, as it is nearly impossible for any establishment to receive a negative rating. If you complain about a business, the BBB will ask that business about your complaint. If that business is STUPID and admits being in the wrong, they MIGHT get a negative rating, however, most CHEATING businesses decide to continue to cheat, therefore they will deny any wrongdoing. At this point the BBB will notify the complaint originator that the business said they did nothing wrong, therefore they did nothing wrong, at this point the inquiry is closed. Have you noticed that you can NEVER ACTUALLY SPEAK to a HUMAN BEING at the telephone number for VESTA BOOST PREPAID?
Yep, I paid a buddy's phone service for two months ago, and they started randomly trying to charge my card and enroll me in 'plans' thereafter. Even after we personally called and canceled it they still charged my bank acct, and I had to file a dispute. Awaiting results.
I also found that Vest Boost has charged my card and caused me outrageous over draft fees. I am wondering now if I was wrong for accusing the neighbor who returned my card since they were the only ones I know with a Boost phone. They returned the card and that charge was made that same day. Is this a Boost scheme or do I have dirty neighbors? Now I guess I will never know...But as of today my money was deposited back into my account after a quick phone call to M&T Bank. I love my bank...GO Ravens!
Under no circumstances should you give these people your debit or credit card number; you will regret it. If you want to keep it, pay for it at the store in cash! That's the only safe way to keep them from ripping you off. Don't pay with a credit card, don't pay with a check, because they will take your info and overcharge you, and you will never get your money back.
