motel condition and service
On September 13th 2018 we checked in to this Ramada Inn in Salt Lake City Utah. This place was dirty, the floor had not been cleaned very well. Bathroom light was out when we arrived and TV didn't work. I told the main office, the light got fixed but when we got back from dinner the TV still did not work.
The walls by the front office had spillage of some sort on them by the brochures.
The grounds and flower beds were full of weeds.
I have contacted the office 4 times to get a receipt so I can get reimbursed, no luck.
The address is 1659 West North Temple

You should check out the condition of this sight.

ramada plaze downtown atlanta ga
I will never stay here again or at any other Ramada. We had to evacuate due to the hurricane Florence from Norfolk Virginia. We went all the way to Atlanta GA. The check in process took 70 min. There were roughly 6 other guests who were complaining about there check in process and how some people were out into rooms that were already taken with people in them. Then when we finally get to our room it was stated there would be fridge and microwave in room. We didn't have that so could not keep our drinks cold. Then the pool was closed. Wasn't stated on the website. Then there were stains all over and pubic hair in the sheets and mold in the.shower. I called down for extra towels and the front desk lady rude and talking to coworkers while I call from the room. The hotel bar and lobby bathrooms disgusting and my beer was nasty I got from the bar. It was not with the 200 plus we spent on the room. I was really disappointed in the Ramada. I would love a refund or a free night to keep my business with Ramada all around.

Im planning to have a wedding in your kasauli hotel, india, i visited there and have a conversation with sales manager puran chand thakur, but he was the worst personality i ever meet, from 1 month im following him, sometime he said he is at his native place and sometime any other. Finaly after chasing him i meet him after a month with advance in my pocket to book the entire hotel, but his behaviour changed the deal he offered, he denied.
I request you to take strickt action against him, if u wish you maintain your repotation in market.

hadera israel
I wrote a review on the Hadera website and it's wasnt published. So you don't allow complaints on your site and you don't write back to me. We had things stolen from our room on 3 occasions. Finally l accidentally left my wallet in the safe in the room and checked out. I called the next night and reception said it wasn't there., so they took that too. We know it was 2 Russian boys the first time. A Russian lady cleaner took cosmetics. All in all over £1, 000 taken from us. Nobody cared about what happened to us. Emails not answered. Myself and my family are disgusted.
service and breakfast
I am VERY disappointed with this hotel. I have stayed in many Ramada's before but this is the worst.
Free breakfast was advertised on the webiste but when we arrived, there wasn't any. We chose this hotel for that ammenity over a hotel with a pool.
The staff here is incrdibly rude. There is a young man sitting at the front desk on his phone and ignoring the customers. I stood im front of the desk for 10 minites before he acknowledged me. Even then, he refused to look up from his phone to assist me.
As mentioned, I have stayes in many Ramada's before. For me, this is a trusted brand name. I'm so turned off by this experince!
service/overcharge
Date was 8/7/2018. I just checked out of my room at the Ramada Limited in Huntington West Virginia on 16th street and up until this morning, the service was outstanding. However, when I came to check out this morning... Lets just say I will be damned if I ever stay here again. I was not greeted as soon as I approached the desk. A lady was on the phone and there was a manager on duty sitting and talking to other co workers. She knew the whole time I was standing there and did not bother to help me. After 5 minutes of waiting, a lady comes off the elevator and was helped immediately. I however was not helped until the lady on the phone was done talking. Once she was done, she politely asked me if I was checking out and I said I was. I told her my issue with the rewards program offered with this, as well as a few other hotels, that offer points when you stay. When my wife and I booked it online, it told us that our rewards took the price from $160.00 to $144.00 plus $17 and some change in tax. The online price was $161 and some change. I was charged $179 and some change. When I addressed this to her, the manager said it was tax. I showed her how the tax was already included and they said that it sometimes generates its own tax?! Whatever the hell that means, I don't know. I am very disappointed that I was basically ripped off from using my rewards and they didn't seem to care one bit about it. Worst experience I have EVER had at a hotel and I will not be returning to this location.
no wifi and extremely poor customer service from front desk
I am staying at the Ramada midtown In Denver Colorado, USA.
I was given a room that has no access to WiFi. When I asked to change rooms I was refused and I was told very rudely by the front desk that I need to resolve my wifi issues directly with service provider. I was given a 1800 number to call that kept me on hold for an hour and did not call back.
I am extremely disappointed by the level of service and the sheer rudeness of the front desk. I will definitely not be staying at the Ramada ever again and will advise everyone I know of the same.

reception staff in amsterdam
My friends and I stayed at the Ramada Apollo Center in executive King rooms in Amsterdam fromthe 4th to the 5th of July 2018. On check out we left our bags in the luggage hold as our bus out of Amsterdam departed late that afternoon. We were provided with numbered tags to identify our bags however when we returned the reception staff took no interest in helping us retrieve our bags even though they were no busy with other guests at the time. We alerted them to the fact that we had a bus to catch and needed assistance as soon as possible however this did not seem to matter to them. When they finally came to our assistance we provided them with the luggage tags but they could not find our luggage and proceeded to bring out numerous other bags that didn't belong to us insisting that these were our bags and saying that we were not allowed in the luggage room to identify our bags. As a result of this we ended up wasting so much of time at the hotel trying to locate our luggage that we missed our bus and had to book another bus out of Amsterdam costing us 37 euros each for the 3 of us.
As a regular traveler I have always made use of other hotel brands and this was my first experience with Ramada, needless to say it was not what I would expect from a four star hotel let alone from a brand as well known as Ramada.
I am complaining about the overall issues of the ramanda hotel by wyndham in 6201 bristol pike, levittown pa 19057
My family and I are nonsmoking and the second we walked into your establishment it reeked of cigarette smoke. I asked the representative at the counter regarding the smell and about the hotel being a nonsmoking hotel, he stated, "Oh, yeah we just converted it over." I replied, "when yesterday." The representive just smirked. He then gave us our keys which turned out to be only one, so we had go back to get the other key. My husband waited 10 minutes for another representative to figure out the issue, which was very simple, we just needed another key card. As we approached building "C" where we would be staying and there were very old and visible stained mattresses next to the dumpster. Very sceptical, we walked into the building which smelled even worse than the front office. We immediately left out and tried to cancel our reservations but was locked and bound by your establishments "No Cancel,
No Refund" policy on the room we booked, disappointment! So we went back in building "C" realizing our room was on the 2nd floor, we looked for an elevator which finding out from housekeeping, there was No Elevator. We had to then haul our three 45 pound suitcases up a flight of about 20 steps. On the second floor hallway was like walking into a "House of Horror". Majority of the ceiling tiles were missing and wires hanging and you could literally see and smell water damage occurred as you walked down the hallway from the mushy carpet. We were prayed for our room to be in better condition which in so many ways it was not. Ugh! The room had water damage tile near from door and fallen debri on the floor. My husband then checked the room for bugs which there were none. This was the best thing about the room, No Bugs but plenty of dust and dirt. We had to clean the counters, dresser, table and bathroom. I asked house keeping for a vacuum because of the fallen debri on floor and she had the nerve to say, "When you're done, leave in hallway." I said, "Are you serious, I'm not cleaning that up, this is something you should be doing." She then began to vacuum. We also had to ask for extra towels and wash clothes because we it was only two sets and there were 3 of us... My husband suggested to go see the pool area to see if it was any luck of a good trip but it looked like the pool area was under construction. There was rusted pipes and dirt/sand pushed against the fence and the pool furniture was thrown like a hurricane just hit. Really disgusting feeling of the entire ordeal we left to stay at relatives but could not waste all that money we spent on that "horrific" hotel so we had NO choice but to return...
denial of stay at ramada inn
We had a prepaid reservation at Ramada Inn North in Pigeon Forge through Wyndham vacation club (Wyndham is the parent company of Ramada, as I understand). On arrival, we offered the credit card and the ID but one of the employees insisted that we first bring the letter from Wyndham's Welcome center otherwise we can't check in. After some discussion, this individual singlehandedly decided that we will not be allowed to stay at the hotel. At our request, she called the off-site manager who defended her employee's decision and threatened us that if we did not leave, they will call the police. I wish I had let them take the next step but we were too terrified. What is it if not racial bias because we look different being from another country and culture. When I contacted Wyndham, they did not want to do anything about the misconduct and they cited that they do not own, operate, manage, control or occupy this facility. The Manager, of course, refused to do anything either- even no apologies for what happened and how we felt threatened, discriminated, and nowhere to go at that moment. Nobody wants to answer the question that if a customer has an advance reservation, shared a credit card to pay for the room, and has a valid ID, how and why s/he can be denied a room in the hotel. The manager of the facility or the corporate has no answer. That is why it appears to be a case of racial bias in 2018.
ramada in grayling michigan
I stayed at a Ramada inn in Grayling Michigan
On April 26th, 2018. The hotel authorization was by my company along with payment. When I arrived to the hotel Austin Miller stated my business were liars and never sent over the payment authorization. I told him I was contacting the corporate office due to his unprofessional behavior. Austin also refused to provide me with his managers information. Amanda Vos the assistant manager never contacted me regarding the issue.
I received a Facebook message from Austin's Mom threatening me (which I save for evidence). Not only am I being threatened by a employees mother but the employee is giving my name and personal information away to people. That is a violation of my privacy rights.

CASE # 3969996
SITE # 33597
My wife and I used the park and fly service at Ramada Plaza Newark Liberty Airport Hotel: 160 Frontage Road, Newark, NJ 07114 Phone #[protected]. Check - in Date: 01/05/2018 - Return 01/17/2018. Reservation ID 1676839 under my wife's name Patricia Dorame-Holoviak.
When returning on 01/17/2018 evening, to load up our luggage only to find my 2016 Honda Accord Sport Car vandalized, to put it mildly. All 4 tires and rims stolen and car sitting on 2 bricks.
I went to front desk, spoke to manager, Jada. She said they tried to call my phone # I left on file 4 times which was first lie. I told her this was my home phone they called and of course I was not there. When arriving at home I had only 1 call that stated: "Hello. My name is Bill Maza - director of security at Ramada Airport Hotel - Phone # [protected]. Please call. I would like to speak to you. No other calls to my wife's or my cell phones or home phone.
When checking in at the hotel, first question I asked the woman desk clerk was. I parked my car in this area between 2 white lines is this a safe area?
She assured me anywhere in the lot was secure.
This was not a negligent act of leaving a cell phone or leather jacket in my vehicle in plain site. They have a security gate, and I was to find out later the camera's on their lot are not in this exact area I parked. I found this out during the Newark police filling out the report. I said why was I not told this from the beginning of my stay from my first question. Is this a safe place to leave my car?
After 4 letters to and replies from Wyndham customer service and offering
free points and saying how serious they take these matters, nothing was really done to reimburse me for a loss to my car of $3, 148.55
I was finally given a name for a Ramada office who did not turn out to be owner/operator of franchise business, without even giving me an e-mail address or direct phone number. They basically were saying, good luck find out on your own. So much for Wyndham hotel lip service.
mr. thompson owner of ramada hotel in slc professional liar
I was hired to work at the Ramada Hotel at 2425 S. State Street in Salt Lake City, Utah 84115. I had planned on working there for one year, until I had to relocate to get away from toxic people. An emergency came up regarding my child, so I had to leave my employment immediately. I gave notice to my immediate supervisor, and to the general manager of the hotel. I had to contact the police to get assistance to leave the residence I was at as I was being held against my will. This all happened the same day. I have a police report I had to file unemployment with the state of Kansas. Mr. Thompson of Thompson & Associates whom I have never met in my entire life, gave false testimony to Winona with the Kansas Department of Labor, telling her that I just walked off the job without good cause, not telling anyone anything. He caused my benefits to be denied. I asked Winona if she would speak to my supervisor and the general manager to get their version of the story since I informed them both I had to leave. She said she would only if Mr. Thompson would allow her to speak with them. I had Salt Lake City police fax over my police report to show it was filed within one hour of me leaving the job. I quit my job under duress, I had good cause. I appealed the claim. I had a phone conference with a Kansas judge with Mr. Thompson on the line. I am tired of [censor] in the hotel industry victimizing their employees. Please read the true story, Hilton Hotel Secrets by Donald Lee Starr which is live on Audible.com

dust particles in water
My dear Brothers,
I would like bring to your notice that our company is supplying iftar pack meal to all our Muslims who are in fasting during Ramadan Month. We found that 0.50 SR packed drinking water contains dust particles which is purely visible.
I didn't understand how these people can purchase this water without any visual inspection.
This water was packed by Al Rai Drinking Water Co. So please check twice when you purchasing water bottles especially during Ramadan month.

Ramada Inn Westshore Tampa Airport is the horrible place to stay. I booked the room, and when I arrived to this place, I was shocked. The room looked horrible ad dirt was everywhere. Also there were kids and some strangers around my room and it was safe for me. I went to the receptionist and asked to provide refund, and they returned money only for one...
