I accidentally booked this hotel a second time and when I realized it was the same terrible hotel as before it was already within the 48 hours. This hotel has a severe mold problem and I have serious allergies. It would literally make me sick to stay there. I missed the 48 hour cut off by a couple of hours. Agoda tried to negotiate with them, as I was willing to pay a fee, they yelled at them and me when I called later, even going as far as accusing me of lying to them about calling earlier and no one answering. To say they were rude is an understatement. They attacked me right away not allowing to even try to explain my situation. They were so incredibly disrespectful and rude that I felt unsafe to even stay at their Hotel.
Claimed loss: $220 US dollars
Desired outcome: Reimbursement or at least their score/ hotel ranking should be reduced. They are listed as a 4 star. I think 2 is more accurate as they are unprofessional and the hotel is dirty
