I booked a reservation through Dreamstar Resorts. The next day I received an email saying, "You're Booked! Congratulations." So I made plane reservations only to see, while checking my bank account, that I had been refunded the booking amount. No one had contacted me. So I called the company and rebooked again. I was told that I needed to wait for two emails confirming my reservation. I never received anything and, once again, while checking my bank account I saw that the booking was again cancelled and refunded. So I have plane tickets without a place to stay when I get there. Today when I spoke with someone they said they could try again but the price was now $1000.00 more than the last time I booked. This company has not honored their commitment to me as a member. The membership fee for this service was $5995.00 and I feel like I have been conned.

They even state at the beginning of presentation " this is Not a timeshare presentation " That part is true. It's a Vacation Club reservation membership.
