They charge a $5 fee for everyday you are late m, and they will not help to waive the fee at all

I also believe it is illegal to charge more than the actual amount past due, and I owed $99 and they have charged me over $119 in fees. I was sick for over a month , and out of work, I told them and they said they do not care. Horrible company.

I had a great experience with Rapidvisa. My husband was approved for his green card after submitting the AOS paperwork with premium service. It took a lot of stress off us trying to figure it out ourselves. It also saved us money hiring a lawyer to do it for us. I'm now going to be paying for the removal of conditions with premium service. I feel confidant it will be smooth this time as well.
In the beginning everything was great until it was time to submit the petition. They never tell you, that you have to wait just for it to be review. Everytime you reach out They have a new story of why it has not being checked. It's been a week since they have the papers, now their saying you have to wait almost 3 weeks for it to send to the uscis, I made 3 payments in advance just so it can be priority. I feel like their playing w my time and something so important as my husband petition. I would recommend not paying for the premium package please DO NOT PAY a for premium package

They technically get the job done
They technically get the job done...usually...but they do the very bare minimum. The agent's knowledge is very disappointing. We were confused by an answer we received one day so we contacted them again and got a completely different answer from another agent. We contacted them a third time the same day and got yet another different answer. If RapidVisa is all your budget allows, go for it. But I'd advise spending a bit more money and avoiding this budget option.

This company has horrible customer service. I requested an refund on 10/24 and was told what I refund would be and I agreed to that number. I was told on 10/25 that it would take 3-5 days for the refund to process. Well on 10/30 i was told the accounting department needs to be contacted and they would message them. Same response from customer service on 11/1 and twice on 11/3. I am starting to feel like this was a scam and after looking at the other reviews I am here to warn you about this company. Stay Away and Buyer Beware.

RapidVisa has given us trouble from the start. They done their initial review with the premium processing and have claimed things were wrong even though they are exactly what the USCIS are requiring. It seems like after fixing an "issue" they say they have, another issue comes up a day later. It's almost like they look at it, find a problem and then just stopped looking at it. The "issues" they brought up are not valid problems. All documents we have sent are up to the USCIS standard. We asked for a full refund of our cost in which they have refused to do so. This in my opinion is a scam and they have taken our money while providing us with false information.

They locked me into $930 and refuse to issue a refund claiming I printed a packet. Since printing the packet they broke their agreement and was unable to get the papers submitted before an $800 fee hike. They hang up the phone on you and their employees think it's okay to cancel your account without your permission. (I wish I had let them, but that was before they broke their agreement). I have absolutely zero ability to trust these people to handle $3600 worth of fees let alone my tax information after all of this.

One such mistake was on a "yes or no" question that asked if any of our income was from illegal sources such as drug dealing and the answer was marked "Yes" on the paperwork. I thought I might have made a mistake when filling it out, but when I went to investigate and correct the error, I saw that I had marked "No" and it still made it to the final form as "yes". We're still working with RapidVisa to complete our documentation and hoping that things will work out, we're just a bit concerned with the service we've gotten so far. We chose RapidVisa because we figured we would pay the $600 to have the stress of preparing & organizing our paperwork dealt with, but we've found ourselves in a different position as we're correcting the mistakes in the paperwork they've sent us. I know I can't get my money back, but I hope to at least get the level of care that was guaranteed on their website. I don't want to slander or de-legitimized the work that RapidVisa does, I just want to know that something this important can be trusted to them and that their word is their bond. Any help or comments from RapidVisa would go very far for me thank you.

I just wanted to write a review to clear up the issue about their guarantee. This is for everyone who doesn't know the process, never went through the process, and doesn't understand the term analogy used in there guarantee and used in all forms and other paperwork I have went through the process and my fiancée was denied the visa after the interview and I was extremely puzzled and upset with RapidVisa about the guarantee because I didn't get a refund from them. So, this guarantee of RapidVisa does not mean they will give you a partial refund if you were denied after the visa interview at the Embassy, as in my case. In the beginning when you give all your paperwork back to RapidVisa and they prepare it and send it to USCIS for approval. If the USCIS denies you, then Rapid Visa will give you a partial refund, this is before the interview at the Embassy. The USCIS is different than the US Embassy. I was told another thing on my initial phone call to them and just wanted everyone to know with clarity what the guarantee is about. I will also say the reason I gave them a 3 star instead of 1 star is because they did make sure I had everything I needed to get approval from the USCIS. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing that. I also appreciated that I could make payments. It really helped in my situation. A note to Rapid Visa: If you genuinely care about your clients you will make your guarantee clearer.

Read and heed! Do NOT under any circumstances use the company doing business as "Rapid Visa" to assist you in ANY immigration process. After numerous delays and poor service - they mailed my petition to the WRONG ADDRESS. The instructions on the USCIS form CLEARLY STATE that the petition is to be mailed to the PHOENIX "lockbox" - yet they somehow managed to send mine to DALLAS. Dallas does NOT ACCEPT 1-130 petitions. Now they (Rapid Visa) tell me "do not worry, there are 2 scenarios what can happen next:
1) the USCIS will transfer your petition to Phoenix, AZ
2) Your petition will be returned to you - and you will be able to resubmit it or if you wish, you can send the petition to us and we will submit it for you (to correct address)."
Oh REALLY? This is what CAN happen? What about what WILL happen?
Then they go on to write: "Your petition will not get denied based on the filing error, you don't have to worry about this." Maybe not but it WILL BE DELAYED BY WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS!
Then they state: "Please note that currently the USCIS is under a backlog and it takes few weeks for them to issue the receipt notices." Again - oh REALLY?
As if I didn't know that there's a huge backlog? REALLY? Am I supposed to be reassured by this? It simply means that a few WEEKS/MONTHS will be added to this miserable process (due to their delay in mailing PLUS this egregious and flagrant error).
Government bureaucracy is bad enough - but when the private sector adds to the misery index - it is UNSATISFACTORY.
Again - I STRONGLY URGE anyone in this group or contemplating how to file their I-130 - AVOID RAPID VISA!

I requested a refund of the unused monies $2949.00 paid Four fees of the Adjustment of Status were unused totaling $1858.75 Rapid Visa claims that they will only refund $1225, keeping $633.75 for now good reason. During March just prior to COVID - we entered into an agreement with RapidVisa for a payment plan to both - complete our change of status forms and payment plan on ALL USCIS fees. They collected fees and were doing payment plan tor fees but nothing was submitted to gov't until just now - see attached pics. They charged us $2027.20 of which only $699 is their fee - we included all USCIS fees in our final packet which they received. We are seeking refund of $1328 dollars they are holding.

I have asked Rapid Visa to discontine services. They refused to refund the US filing fee that was never used. I have paid $808 to Rapid visa for the K1 services. The Rapid Visa service fee is $677. However, I decided not to file at this time. Rapid Visa wants to collect the USCIS fee even though I have decided not to continue filing. I requested to be refunded the filing fee of $131. Rapid visa wants to keep collecting and keep the USCIS fee. I tried speaking to the customer service representative but they refuse to let me speak to accounting or their supervisors. The USCIS filing fee is $535. I do not want to continue paying for a filing fee that will not be filed with the USCIS. I also requested for Rapid Visa to stop withdrawing more money from my account. They will not give me an answer except to say...they will put in a request because my first request was denied.

Incorrect and missing Visa documents with ZERO explanation and No refund. RapidVisa created incorrect documents that had numerous typos and inconsistencies with the information submitted. I successfully filed the K1 on my own (which was approved), however, to save time on filing the I-485, I paid RapidVisa. The AOS package that was generated had missing documents when after calling in to complain about the first issues we spotted. Next, the AOS package would not generate the I-131 and the I-765 (which were included int he first AOS package). No explanations. No help. Customer service told me I would receive a refund after their first mistake of selecting on the GOVERNMENT form that I derive my income from illegal activities! Their level of incompetence is egregious considering the sensitivity and level of detail needed to perform the service they are supposed to provide. I was told I would receive a refund a week ago and would receive an email confirmation -- nothing. I called again to ask about the issues with AOS package and once they couldn't address or confirm why documents were missing, they THEN decided to bring up that they see I will be getting a refund and said they will send an email to accounting "next week", which is exactly what they said would happen a week ago.

I'm locked in This company promised to handle my forms with the department of homeland security For a green card in time for a fee increase. I was promised this by an employee named Pedro. Later that week after doing everything I needed to, they said that they didn't have any record of this agreement and held up the process for days until it was impossible to make this deadline. Their accounting department has claimed that because I printed documents I must complete the process with them, but their costumer service experience since then has gone from horrible to me writing this complaint. I don't even feel comfortable writing bad reviews because they will still be in charge of my application. They hang up on me on 50% of the phone calls I have with them yet I am still expected to pay them. They also don't provide sufficient lists of documents that I am expected to provide to them. They still have yet to provide me with this and every time I speak with someone they tell me that I need a new document and then want to end the call until the newest document is provided, and will hang up on me until that is complete. Their prices are also unclear. When I signed up, I was told that I would need to pay $500 for their service but I am not paying $930 because of additional services that they add on.

I had given them specific instruction about what to file (names of the PDF files, links, and description). However they ignored everything I said and uploaded the incorrect files. Worst of all they were files that were already denied by the NVC. Unfortunately the NVC does not give you the option to delete or resubmit files until they have reviewed them, and the NVC at the time were 2 months behind schedule. I was furious, and reached out to them as to why they ignored my instructions or followed up with me before uploading my documents. They said they would look into the case, however they did not. I had spent 3 months reaching out to them to investigate the issue, and the one time they did, they did not look at the correct case. I had called to let them know that they were looking at the incorrect case and they said they would look into the issue again, and I never heard back from them. For 3 months I had to call them so that they can fix things up, and they we extremely rude, uncompassionate, and felt no remorse for having delayed the case for my husband to be in the country with me. I had requested a refund (not including the USCIS fee since that was for the application) since they have treated my case so poorly and caused delays in my case. And once again they said they would reach back out when they did not. I had also frequently requested to speak to a manager, however a manager was never available which is suspicious to me. Thanks to these people my husbands case was delayed, and when things starting clearing up (by myself fixing everything) COVID-19 came and all visa processes were cancelled. I am extremely distraught as I have struggled during this pandemic and have been unable to be by my husband's side for nearly 2 years now. I am requesting a full refund and stop future payments stay of my credit card. On June 8 I made a deposit to RapidVisa for a K1 fiance request to bring my partner to the USA from Colombia. In order to start you had to make a deposit then I started by filling out only a questionaire at the rapid visa website but never got to send anything or get authorization from rapid visa as an official requirement that everything was ready to be sent to the Consulate or anything else requested by Rapid visa to fullfill and process this application to be sent to the us consulate for processing. When I completed the questionaire I had not consulted with my partner about my desire to bring her to the us for us to get married and ligalize her status in america, after carefull consideration and a conversation we had she asked me to please cancel the filling because she does not wish to come to live in the United States with me due to her children and entire family residing in Colombia. Therefore I immediately contact rapid visa to cancel the account requested a full refund and to please stop any monthly future payments, rapid visa replied that my request had to be escalated to the accounting department to process the refund and stop future payments. Next day I received a response via their website email, I was told they will not issue a return of the deposit I made of $289 dollars paid via my credit card and that they would not stop the future payments until I paid another $ 140 dollars. This is a robbery, a customer should have the right of a deposit refund when the transaction has not been completed and even so, only one week passed from this incomplete order, which never materialized and the client has the right to withdraw and change their mind. If my partner does not want to come to live with me I can not file a petition and I can not force her, much less pay for something that is never going to be done. I politely asked Rapid visa for the cancellation and they want to be a thief and keep the deposit becasue they read the questionaire and agree with the information I wrote and worse yet charge my credit card even more for a service that was not completed due to the facts. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card bank and perhaps I will have to close the account to prevent future illegal charges.

I gave them 1300 to process K1 visa. 4 months later checked on status. Didn't do anything but continued to take payments. Refusing to give fees back. I called to find out the status on my K1 application was told because I didn't press a review button nothing was done for 4 months. They told me to reduce a paragraph and asked me some questions about my fiance. It takes about 8 months for the process to be complete the 4 month said they didn't do anything meant that we still have 8 months left yet every month I gave them 6 payments after the 2nd payment they're supposed to start processing your paper work. I have been corresponding with email with them and I thought that they were processing the paperwork they told me that it was my fault they did in process it because I didn't press to review what where they took 4 more payments without doing any work. So I told them I wanted my money bag when I called there I was told that you can't contact the US office that their offices in the Philippines Both contact numbers go straight to the Philippines I told them I wanted to talk to someone in the US because if I'd known that it was out sourced then I wouldn't have to employ them to do my K1 visa. I didn't ax to speak to the accounting department and they told me that we weren't allowed to call accounting department directly and they could contact them but not me. I call the next day and I was told dad the county department decided they do only work and give me $500 out of the 1300 because they reviewed my document even though 4 months late. They advertise doing the the work from start to finish like tracking at Dudek embassy in the other country and then tracking it back here is a complete process we get the arm necessary documents and pictures and we mail it to them they mail it to the embassy they get we get the return paper were and we mail it to them and they there continuously monitor the process at least Des would they advertise. So I asked her why was and if they only did a review there why are there giving me more of my money back when they didn't complete the process. To which I was told that they would gladly finish the process for me but if not if I don't allow them to finish it then they're keeping a $800 just given me back the $500 the processing fee to to do the K1 is what I would have to pay the government. I Put a fraud charge against them with my bank credit card to try to get my money back for the work they didn't do. They are trying to strong on was until letting them do to work even though they messed up the paperwork it didn't contact me at all for 4 months I can't tag them I just want my money back and have no further communication association with them we rather have someone we can trust and see where I can walk into the office because I didn't know that they warrant located in the US they're using it as a dummy front to funnel The work to the Philippines. American should be protected against such things. You think you're dealing with a company in US and you doing with people in a total different country across the world ... Now we have to get someone else who knows what they're doing so we won't have this happen again we thought we only had 3 months left before my fiance will come over here but because they didn't do the work on their end yet they kept collecting my money now we have to start over again.. I no longer trust him to complete the work. I paid them because I thought they knew what they were doing. To have your customer wait for months and not contact them yet continuously collect the money Jim blame the customer for their negligence I just want my money back so I can get someone else.

Paperwork system is hard to work with and even if you are unable to complete the visa good luck getting any money back even the prepaid fees for the government that weren't used. Once the mood sours, you are on your own.
They technically get the job done...usually...but they do the very bare minimum. The agent's knowledge is very disappointing. We were confused by an answer we received one day so we contacted them again and got a completely different answer from another agent. We contacted them a third time the same day and got yet another different answer. If RapidVisa is all your budget allows, go for it. But I'd advise spending a bit more money and avoiding this budget option.
They charge a $5 fee for everyday you are late m, and they will not help to waive the fee at all. I also believe it is illegal to charge more than the actual amount past due, and I owed $99 and they have charged me over $119 in fees. I was sick for over a month , and out of work, I told them and they said they do not care. Horrible company.
