We would like to point out that our website states that "We are an independent agency. We are not affiliated with any branch of the Vietnamese government or with its website." This information is included in the top part of our website, right under "Apply for your Vietnam E-visa in 3 easy steps!" section.
Our agency is a legally registered company which acts as an intermediary between travellers and the Immigration Office of a given country, facilitating the evisa application and taking care of the whole process for the Applicant. The price we charge is different because it includes the service fee, the processing fee, and the transaction fee - it displayed during the submission process so the Applicant can decide if they accept it and wish to proceed further. Furthermore, before submitting the application, the Applicant is asked to accept the company's Terms of Service which also emphasizes the nature of our business.
As for the withdrawal of your application, kindly be informed that if an evisa request has already been forwarded the the Immigration Office, we are no longer able to cancel it and issue a refund (this is stated in our Terms of Service). We strive to process applications promptly upon submission as it is our goal to provide evisas for travellers as quickly as possible.

This vendor intentionally sponsors and appears as the first search result, presenting itself as the official website for applying for a visa to Vietnam. However, it charges over three times the original price that the embassy charges and may not reveal the inflated price until the last payment step. No additional OPT authentication is required to complete and check the transaction price.
Moreover, even if you withdraw the application within a few minutes of submitting it due to the excessive charges, you cannot receive any response or refund from the vendor.

I got an eVisa with this Company and my travel will be on June. The service was ok, but I'm worried because I don't get to check my eVisa at the Vietnam official site, the code doesn't function. The Company told me that they used an email from the eVisa Express, not my email, because of It I don't get to check it. Is Someone had the same problem with this Company?

i tried evisa express and it was a total disaster. i dont recommend it at all. they just want your money and dont care about anything else. its better to find another way to get your visa.

Evisa Express Failed Us: Visa Processing Delayed, Ruined Our Trip
Me and my mate decided to apply for a visa through Evisa Express, and we did it just a week before our flight. The website said that we would get our visa in just 5 days, so we thought we had plenty of time. But when we got to the airport, we found out that our visa was still processing and we didn't get any updates from the website. It was a real bummer, and we had to fork out 300 aussie bucks each to get a new one. It was a terrible experience and it was really stressful for us. We were so disappointed that we didn't get to go on our trip as planned.

If the documents uploaded to the application do not meet the requirements of the Immigration Office, we have to ask for a new set of documents, to avoid the visa being rejected. We can start to process the application only after we have received all the necessary documents.
