Ratemarketplace is selling my information to mortgage companies against my directive. I have started to receive calls from mortgage companies wanting to refinance my home. The companies have explained that they got my name form Ratemarketplace. They have assured me that they will honor our DNC directions. I have requested that Ratemarketplace to discontinue this unwanted processs and honor my DNC that is in place for my personal numbers.
Desired outcome: I want my wish that they discontinue the sell of my personal information and to honor my DNC that is in place. If not, I will be forced to contact the AG to make a formal complaint
