so i gotta say, RCTV is legit. i was a little skeptical at first, but they got some rare collectibles that you just can't find anywhere else. i copped a sick coin from them and it came in perfect condition. the website is easy to navigate and they got some dope videos showcasing their products. only thing is, the prices can be a little steep, but hey, you get what you pay for. overall, i'm happy with my purchase and would def recommend RCTV to any collector out there.

Their prices are way too high, especially for the crappy condition of the coins. They make all these big promises in their ads, but it's all a bunch of lies. I just hope other new collectors don't fall for their tricks.

BOUGHT A SET OF XXXX-XXXX ASE. I ASKED THEM TO CHECK FOR TONING OR MILK SPOTS. I PAID OVER $2600 FOR THE SET. WHEN I RECEIVED IT, 11 COINS HAD BROWN TONING. I SENT IT BACK AND GOT MY REFUND, BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR SHIPPING. NOT COOL.

This compny is ful of shif! Don't do any bizness with these ppl they charged my credit card xtra without my permission and I found out it wasn't a mistake. Their products are overpriced and they show posting from EBay ads from greedy, unprofessional con artists. Don't trust this compny.

So, this guy called me up trying to sell me some gold coins. I did some research and found out that I could get the same coins for less money and in better condition. So, I canceled my order before it even arrived on May 2nd. But guess what? The box was still left at my gate on May 8th with no signature required. I took it straight to the post office and told them to return it to sender. But, I still haven't gotten my refund of $5495.00 back. I talked to them on X-XX-XX and they said they had the coins and would refund my card, but that hasn't happened yet. After reading other reviews, I'm really worried. I don't have any coins and I don't have any money. Be careful when dealing with these people, they seem to be in the business of ripping people off. I'm gonna report them to the district attorney's office.

This place is a total rip-off! I've been collecting coins for years and I got the type II silver eagle set signed by the engraver and designer. But one of the coins was supposed to be the west point silver eagle and it was just a bullion coin that I could have gotten anywhere for less than $40. They said they had the west point in the ad, but when I called they said they couldn't sell me something they didn't have. So I said I'd send it back for the west point, but they said they didn't have it in stock. They did offer me a $50 credit for my next purchase, but I know that's never gonna happen. And guess what? They still advertise the same set with the west point eagle on their site! These guys are liars and cheats! I talked to one of their sales guys and we went back and forth through email. Don't buy anything from them, you've been warned! I'm gonna keep complaining and telling everyone I know in the business and online not to waste their money on these crooks!

I bought a signed script from Stranger Things in July for my daughter's birthday. I asked when it would be shipped on July 29th, but I still haven't gotten it. It's now October 20th and I haven't heard anything from them. I tried calling, but it just said to email them. I did that, but still no response. It's really frustrating.

I ordered some coins from RCTV on April 19th, and my credit card got charged on April 20th, but I still haven't received my order. When I checked my member area on their website, it said I didn't have any orders. I tried calling them, but all I got was an automated message saying to leave a message because they were busy. I also sent them an email, but no response yet.

My boy got me a signed pic from RCTV in Dec 2020 for Xmas. But when it came in March , the glass was busted and scratched the photo. I tried calling them but their number didn't work. They told me to file a complaint on their site, so I emailed them like 15 times. It's now April 20 and they still haven't done anything about it. They said they'd fix it but it's been over three weeks and nada. They're a lousy company with no customer service. They need to replace or repair it.

I bought something from RCTV for Christmas and got a discount. But when I got it, some of it was messed up. They said they'd fix it, but then they said they couldn't. I talked to like 8 people and waited over a month for a refund. Then they charged me full price for their mistake. They said they'd still give me the discount, but they didn't. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew that. I asked to talk to a boss to complain, but they said no.
