Red Robin Restaurant

Over charged bad service and they never handle the situation at the restaurant or responded back to my email about my complaint thru guest support .they just take your money and that's it . I see other complaints that this as also happened to them at this location. I would think they would want repeat business. And I can tell you my friends and family will not go to this restaurant again.

Red Robin Very unclean and unhealthy

My husband and I live in West Chester OH where there are a lot of new restaurants coming to that area. I really like going to Red Robin to get their turkey burger and fries.
We walked in the store and the look of the place was grimy and know one looked like they were trying to keep it clean. The kitchen had trash and grease in areas where the customers could look in. Layers and layers of dirt and grim all over the place. The silverware did not look at all clean. Bathroom was filthy and toilet paper was everywhere on the floor. I felt sick. Please do something. I don't want Red Robin to go out of business, but it will if this continues. What the hell is going on with your managers? I would hope that Red Robin values us as customers and would change things soon, real soon please. Please do something.

Red Robin Senior orders

We like to go to Red Robin with our friends, and we go quite often. But now we are considering going elsewhere. As we are dieting and since you don't have a Senior menu or a lighter choice menu, we been ordering from the kids menu. The size is perfect and the chicken strips are perfect for our diet. But last time we ordered there, we noticed when our bill came, they had added on a $4.00 charge for being no adult with a kids meal. When asked about it, we were told that's the new policy now. When asked if the potion size was different, we were told "no". They just added more cause we were an adult. When ask why we weren't told about it. They said they would take it off the bill this time, but never again. Right there you just lost the dieter in Roseburg, OR. We will post this and let everyone we know, as we feel this is a rip off.

Red Robin Unable to use red robin gift card

My nephew Dean Baughman turned 19 on June 25, 2018, so I bought him a $30 gift card for Red Robin since that is one of his favorite restaurants. On Friday, June 29, 2018, he and his girlfriend visited a Red Robin restaurant in Hershey, PA, after spending the day at Hersheypark. My nephew had the gift card that I purchased for him so he attempted to use it. He was told that they weren't accepting gift cards at that time... His mother told me the story and I felt embarrassed for him since he was with his girlfriend that day. Furthermore, how can a restaurant choose to not accept a gift card that is specific for that restaurant? It doesn't seem right so I felt that a complaint was necessary.

Red Robin Service

Hi this was my husband and I first time at Red Robin. We were seated in a dirty area a lot of unbussed tables. Took forever to get drinks table beside left because of the weight. Barley saw waitress and when we did it was very short. Received appetizers and 5 minutes later received our dinners. Long wait times on everything. Didn't have time to eat appetizers on our small table before entree's. For our first experience we will not be recommending or going back.

Red Robin Refused service

I went in for teachers appreciation day at 9:26 after attending a graduation and was refused service because they had been really busy all day. I was really embarrassed and disappointed. I saw other customers pulling in and going in and we're not refused service. I waited 5 minutes watching people come out as well as go in. I went back in and ask why I was refused service and was told they all had reservations which I know was not true because I asked customer in parking lot. I ask for manager Shawn who was just as rude as the greeter Dave. The only difference between myself and the others was the color of my skin. I was never given apology etc. for the inconvenience and humiliation. I am not sure if this is the normal way customers are treated but it turned a very pleasant appreciation into a teacher nightmare.

Red Robin Service

I want to start off with I love Red Robin and my family goes there pretty often. We usually go to the one on Harlem and Irving but yesterday we went to the one in Oak Brook. We went to have lunch for my husbands birthday and it was the absolute worst service we have ever had. The hostess did not seem like she knew what she was doing and it took about 10-15 minutes to even be asked how many in our party and to be seated. Once seated we were greeted by our waitress who seemed new which is fine. We ordered drinks and when we received drinks we ordered our meals right away. She didn't ask how we wanted our burgers to be cooked which we are usually asked. We sat there for 50 MINUTES and we still were not served. We asked how much longer and she said the kids meals were finished but waiting on ours. We asked her to bring out the kids meals so they can be occupied but we then waited another 10 minutes and nothing. So they weren't done and she said it to keep us there. We finally got up and told them we are leaving. Granted they did not make us pay for our drinks or the appetizers but they did not offer an apology or seem sincere when our family along with about 5 other groups walked out. Needless to say we will not be returning to this Red Robin and we are very disappointed with the way everything was handled.

Red Robin Manager and employees refused to honor email specials

Two weeks ago I placed an order for two Gourmet burgers at the San Dimas, CA, Red Robin attempting to take advantage of the 20% off to go order offer I received in my e-mail. When I went to pick them up at 8:50 pm, the 20% off discount had not been applied. Alexandra, the receptionist, said she would correct this but then came back claiming that there was no discount attached to my e-mail address. She then got the manager who also refused to honor the offer. I asked if I could access my e-mail on any computer in their establishment, but was told again that I did not have this offer available to me. I told them I would go home and print out the offer which I did. I was told that that would suffice. So I not only copied the 20% off offer but also a valid current offer for a free burger with burger purchase Celebrate Burger Month offer. I returned to the restaurant @ 9:15, but even with the printouts of the both offers, Alexandra still refused to honor them. I refused to pay the non-discounted price and informed her I intended to contact Red Robin's corporate office about their refusal to give the advertised discount. I completed the complaint form and checked the box indicating I wished to be contacted via phone, not e-mail. All I received was a form e-mail stating that the manager was to be contacted but no call and no resolution. Then, to add insult to injury, I was sent another e-mail asking if I was o.k. with their resolution and a link to a site to state my reply, a site that will not load. I can only assume that individual customers, no matter how often they visit (quite often) mean little to the Red Robin franchise. I'm sure all the other restaurants in my area will appreciate Red Robin pushing customers their way.

Red Robin Teacher appreciation on june 5, 2018

Greetings on the day and in question my wife and I went to the Red Robin in Chesapeake Town Centee in Chesapeake, Virginia for the special. We wanted in line for over 2.5 hours just to find out the hostess never put us in the waiting list. So then we tried to call in the order but no one answered the phone. Just felt like we lost out on a great opportunity especially for people who Have supported your company numerous times before!

Red Robin Bad dining experience request for reimbursement

I was traveling with my family through vineland nj when we all got
hungry. We saw your sign from the highway and pulled in for what
we anticipated would be a good hot meal.
Before I continue let me just say that on that particular highway
we had our choice of Red Lobster as well as a few other well known
places to eat, we chose yours.
We were seated quickly enough and the wait staff was very competent. That unfortunately is where our good dining experience
ended.
We ordered, got our drinks, then the debacle began.
My soup, came out stone cold. I sent it back, it returned too salty to consume. Everyones food came out in a similar condition.
Cold Onion rings, Cold soups, the only thing edible was my burger
and some sweet potato fries.
Needless to say I am very disappointed in my dinner there. Seven of us, seven cold versions of hot food. This should be as unacceptable
to you as it is to me.
I understand that sometimes establishments like yours are short staffed, but this is as I said, unacceptable !
Lastly, If this had been my first experience with Red Robin, I would
never return again.

Red Robin Bad service

I went to order a Pig Out Tavern, was very upset when I was told aioli was not going to be made anymore that all you get is mayo & bacon instead so I asked for another sauce like poppy seed honey mustard so it was okay but between a %10 - 100 service I give it a %15 because I'm no chef but taste means allot to me when I eat good food of any,
my sister threatened me to not complain, I thought about it so I let you guys know what happened anyways. I dislike it when things get taken away like aioli, it is companies choice though so if you read & review this thank you.

Red Robin Red robin oxnard california 93036

First of all we got there took about 15 min for waiter to come to us I ordered a lemonade and it tasted like fountain water took another 30 min for appetizer to come to us they ran out of onion rings ALL of the tables around us were dirty and at this point we were upset and canceled our order we didn't eat our appetizer or drinked our drinks and they still charged us for everything except the lemonade the manager or waitress didn't even apologize after telling them the reason why we wanted to cancel.

Red Robin Service and would like a refund my money back

My name Maggie I went to Red Robin was not happy with the service I didn't get my fries or drink waiter forgot to bring them has to ask a manager didn't even have silverware or napkins to eat with food was not that great had to set it back wasn't happy would like a refund on money back and I was just not happy don't think I will be visiting again thank you for your help my email [protected]@gmail.com thank you

Red Robin Paid and didn't receive food.

On 1/20/18 I ordered online for a meal that was $31.56. The location I had ordered from had a "kitchen fire" so we never received our food. We were told MULTIPLE TIMES that we would get a refund and here we are almost a month later. No refund, not contacted by anyone.
I have the online receipt and my bank statements that show I purchased and was never refunded.
I will be telling all friends/ family about the awful service I have received and my money that I was jipped out of and I will continue to contact until I receive the money I paid for without receiving a meal.

Red Robin Server

I was dining in at Red Robin, in bear Delaware recently and my service was awful. My server Jackie was rude to my table and also I overheard her being rude to her co-workers. Everything she was saying was unnecessary, obnoxious, and overall disrespectful. I do not appreciate a service so poor, and the fact that the managers did not reprimand her actions and negative attitude towards others is very unprofessional. I will not be dining at this location, or any other Red Robin in the future with the way employees are treating each other.

Red Robin Red robin food

1/17/18, Town Center Drive, Oxnard, CA. Red Robin's "Guest Support" page and forms inoperable (on purpose?).
Ordered Sam Adams Winter Lager, a seemingly safe item. I did not pay close attention, and took a drink. The beer was very dark, flat, and tasted toxic or poisonous. The bartender felt sick when she poured it down the drain. I do not know what was in it. I told her to get a sample of it, in case I got sick. She would not. The manager was told, and was completely indifferent. Red Robin does not make the beer of course, but I would be worried if I were them.
There is no way to contact them through their website, I tried.

Red Robin Veggie burgers

December 26th I went to my local Red Robin in Carlisle PA and was so disappointed to find out the Boca and garden burgers were no longer an option instead of the regular beef burgers. As a vegetarian I'm highly disappointed in Red Robin for getting rid of the option. This was the only restaurant chain I knew that made extremely good veggie burgers that I loved. I will be banning Red Robin for now on they seem to be getting rid of good things and giving you less option instead of more. Pissed

Red Robin My whole online order and service

On Saturday November 4, 2017 I placed an online order and also checked curbside delivery. We got there and waited 10 minutest then we called inside the restaurant and was told they would be out right away. We had to wait another 15 minutes for our food. We were on time for the pick up. When we got home (we live 10 minutes away) needless to say that our food was cold and wrong. Our order was over 75.00 for 3 people. To you that might not be a lot but to us it is. We were celebrating an accomplishment that our special needs grandson had done. What a disappointment!
I would like to have a refund. I am so disappointed in your company.

Red Robin Management

I was eating at red robin while the person I believe to be the manager was by the bar talking bad about me and my kids while saying racial slurs. I'm not sure of her name but she is brown skin with red dread locks. While I watched all of this being done she proceeded to go behind the bar and pour 2 shots and then took them to the back. I don't know if it was for her or not but it definitely was not for a customer.

Red Robin Food dropped on floor then put on grill

On Friday July 28 2017 @ 8:10 PM a cook dropped a box of frozen hamburger patties on the floor, picked them up quickly and place them on the grill. This is now on social media and will continue to be shared in the city of Liberty MO where this happened. The photo does not show the food on the floor only 2 workers that were there when it happened. The damage is done and those who see this now have a choice to make since there are several hamburger places to choose from. (5 Guys, Culver's, Wendy's, 54th St)
