This was my first order from Redbubbke and what a disappointment! I ordered 3 prints for my Boyfriend for Christmas (didn't even arrive until January 4th!) and as soon as he pulled out one of them, he asked, "Why is this so blurry?" Thank god he didn't comment on the others. Redbubble has no business charging what they charge for the subpar product I was sent. It was like they couldn't even be bothered to use a PNG or high-res image for their product. If this is more of an artist/vendor issue on their site then they need to do a quality check on these people. To top that, I am not even allowed to review the individuals on Redbubble unless invited? Never again will I shop with them. the ONLY PLUS was that the pieces that came were very well framed.

COVID19 face masks was ordered
COVID19 face masks was ordered. After e few weeks I received mail from redbubble with statement that my order was received. How? By whom? I have no family members in the vicinity. After I opened a dispute with redbubble, I started to receive everyday mail from them, very polite though, that my query was resolved. In one mail they pointed out that a new item will be shipped, but I can not see the issue resolved until I de facto receive ordered item.

My first order was a disaster! All 4 shirts had blurry, low resolution images, the ink was extremely light and they all had streaks throughout the images. This was not my experience in the past, the shirts I have bought throughout the years were always lovely. They have even held up through many washes without fading. I knew I could not give these as Christmas gifts because it would be very embarrassing. I contacted Customer Service and sent photos. They said they can see how bad they look. They said they contacted the third party vendor who said they would fix the 4 shirts and 'knew what was wrong'. Because of how terrible they looked I was nervous they would still be as cheap and bad looking. However when I got the redo's they were OUTSTANDING! I absolutely love them. My gifts to friends were late and it was a hassle to get ahold of RedBubble and send photos (I don't know how anyone could allow anything with that awful quality leave the shop) but in the end they looked really great. Don't accept bad quality, contact them and they WILL make it right.

I’m very impressed with Redbubbles customer service and product! I complained because my shipping was severely delayed (the current global situation) and asked for a refund for my shipping costs. They immediately reached out, gave me my shipping cost and offered to cancel the order for full refund. I opted not to cancel and I’m really glad I did! The products are amazing and really great quality. Really happy with this company, will be ordering more in the future!

I have been buying their tough iPhone cases for years. I’m really rough on my phone and I have never broken one since using these cases. The designs always look crisp and clean. I recently purchased a tough iPhone case for my new iPhone 12. I really like apple’s square edge design and was curious whether the square edges would be rounded off on the case. I couldn’t really tell on the website and I’ve seen no recent reviews on it. For anyone who might be curious - the edges are a tiny bit rounded but you can still feel and see that the edges are squared off. I hope this helps someone else :)

I think it is a wonderful thing that REDBUBBLE helps support artists and allowing them to sell their work. You can find just about anything on REDBUBBLE, there are so many different things to choose from and all types of mediums of art. The experience I had buying a product was extremely good. The item was shipped out the next day, and it arrived early. The shipping material and the quality of the print came in perfect condition, no bends or scratches. And the picture itself looks very nice, and a lot cooler than I imagined. (I ordered my print in metallic) This was a gift for my sister (and she absolutely loved it) and I wanted to keep it! I will be buying one for myself! I would recommend REDBUBBLE to anyone, I have actually already recommended to a friend!

Help with returns
The Help Center wad not processing my request for a return. I just wanted to know if a return would even be possible, but the website repeatedly just gave me a error message. this was very frustrating, so I looked for an email address, or perhaps a phone number, where I could get help from an actual person to try and help resolve my issue. I found an address, and contacted it. I got what I believe was an animated reply, telling me to go to the help center and do the exact same thing I had tried several times, with no success. I am now hoping Redbubble will see my complaint and help resolve this issue, and the many unanswered ones on this site. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Unauthorisedd credit card charges
I ordered a BLUR 'T' shirt for my grandson for Christmas on the 28th November, 2022. I haven't received any confirmation from red bubble so haven't an Order No. However, the money for the 'T' shirt has gone out of my account (£20.34) and I still have not received the 'T' Shirt. I would now like a refund from yourselves for the amount you owe me. I have had to cancel my debit card so will need a cheque from yourselves to cover the cost
I am furious after reading some of the reviews that I was taken in by this company. Apparently people are not getting the goods expected as in my case or they are of a very bad quality.

Very, very bad service. Its just not good enough to advertise something, take payment out of a bank, don't send a confirmation and neither send the goods ordered!
My order
I ordered one single sticker on September 24th for $6.30 which I was charged for, and it was supposed to be delivered by October 5th and it is now November 29th and I still do not have it. I contacted red bubble about 4 different times and the maker of the sticker once and no one has responded back so I do not know what to do from here. My order number is #[protected].

stickers not delivered almost a month
I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered two batches of stickers almost a month ago and not have been delivered. I was so happy to find unique affordable stickers and now with them not delivering it's been disheartening. I have contacted customer service and received messages that would have to wait more days after the initial time. It's ridiculous spending 50.00 on stickers and not receiving not even one.

Incorrect order sizing
Order 5811297 ordered on 26/9/22. Two hoodies bought . One is over 5 inches smaller than it’s supposed to be, therefor faulty in my eyes. Redbubble are insisting I return back to them at my own cost, to Berlin I’m in UK. This will cost around £11.I have sent them photographs to prove the sizing is incorrect. They offer a free return/replacement yet say I have to pay myself. I bought in good faith, it is unfair it costs me to return something they have sized incorrectly. I feel this is hugely u fair, but they simply won’t see my side.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive the hoody in the correct size and happy to return the faulty one but not at my own cost.
Never received package
After weeks passing, I was able to research through the USPS what happened to the package I never received. The postal service states the tracking number/item was located and it only had CITY and STATE and ZIP. There was no name or street address!
Trying to find how to speak to a live person at Redbubble and there is no listing of numbers or an email anywhere on their website. It is run by canned articles and bots.
I will now have to cancel the order with my credit card company.
Desired outcome: I want to receive this item. Have it mailed correctly.

Redbubble is a total scam
I created original artwork on Canva, safe for all ages, but after they make a few sales they suspend your account for no reason. NONE. Trying to communicate with them is impossible and they provide ZERO clarification, so either the company is run by an evil scamming bot or by unscrupulous employees that steal your artwork and commissions. Either way this company should be investigated and SHUT DOWN. Total fraudulent site.
Desired outcome: RedBubble and its unscrupulous criminal employees should be investigated by the FBI.

I ordered two large college stickers and what I received was weird abortion stickers. Redbubble refused to take responsibility to get me my stickers on time and had the nerve to tell me to buy again and pay for expedited shipping for their mistake == warning fraud- do not buy from them ! Now you are not providing any resolution but re-order and spend more money which is a joke.

I removed all artwork, i was a member from before they even launched their site by and email request from them, Since changes over the last years they have proven to use double standards, bias, racism and prejudice in their policied that are never consistent each is only used for an individual instance and not in another. You certainly can feel you are the target of their bias. Other artists who were there as long as I also left for similar reason. I have sent numerous questions over the years and never hear back. Delivery
I ordered and payed for my product. It was expected to be delivered last week. Still nothing. When looking at the track number the website shows it will be delivered last week, which is impossible.
I wrote to you regarding the non-delivery of a 'T' Shirt and asked for compensation as the money had gone out of my account. However, the complaint need not be investigated as I have received the parcel and all is well.

Keeps spamming email after 10x+ hitting unsubscribe
If you order from these people, they will spam you forever. They send nearly daily emails and their unsubscribe button takes you to a page where they say they have unsubscribed, but they keep spamming. There is no customer support to talk to unless it is about placing an order. Avoid these people unless you want to be permanently on a spammer list.
Desired outcome: Stop emailing me for the love of god! It's been weeks, I've hit the unsubscribe button and had to check 'unsubscribe all' then submit at least 10 times...
I went to Redbubble a couple of weeks ago looking for a particular type of tee shirt and found one I liked very much. I had about 98% made up my mind to order it soon. But that very day I started seeing multiple advertisements from them for that shirt. Since then I see it everywhere; in my email, on many websites I visit... different browsers, different computers and my phone... even multiple copies of the same ad on the same page. It's like having a virus! Having advertisers use your browsing history to target ads is nothing new, but Redbubble is relentless. Not only have I changed my mind about ordering the shirt, I've made the decision never to buy anything from Redbubbble under any circumstances, and I'm warning other people never to even visit their website unless the don't mind being relentlessly spammed.
Non delivery of two iphone cases
I bought two iPhone cases last November 2021, with expected delivery in Brazil for December 20th, 2021. Redbubble shipped the items trough USPS and the order never reached me. I made a direct complain to Redbubble and they recognized the non-delivery and sent me a new order, at no cost, which should have reached me by January 29th. They used USPS again for this delivery and for no surprise until now, no notice of my order. USPS didn´t update the status of the order since January 17th. I didn´t succeed in contacting both USPS and Redbubble, that didn´t reply to my new complains
Desired outcome: I need the full reimbursement of the amount paid for something that never delivered to me.

* Ordered canvas print on November 22, 2021 to be shipped to Canada. Estimated delivery 12/2/2021.
* Order printed and shipped on November 25. Estimated delivery is still december 2nd. No tracking number.
* Order not received by Chistmas. Opened complained and was told I should received my order by mid-January,
* Never got any other mail, which means that the item was never re-printed not re-shipped.
* Order never received but marked as delivered on January 21, 2022 on RedBubble site.
RedBubble doesn't provide any traciking information and makes it impossible to know whether the order was fulfilled.

Never Received Order
I ordered a Christmas gift for a relative. The order was placed December 7, 2021, with an estimated delivery date of December 17th 2021. The order number is [protected]. Today's date is January 16, 2022. I've tracked the shipment and it says it's been shipped. There is no link to a second party (UPS, USPS or FedEX) to track it further. I'm wondering where my package is? If this can't be answered, I'd like my money refunded.

on December 17th I bought a backpack from the manufacturer alastor neko on redbubble, I received an email from dhl saying that everything has been taken care of, but calling the office in my area (Biella, Italy) they told me that probably it could not still have been delivered.

I also add that I have already tried to contact both the reseller, I sent him private messages, and redbubble, which keeps telling me that it will "arrive" with already written emails.
