Hi there,
I have uploaded 13-14 amazing Designs within 8 days. On the 8th day, when I asked for the payment formalities, they informed me to wait for 5 business days and later in a couple of minutes they suspended my account.

Claimed loss: Creative Art pictures were posted thinking this app was genuine one, where I would have earned at least $1000 per month ($5000), and it was intentionally suspended to benefit from these creative art pictures.
Recommendation: I have lost the trust - I don't recommend to future customers, whose foundations are to steal the Designs and suspend the artists account indefinitely without any reason.

I love Redbubble
This isn't even a specific review for this order, I just saw an opportunity to review Redbubble and went for it. I never even review things but Redbubble's customer service is great so I wanted to say something about my positive experience.
Redbubble is fantastic. The products are always incredible quality - especially the stickers. Both production and shipping are fairly quick - the only time I had issue was during the holidays which is completely understandable. The products are a little more expensive than elsewhere but they are custom printed with amazing art so this is completely understandable and entirely worth it. They also give you lots of opportunity for sales and fantastic deals.
Once, I made an error and ordered the wrong size of something. It was entirely my fault, but they refunded me and let me buy the right size for no additional cost. It wasn't something I could return, but they still let me painlessly fix my error. It was fantastic customer service.
Anyway rant over, Redbubble is great.

What a burst of altruistic, shining, slap-in-your-face -creativity abounds at Redbubble. I don't know when my love affair started with Redbubble but it has blossomed ever since. This site is a great big cauldron of mystical, imaginative, and fresh but not excluding radically-challenging art. Below you will see the dress that was perfect for my book mobile. My a line skirts evoke conversations as I AM WEARING ART ON MY BODY. People can't look away. It is candy for their eyes during the time of the virus or not during the virus. They appeciate aesthetic objects and what better way to share than by wearing them! I have ordered around 20 facemasks. From Aretha Franklin to Smiley Lips, they always get a reaction. I love the Smiley Lips as it automatically makes people smile. I purchased some self-esteem posters that were really edgy for my alternative students. Please take 5 minutes to satisfy your inner soulfulness and check out this treasure trove of fertility when it comes to the imagination... all at one site!

As orders below have stated their customer service is atrocious. You can not call the company and the only way to speak with an employee is through email. Even then they give out misinformation and their responses are filled with basic grammatical errors. Professional? Not even close. I ordered my product on December 11th. Their policy states that any t shirts will be manufactured within 48 hours. Mine took 4 days. Redbubble then sent me an email saying the order had shipped on the 15th (Which is their holiday deadline) However since then the tracking has been stating "Ready for processing." It is the 24th of December, I have yet to receive my product even though Redbubble claims t-shirts arrive within 4 days. In case this term doesn't ring a bell it means the package is still on the warehouse floor. Any request of an employee to check the warehouse was denied and they claim the order will now arrive on the 28th, even though they claim they can not track it. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM REDBUBBLE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE SERVICE YOU NEED OR THE PRODUCTS YOU PAY PREMIUM FOR.
The most amazing customer service I've ever seen!
I recently gained a little weight and I didn't like how my (size small) RedBubble tshirts were fitting so I ordered several size medium tshirts so that they would be a bit more loose. When I got them and tried them on I was very disappointed to find that they fit exactly the same as my old size small shirts. In general, I still love RedBubble and I will continue to order shirts, I'll just order a size large from now on (which is crazy because I only weigh 125 lbs). My reason for wanting to write this review is to point out to other shoppers that a size medium purchased a couple months ago is the exact same size as a size small purchased about a year ago.
Edit: Updating my rating to 5 stars. I'm completely blown away by the wonderful customer service of this company! This is the first time I've ever been unhappy with a redbubble product so I've never encountered the customer service up until now. I was contacted immediately about this and they have gone above and beyond to resolve the situation and make sure I leave a happy customer. (Which they certainly succeeded with that!)
Near perfection (for me anyways)
I ordered from RedBubble a number of times and only had one bad experience.
I ordered a T-shirt that, at first, I thought was perfect. But when I received it, my graphics designer eye caught something on the right side. Apparently, when printed on the fabric, the printer forgot about half a centimeter, cutting the motif/drawing a bit short. I sent a picture, along with my finger on the marked space, asking for one where the printer didn't skip on the job, but it turned out that they ALL had this default.
They offered to give me my money back, but the t-shirt is so comfortable that I decided to keep it anyway. Still, they were very open with me.
Even when I forget to include coupons and promo-codes in the right space, they are always open to include it if you ask them too -- as long as it's right after you do your order, if not at the same time.
I would have given them 4.5 if I could (there is no such thing as perfection in this world in my book). The only thing is that I would love their search engine to be a tad more efficient; the last search results don't always match your query, and the simplest things don't always show up.
Excellent phone case
I ordered and promptly received two "tough" iPhone cases, and have been using them for more than six months. I am very happy with the quality. I have dropped my phone numerous times on very hard surfaces (like the road, for example), with no damage to the phone and only minor scratches and damage to the corner of the shell of the case. I was concerned that substances like bug spray might damage the shell, but it is truly impervious to everything that might ordinarily be on a person's hands. The artwork is as beautiful today as it was when I began using it, and I have had many compliments on my unique phone cases. I am so happy with the quality that I have recently ordered three more. My first order took exactly one week to arrive from the time I ordered, which I think is very reasonable for custom made products. I also ordered notecards and a pillow, and I'm very happy with the quality of those items also. In addition, my experience with customer service was great. I emailed with a question about caring for the phone case, and promptly received a response, with a request to let them know if substances did damage my case, and an offer to replace it if that happened.
Really awesome shirts
I've ordered from Redbubble before and, although the prices are a bit steep, it's amazing the quality of the shirts I've received. The cotton weight is a bit thin, but the shirts themselves are ridiculously soft and wonderful and I personally like the weight of the shirts. They also have online chat systems used for asking questions; the employees are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
The best part about Redbubble is the fact that artists can make their own designs and sell them which means that everything you get will be unique.
I don't think the people on here that keep complaining about shipping times realize that they actually have to custom make the shirts per order before shipping them out, so the actual production time is included in the time it takes to ship the T-shirts.
I also see someone claiming that the people giving this site "4-5 stars" are Redbubble employees while simultaneously claiming that Redbubble isn't a real company because they got an email from a "nonhuman". I'm not really sure how those two statements coincide with each-other, but in any case, I'm definitely not in affiliation with Redbubble. I just really like the shirts I received and will be receiving another awesome T-shirt soon.

So ive orderd from this website twice. Once in 2011, i had my 3 t-shirts sent to Norway. They got deliverd within the given time frame, they were really mindful about the VAT issues i might face and adjusted the product value accordingly. I was really pleased. The t shirts are still in use.
I placed another order now in january, unfortunately i wrote my address wrong by missing the 3 in 31, so most likely my stuff was delivered to the wrong address. " in the UK, where i live".- i obviously didnt check this until after 4 week, as i know delivery to europe can take that amount of time. I contacted the company after not receiving my order, and realised the mistake. We agreed that i tried to contact the people living at the address where the package shoulve been delivered, but as i tried for a week but no response, Redbubble.com ( robert) had my stuff reprintet and will send it to my corrected address'
As I paid 100 dollars for my stuff, i am really pleased by this, and i honestly expected to have to meet the company half way ( if i even was offered a discounted price at all). The customer service reps responded to me within the hour. I work customer service myself, and this is really above average for what you get out there.

Excellent product, perfect customer service
RedBubble's customer service is some of the best I've encountered. I've now purchased 8 t-shirts from them, and every single time RedBubble does everything it can to make sure I am satisfied.
After I received my first order of 5 t-shirts, I found that the medium size I ordered was way too big for me. I then went to setup a return with RedBubble, but instead of having me send back the T's, they sent me 5 BRAND NEW T's in small size, and they all fit perfectly! And not only that, they gave me free expedited shipping because I was leaving on vacation and they wanted to make sure I had them before I left! And now I have 5 medium free t-shirts that I did not intend to have, so slowly over the last few months I've been giving them to my friends.
With my second order of a graphic tee, after I washed the tee, some weird linting happened all over the graphic portion of the shirt. I emailed RedBubble with pictures asking if it was normal, and they pretty much said, "definitely not! We've already started production on your replacement. Donate the old one or give it away."
I can't think of a way that RedBubble could have done any better in both situations.
And any customers on this site with bad reviews of RedBubble are clearly in the midst of some confusion that I'm sure RedBubble has or will straighten out. I'd bet the farm that for every single bad review on here, RedBubble had done or will do everything in its power to rectify it.
Above & Beyond Quality & Customer Service
I've ordered from RedBubble at least once a year for the last 8 years or so. The shirts are the most comfortable I've ever owned as far as online vendors go, and the designs are very high-quality and durable (my near-decade-old shirts from RB are still vibrant as ever) - not to mention, they are always exactly what you see on the site.
The sheer volume of options on the site, as well as the staggering support from the artists they represent, are each enough to keep me coming back. The real kicker, though, as my experience has shown, is the customer service - it is BY FAR the best I've ever received from any business, hands down. I cannot fathom all these 1-star reviews complaining about shipping problems - RB has never failed to address order issues, even when they were my fault; so I can only imagine that such reviews do not reflect a subsequent interaction with customer support, or have not been amended after the fact.
In 8 years, I've only ever had two problems - the first issue was a shirt that just was not delivered when promised. About two weeks after the expected date, I sent an email to customer service explaining the problem, and they sent me the another printing of the missing shirt, no questions asked. And as luck would have it, the original arrived a week later, so it probably wasn't even their fault.
The second problem occurred about a week ago, and it's the reason I'm writing the review. I got proactive for Christmas, and ordered four large shirts for a friend of mine - they looked excellent, and arrived perfectly on time - but I realized that I had slipped up and ordered four larges instead of four mediums. Totally my fault, I remember inputting and confirming and everything, I guess I just had a brain fart. I contacted customer support via the RB site live chat, and was assisted immediately. I explained the situation, admitted it was totally my fault, and my customer service rep (THANKS SHAYON!) was incredibly helpful and professional - with just a few short IMs, Shayon and RB sent out those four shirts at the new size I wanted TOTALLY FREE; the best part was that they said I could keep the accidental larges I'd ordered, and "give them to charity" if I wished. Absolutely incredible. I never write reviews, but Shayon and the amazing team at RB deserve one.
I'll be coming back for a long, long time, and I've been talking them up to friends and family like crazy!

When my delivery date came and went I contacted customer service and received a generic "Sorry your order is late" e-mail. No offer of a refund for the difference between express and standard shipping or even a promo code to use on a future order. This was my first time using Redbubble and probably my last due to their poor customer service.
Redbubble suspends accounts for no reason. I've uploaded one piece original work to sell as stickers, only to have my account suspended a few days later. I have made multiple attempts to appeal the suspension, with proof that my work is original. All I would get is a canned response as to why I got suspended, with no proof that I have violated any of the bulleted points.Customer service is nonexistent, and it appears that many users have issues dealing with this company, whether you're selling or buying. Redbubble is a scam and I suggest you avoid doing business here at all costs.
I wish I could give less than one star, I ordered a small amount of stickers from red bubble (order ID on 7/22/22 with an expected receiving date of 8/2/22 I have tried to contact support but I have had no luck.
Ordered a card on the 7th of September. Delivery expectancy of Sept 13- 19th It said it shipped on the 13th. Gave a fraudulent tracking number and as of sept. 21 no item has arrived. There is no where to actually complain on their site. It takes you in circles. I believe this company is fraudulent.
Scam artists took money and provided a bogus shipping number. Paypal is about to slap them in the face.

I have ordered many items through in the past couple of years but never had to return anything & receive a refund until this past month. I tired the return process but couldn't find my order number (which is needed to do so, not in item shipped to me) so that is what I tired every means to contact them at first on their phone # which wasn't working, then finally got a correct (somewhat) email that was working. After a couple of inquiries I got a response back saying they are looking into it and will get back to me. Days pass and I sent another email asking what's going on, they replied I was issues and refund on 1/4/2022 and should receive it within ten days. I replied with a request to have the shipping/order number and what account I charged this to so I could watch for it.It is now pass that date and have asked repeatedly for this info which I have NO LUCK at all and as of two days ago "NO" response what so ever.I am at wits end and can't seem to get any answers or my money!Any help or assistance in getting this done would be greatly appreciated. I placed an order on January 10th, 2022. It was estimated to arrive between the 18th-21st of the month. The order NEVER arrived. I ship things all the time with *** for my business and I know that you automatically get a tracking number; Redbubble wont give those out to customers, so there is no way for me to figure out where my order is. For at least 6 months I've been trying to unsubscribe from the email list using the link on their emails. Everytime it gets to the unsubscribe page it spins constantly like trying to load and wont let you change preferences or unsubscribe. One of the many times I tried to unsubscribe, I let the loading spin go on for days while periodically refreshing. I'd give up and try again days/week later. Still no success. It seems to me the link to unsubscribe is intentionally not functional.
This site will allow people to screen capture images and put them up for sale. However, if someone creates the same image digitally after a while it will be deleted. This is not fair nor does it make sense. I had many designs that were selling great, then about a year later, they shut my store down.I filed a complaint ticket, and they refuse to write back. I find this very irritating, irrational, and unprofessional. I have NO idea why they shut my store down and if it was a trademark issue, well then at least give the person a warning and EMAIL THEM. Also, other images on the site remain that are absolutely Trademarked images that are not supposed to be on the site yet they keep them. I find all this hypocritical.Be warned if you use this site, they will dump you in a heartbeat with no warning. I finally received my order today after having placed the order a month an a half ago. Shipping was $15 for 2 t-shirts. The quality is, as I previously stated, mediocre. It's only a t-shirt with a saying on it and the writing isn't very good. You can actually see cracks in the lettering. How is this place still in business when they charge so much for the shirts themselves, never mind the shipping?
I ordered a backpack and mask for my son on December first. The delivery window came and went but the item still had not even been delivered to *** just says they are sorry but here is the tracking number and its on the way. I even pointed out that the tracking number said that the package was not yet given to the carrier. They said it was just not scanned in yet. It had been eleven days since the tracking number was created. I contacted them twice which is not a quick experience. At this point Im probably out the money but I will call my credit card to contest. I ordered two pair of socks on 11/19/21 and was promised delivery on 12/06/21. After countless attempts to E-Mail them I finally received a response stating they can send me a coupon instead of a refund. Not a fan of this company and will never shop with them again. I feel they should refund me.
Zero Stars if I could. I ordered 3 reproduction prints from Redbubble on November 5, 2021 to be in time for xmas gifts. A total of $374 CDN. Nothing has arrived, I cannot contact anyone with regard to this. It says my items were shipped on November 29th (which is also way too late), and nothing, no tracking information, no paintings, I want a full refund immediately.

The print wasn't as clear as what was in the photos, and (more importantly) one mask broke the first time I wore it -- the strap detached from the cloth portion of the mask -- and a second mask broke the first *and secondtime I wore it. So far I've worn 3 of the 4 masks I ordered, so that's two busted masks out of three. Yes I'm fixing the busted masks and wearing them again. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Redbubble is an unreliable, dishonest company. I ordered 3 t-shirts online on Nov 15 2021. The estimated delivery date was Nov ***. On Nov 24 I got an email stating that they were shipped. No tracking number was provided. Nothing was ever delivered so I contacted them on Dec 7 they said they would place a new order and I would receive it between Dec ***. Contacted them on the 15th because new order hadn't been shipped and would not reach me by the 20th. Today Dec 15 I get an email saying that the items are backordered. How are 3 different color shirts with different designs, that are supposed to be printed as you order them, on back order. Makes no sense at all. It took them over a month to tell me they were backordered. Instead of being truthful they protect their 3rd party printing operations by lying to customers. They lied by telling me the first order was shipped, it never was. They make excuses like standard packages don't offer tracking, that's bull. All major delivery services offer tracking on standard packages and it's free. I can sell stuff on *** and print a shipping label with tracking so the customer and myself know where the package is located and whether it's been sent or just sitting idle somewhere.They continue to refuse to explain why they don't track all packages and will not say where the items are shipping from. They seriously need to overhaul their shipping policies and require more from there 3rd party printers.I was offered to wait until items are are back in stock or a voucher for store credit. If they give me a voucher for $250 I'll accept otherwise I expect a full refund to my PayPal.I will never shop Redbubble again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from them.

Order a item on December 10th for a Christmas present got confirmation stating I would get it between 16th-21st *** tracking only shows the tracking number and its shows it went through *** and I needed to contact *** and when I did the couldnt tell me anything. Now Rebubble is telling me it could be the 28th when I receive what I order which is to late. I cant find a phone number and when I send an email all I get is a email back with the date of the 28th. I originally chose to shop Redbubble because it was referred to me by a friend. I liked the diversity of designs to choose from as well as different fits/ sizes of shirts they had. However, I ordered my stuff on May 21st and it is July 11th and I have still not received anything. No email updates, no messages from vendors (in my case 5 different vendors for 5 different shirts) even though you can email/ message them they don't respond. When I look up my order it says it was supposed to be delivered June 12th but then it also says it's still in production. Customer service refunded me for the expediting fee but at this point I need a full refund because this wait is a bit ridiculous.

Redbubble used to be great but has steadily gone down hill. I am very disappointed not only with their shipping speed but now with the quality of their products. I have also reached out to customer service with these complaints but have gotten no where. The last few items I ordered the fabric used was awful. I ordered a blanket and its not even soft and has a strange film like texture, and I also ordered some shirts and a hoodie all of which the fabric feels very rough, especially the hoodie. The inside of the hoodie is so rough that it is uncomfortable to wear (as reported to me by my fiance as it was a gift for him). I love the selection on Redbubble but everything else is GARBAGE and way overpriced for what you get.

Did I get what I ordered? Yes. Am I happy with my experience? No. I am trying to support artists and non-Big Box stores but my experience is not good enough to get me to switch to RedBubble. I had to wait for 8 weeks for something that was quoted to be delivered within a week as a gift. One item had a shipping label created June 16th and not sent to UPS until July 24th. The others were not printed until 6 weeks after the order was placed. For a screen printed T-shirt that can easily be done in under an hour, this seems like a really long wait. My attempts to contact customer service went nowhere and did not help. I guess i should have come here and seen all the other reviews with the SAME EXACT PROBLEM. Bye Bye RedBubble.

I am writing to seek assistance as I have been unable to verify my phone number for over a month. This issue has persisted despite numerous attempts to resolve it, and it is becoming increasingly problematic as it hinders my access to essential services that require phone number verification.

Here's my experience, as a vendor, with canned ineffective and unhelpful customer service, zero communication with vendors, no accountability on their part and their seemingly normal business operation of ignoring issues and the people they affect. After sending an email to them through their site many hours ago, i get a canned response back a little while later:

After not hearing back for many hours I responded with a follow-up message:
ME: So, when will my account be fixed? I have a pending sale that is in jeopardy because of this as well as everyone who is clicking on my store links from my website, linkedin, twitter, facebook, instagram and pinterest all getting a message my account is suspended which is having a very negative impact on my business profile and is horribly embarrassing. There was no reason for this suspension so when will it get fixed before any more damage is done to my reputation and i lose more sales?
I have still gotten no response, at all. SO i went to their facebook page and sent a message there:
ME: I sent a message several hours ago as i was editing my links and then was mysteriously locked out. I tried logging in again and got a message my account was suspended. With NO notice or reason or even an email. I sent a message through the site, said nothing but a canned copy of the same thing the website help page said. Also said it would be 4 hours or earlier to fix. It is now 6 hours and there has been no response from my second email, it still isn't fixed, i have pending orders in peril, my business name has been tarnished as everyone attempting to view my store only gets an account suspended message. Why is it suspended and fix the issue!
To which I got a surprisingly quick response in about 20 minutes, asking for information:

I gave them the information they requested, immediately. Withn in a minute of them sending theirs.
They never responded nor does it appear they even opened the messages. SO i sent them yet another message.
ME: I'm a vendor, and after selling my first item, which is (hopefully still) in pending status, you suspended my account. For no reason, with no reason given. No email sent to me, and it has damaged my company. I sent you 2 emails today about it, the first giving me a canned response it would be less than 4 hours to fix the issue, yet i still have no idea what the issue was as you still have not communicated with me. I then sent a second follow up email 6 hours later, to which you have completely ignored, not even a curtesy canned response back. So, I message you here (facebook), which you surprisingly responded to in 20 minutes. I immediately responded back with the requested information and now you have not even picked up and read them, you seem intent on ignoring the issue. I want my account fixed, whatever you did to it, immediately. Suggestion, STOP APOLOGIZING AND FIX ISSUES INSTEAD OF AVOIDING THEM.
And then when there was still no response, my account was still not fixed and there was still no resolution as to their screwing up my vendor account, I posted a comment on their page, along with a long list of others who have also recently done the same, mostly customers. But they all seem to be getting the same canned responses too so here i am leaving a review, maybe that will get a response and the issue fixed.

All of the designs were either my own original artwork or incorporated art that I had purchased the commercial rights to and customized. The designs were successfully published. However, after about two weeks, I was unable to log in to my account. I contacted [protected]@redbubble.com on November 10th to report the issue. I received an automated reply stating that Redbubble suspends accounts when they believe they are created by robots, fraudsters, or users who violate the Redbubble User Agreement. They mentioned that mistakes can happen and that they would forward my request to the appropriate team for further investigation. I was not a robot, fraudster, or someone who knowingly violated any user agreement, so I requested a review and asked for more information about the reason for the account suspension.
Two weeks later, as the Q4 selling season was passing by, I followed up and received another automated reply stating that my account was suspended due to activity that violated the Redbubble User Agreement and/or their published policies. They also warned me not to open any new accounts in the future, as any accounts found to be owned or operated by me would be immediately suspended. I was shocked by this response as they still did not provide any specific information about the activity that violated their agreement. All I did was upload designs that did not violate any terms. I found a statement in their FAQ that emphasized that accounts are only automatically suspended without notice if enough people report spam from the account through Bubblemail. This confused me because I had never even heard of Bubblemail, and I knew I was innocent of this charge.
In the meantime, I reached out to Redbubble's Twitter account and even tweeted the CEO for help, but they only directed me to open a ticket. On January 12, 2021, I replied to support again, explaining that I had never used Bubblemail. I received a reply on January 20, accusing me of violating their agreement without specifying any details. They mentioned that if I believed my work had been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, I could contact them to discuss the matter. However, they made it clear that this did not imply any agreement or commitment from their side to take any action in the future, and that Redbubble reserves all rights.
On the same day, I sent a lengthy reply reiterating that I had never spammed and mentioned that my identity had recently been verified by id.me for another purpose. I offered to share that verification to prove my identity and clarify that I am not a fraudster. I once again asked for a specific reason for the suspension/termination, as I cannot defend myself against vague accusations. I have heard many stories about Redbubble closing accounts without warning and refusing to provide any explanation other than automated responses. I don't understand why they do this, but it caused me to lose the entire Q4. I had invested a significant amount of money in a Wacom drawing tablet, digital art software, fonts, and other resources specifically for selling on Redbubble. I had good intentions of creating designs that people would want to buy and enjoy wearing. If I had unintentionally violated their terms, I would have been willing to fix the issue. However, I cannot address a problem if I am not informed about it. I would also like to point out that Redbubble violated their own terms by not giving me any notice or warning, which they claim to do in several places except for one case (Bubblemailing). I have informed Redbubble that I am struggling to survive and have done everything I can to resolve this issue. I have responded to them promptly and honestly, but I have not received any helpful answers.

I placed an order with this company on February 9th. Projected delivery date is *** but it is still hanging in production and I have not received any notification of possible shipment. I posted my art and within a short period of time that day I made multiple sales (three, one with multiple orders). This made Redbubble the retail price of $114.97. My margin would be $18.80 (according to the emails they sent me). So, I make these sales and go to bed excited for any sales I may make over night as a new designer on Redbubble. I wake up to an email on 4/20/22 saying that my account was suspended in the middle of the night without any reasoning. I know that I didnt break any rules, I own all the artwork I created and posted. Well, I file an appeal with them the same day (4/20/22) asking for my account to be reinstated. I have yet to hear from them (four days later). This is my main issue of concern. They have a threshold to pay designers. Your shop must make $20 to be compensated by them (on the 15th of every month). As you may recall, I made only $18.80 before they suspended my account. This means that I will not be paid for my designs that they are profiting from. I cannot go above the threshold as they suspended my account. So Redbubble is profiting off of my art and I will not and cannot be paid unless they reinstate my account and I make more sales. I am concerned they will not look at my appeal for reinstatement, profit off of my art, and never pay me a dime. They say they dont take all appeals. This, in my case, means they happened to stop my shop on their site before reaching their threshold and used my art to make money (with no intention of paying me). This is NOT a good image for Redbubble, and I hope it was simply an accident. My hope is to be reinstated and continue to work with Redbubble in a win/win scenario. I placed an order back in August 2022 for a tank top and never received my order. I have tried to contact customer service to cancel the order for a refund yet no one ever responds or refunds my payment.
This is on behalf of the Working Code Podcast store. The store was suspended from selling within a week of launch to which a single email was sent stating that it was in violation of the store terms, but only a general list of what could have triggered this suspension was sent rather than the specific reason for the suspension. The Working Code Podcast store carefully reviewed these reasons and found that there was no violation, filing an appeal to this suspension. There was never any reply sent back regarding the suspension and the appeal and the store remains suspended, with all of the earnings from the sales prior to the suspension also unable to be accessed.The Working Code Podcast would NEVER recommend opening up a store with Redbubble due to the lack of communication, the arbitrary store suspension policy, and the fact that if a store is suspended, all earnings cannot be accessed or withdrawn.
I ordered three pairs of socks on December 9 and only received two pairs, in the same package, on December 21. I assumed the other pair would arrive later. I was out of the country from January 1 through January 13. When I arrived home I noted that the third pair of socks had not arrived. I attempted to contact Redbubble and was advised that the only way they could help me was if I sent a .jpeg or .png of the package in which the socks arrived. I was charged for all three pairs. The only way to contact them was through a chat bot which eventually connected me to a chat person who was unhelpful. I realize it is only $15 but the fact that they were totally unwilling to help me unless I had a .jpeg or .png of the mailer is ridiculous.

Lack of customer service for artists using their services

In updating my billing information so I may receive payment for sales I make using their website, the form would not accept my banking info. I verified that the information I have is correct with my banker. In looking for help from Redbubble the FAQs did not offer a solution and they have no customer service phone number. I can send a message but then I am advised it may take 48 hrs for a response. Thereby delaying my presence in the market and ability to generate business.
Poor quality on socks
I ordered a pair of Count Chocula socks, and received them yesterday. I was very disappointed when I saw them. The design is faded and not very clear, The color is dull, and you have to look close to actually see who/what is on the socks. It definitely is not even close to the picture. I am embarrassed to give this as a gift. I will never order from Redbubble again, if this is the quality of work on the products. Of course, the return shipping fee would only add to my frustration. I do NOT recommend this product or company

Account suspended without notice
We opened an account on RedBubble on 3 Mar 2023, set everything up, uploaded our logo, and started working on products to sell. I ordered a few different items as samples and waited for the review of the account to be complete so we could go live and start selling. On 10 Mar 2023, we received a generic message that our account had been suspended with ZERO information as the why. I submitted an appeal and requested additional information and only received confirmation that the account had been suspended - again with no reason being given. I submitted a request to have the account closed yesterday, 22 May 2023, and received word today that the account had been closed but they also said for us not to open another account or it would be shut down immediately. STILL no reason being given for this poor treatment. I submitted a request for information to the email address the final notice had included and came here to provide feedback for other potential customers/artists to save them the time and aggravation in dealing with this company. Find a different company and dodge this place. The sooner they’re put out of business, the better.
Desired outcome: Having RedBubble be more responsive to customers' requests for information and providing clear communication as to why an account has been suspended. They need to apologize and answer for their poor business practices.
Data privacy violation and suspending accounts for no reason
It is my second RedBubble account that gets suspended for no reason. They have different bots crawling the site and accounts are suspended left and right, instantly.
This is the email that is automatically sent:
We’re writing to let you know that your account has been suspended.
Accounts may be suspended for the following reasons:
There was fraudulent activity connected to the account.
The products listed in the shop may not have been originally created by the user, such as mass produced art reproductions, stock images, or vector packs.
The shop may have contained products that could be misleading to consumers, such as claiming to be products not offered on the Redbubble marketplace or possessing inaccurate qualities or materials not offered on Redbubble.
The account was created after an associated account was disabled.
The account was found to be owned or operated by someone under 16 years of age.
Which, of course, proves that the site is run by bots.
None of the above were true in my case, I didn't break any of the rules mentioned above, but there is no way to communicate with anyone.
In order to submit an appeal this is what has to be done:

Photos with missing or incorrect information will not be considered.

Excuse me: why do you need a mugshot? Are we under investigation? I've done it with the first account that was suspended and I got no answer in months. The picture they ask for is the only piece of information they require. There is no way to write an email or attach another document asking for specific reasons why the account was suspended.
By the way, it is illegal to keep ANY personal data on file according to International Data Protection Laws (GDPR). And what do they say in the email that is announcing the account suspension?
Do not attempt to open another account. Usernames and email addresses found to be connected to a suspended account will be disabled.
So, RedBubble never answers the appeals and I doubt that any suspended accounts are reinstated.
They have an extended database of sellers and clients and I am quite worried about the personal data safety, because it seems only bots are working there,
Hundreds of sellers lose their work and their earnings in seconds. For some of them it means years of hard work, dedication and creativity! No wonder why their stock is plumetting!
To me, RedBubble is one place I will never do business with again and I hope for the best for the sellers that still have accounts with them. It is a volatile environment!
I really doubt that anyone will bother to reply to any complaints submitted here, because out of 223 complaints only 12 were resolved (5%)! Great customer support, indeed! They do care about the business, no doubt about it!

Unable to return defective item
I placed an order on the Redbubble website back in February:

The order is for a hoodie for my teenage son, and although we ordered the right size, the hood is somehow not attached in the usual way, and so pulls the fabric off the shoulders when you put it up (photo attached). We thought about exchanging it for the next size up, but when comparing it to his other hoodies we could see that it is not the size that is the problem, it's just a very odd shape. I attempted to return the item for a refund by completing the online form on the Redbubble website, and including the photo attached below to illustrate the problem. I have heard nothing back from Redbubble about this issue, and can find no way of contacting customer services. This means i'm still stuck with a defective hoodie, and my son is £45.27 short of his birthday money. He would like to use this money to buy an alternative hoodie from somewhere else, and as I don't have money to give him, we are relying on receiving this refund - it's a lot of money to us, and we would be extremely grateful if someone could please help resolve this.

Data privacy violation
I signed up and created an account with Redbubble, I put in all the required information including my personal bank details and 5 unique designs as required for my profile to be activated. However, within minutes of my artist site going live, it was suspended for no reason provided, and the company will not respond to my repeated attempts to contact them. I have followed the process outlined in their website to wait two weeks and also requested a review of the suspension through their ridiculous process. None of these avenues have yielded a response/resolution. At this point, I have let them know that I no longer desire to be an artist on their platform. I only request that my data be removed INCLUDING my personal bank details. It is against data privacy rights for them to retain my information at this point. I do not consider an acknowledgement of this concern as a resolution. Only once I am contacted and sent a verified notice that all of my data has been properly eradicated from their database, will I consider this to be resolved. Until then, I will continue filing complaints.
Desired outcome: Delete all of my data from their database! Provide official notice that it has been removed.

I began an account in early February and set it up for my 7 year old daughter to get the idea of conducting business.
The business was in my name but she was the "front" if you like.
She was so excited and as I am in declining health and growing rather old, she was so grateful I attempted to set her up in a business she could continue after I have passed on.
We purchased a collection of guaranteed POD suitable graphic assets, and uploaded a good number for sale, and made some sales.
All going well! Then suddenly, late Feb, tried to log in and message "Account suspended." We did not receive any explanation or warning what-so-ever.
We were also advised that sales we had made would not have commissions sent to the bank account used for the business- However, the sales went ahead.
I e-mailed full details on 2 occassions, and asked for review with no reply or explanation.
Desired outcome: Apology and reinstatement of the account please- My little girl is devastated as it was such a thrill for her to choose suitable images and have her own brand.

My Redbubble account was suspended last month after I uploaded my previous sticker out of 5, all stickers I've uploaded are my own art apart from one which was of a fictional character, I understand Redbubble is vertical about fan art, which is why I check other stickers and art on redouble to see the keywords they used. bear in mind that the last sticker I uploaded was a cute Japanese food drawing. since it was suspended I messaged their bot on Twitter which was not as helpful and then appealed to the suspension of my account by uploading a photo of myself showing the relevant information I wanted such as the date, full name and username of the suspended invoice. after a few weeks of nothing I emailed them and they got back to me after a day with no helpful information about what I had asked about, all I ask was to know the reason why it was suspended in the first place, but even after a follow-up email asking for a response, I am yet to get one.
Desired outcome: to understand why my account was suspended, to begin with, and if possible to get it reinstated.
Deletes accounts for no reason, gives terrible or no support!
I created an account there some months ago. Account lasted about a week, then it got deleted giving the reason their "AI" determined my art was not my own. - A complete lie! - My efforts to get this resolved or to have my uploaded art deleted off their servers was unsuccessful. Their support is one of the worst I ever experienced and I wonder if real people work there, or if this is an AI operated company designed to rip off artists. - Beware!
I've had a similar issue after uploading my last out of 5 designs, they then suspended my account, I've appealed to the suspension and emails and tweeted them but there don't reply with anything helpful just automatic responses about their forums.
no confirmation, or tracking number
I ordered a Warframe hoodie 12/18, and paid extra for fast shipping. I have not gotten the hoodie. The order went through and my credit card was billed, but i never recieved an email confirmation, and have no order number. Please inform me of what I can do to rectify this situation. Every time I look for help, they want order number, which again I don't have. I have gone to the submit a request page, but it only reloads, and does not go through.

Here's my advice to you. Contact the customer service department of your credit card company and inform them of the problem. They will place the charge from Redbubble in a dispute/chargeback status. They will place a temporary credit for that amount back onto your credit card account while the issue is being investigated. In the meantime they may send you a simple form to fill out and send back to them. If Redbubble can't provide the credit card company with information like a tracking number/carrier information as well as the date it was delivered to you the credit card company will simply find in your favor send you a letter telling you the temporary credit they applied to your account is now permanent. That is the only way to deal with these people. Don't even let yourself get frustrated or upset simply contact your credit card company for help.
Price changes??
Okay so I'm in Canada, want to buy a mug as a gift. Before shipping price is added, while shipping to Canada, it costs ~$25. When I change it to the States, with no change to the currency (like it isn't switching to American dollars or anything), and still before the shipping fee is added, the price is suddenly ~$33. Why does this happen? It makes the end price too high for me to afford, unfortunately!
Desired outcome: I just don't understand. If it's a glitch, I want to fix it. Either way I'd like a response explaining why this is happening. Thanks for your time!
