Ripping off my Credit of $4000
I sold a few bags to Reebonz Singapore and has a $4000+ credit on my account that will expired on 10.09.2021. Today I saw the notification on their website, they will stop their service from 4.09.2021 onward. My $4000 will be expired soon and I can not order anything from them. So what will happen to my $4000+ credit? Very very dissapointed with their service.
Trying so hard to contact any representative on WA, emails etc. Nobody replied back.
Desired outcome: Please pay back my $4000 credit
Failure to pay for 2 items consigned and sold with Reebonz
2 consigned items sold yet money still owing for more than 100 days now.
I have two items sold with Reebonz White Glove, one was on 28-March-2021, another one was on 04-April-2021, #158084 and #158085 respectively.
Despite sending numerous emails and WhatsApp messages (started in May when the 20 Business Days period was over and nothing received) to them asking for the payouts, I too, like everyone else here, received templated replies that Reebonz will expedite to their Finance team and the payouts are released in batches. It's been 3 to 4 months since and still no money received. The last WhatsApp message and email sent to them last week, I didn't even get any response on either platforms.
Whatever cash flow problems Reebonz is experiencing, this is not something that consumers should bear. We consigned items for Reebonz to sell on our behalf and a cut is taken out of the items sold as well. It's not like the company do not earn a cent from the transactions. I expect to get my money, every single cent of it promised and agreed when the deals were sealed, and at the soonest because it's been owed long enough.

I bought a bag from Reebonz Singapore on 23.02.2021. On the same day I received an email saying that my item has been shipped. After that they told me that the status accidentially changed and it will take time to provide the product. After 1 month, they told me that if I want I can cancel the order as it takes time to find. I said ok then they cancelled my order on 19.03.2021. I am still waiting for my refund process to be completed. Every time I ask I receive the same response. the reply is' we are still pending the update our finance team for the refund'. it is so hard to understand why a refund takes so much time.

after I sent email to questioning, then there comes a replied but for my bank account details,
so I gave it, then it took 5 days for me to get the reply, only to tell me this issue has been sent to their finance department for processing
Is this a service worth to trust? Fraud or interest from my money I don't understand why it must taking so long, I am plan to buy another things on Reebonz, but with this experience..

I ordered a bag on 8 Jan 2021 and I only realised that the order has been cancelled on 12 Jan 2021. When I called Reebonz Singapore, I was informed that the Seller cancelled the order as they are unable to fulfil the order. Then why do they post the bag on Reebonz in the first place? When I ask for refund and was told that the refund needs to take 21 to 30 working days because I chose to pay the bag via instalment payment. This is unreasonable as it is the seller's mistake. I requested for the relation manager's assistance to expedite the refund and was rejected. Is this how Reebonz works? I really need a satisfactory solution and explanation on this refund issue.

terrible customer service and their follow up
It was a terribly unacceptable experience for me with this company. If it's allowed, I'll even not putting any star for the rating, it doesn't worth even 1!
I have placed a order by end of Oct which was a Loewe Hammock Bag at a very special price. After order confirmed and money was debited to my credit card "Immediately", the next day I had received a message from Reebonz this company mentioned the "rejection" to fulfill the committed transaction.
When I placed the order it clearly mentioned there was one last item left thus I could make payment and the amount had been definitely debited to my credit card, there was no reason or excuse on not selling the product at listed price which is a commitment and contract on buying and selling!
I messaged and emailed to Reebonz Customer Service (CS) however only received repeated machinical answers, I contacted Reebonz SG CS directly expressing my anger to ask for taking care by head office directly, but the most redicilous was, they passed back to HK CS advised a supervisor would call me for further discussion. The time I was out town and requested calling again when I returned to HK, for sure, I hadn't received such a call I'm HK afterwards until now in end of Dec! To message again the SG Customer Service, no feedback no message no follow up as well!
I keep purchasing through Reebonz website because of trust and believe on so-called service as well as reputation. This case totally ruined my belief on this company also created an extremely negative image to Reebonz. In this issue I felt the listed price and transaction process is without control and boutique can freely not fulfilling or reject their obligation. On the other hand Reebonz doesn't has a responsibility on protecting the right of their customers.
If you bought items from this website without the needs on follow up, congrats! However if you hope there will be someone to assist you on difficulties or problems... NEVER!
