Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
This company is a scam. I was interested in using a parcel forwarding service to order from an online US store that didn't offer shipping to Canada. Do not use them, it isn't worth the risk.
When I added my credit card information to their website for an assisted purchase form, they made two fraudulent charges to my credit card of 0.13 and 0.54 Canadian dollars. I've since disabled my card and will be receiving a new one from my bank. It is no surprise that their website asks 'are you sure?' to adding Paypal or crypto as a payment option, without that confirmation for bank transfers or credit card options that allow them to steal small amounts of money from their customers!
Please save yourself the hassle, do not use their services for your own sake.
1st time using ignoring me the customer (while my merchandise is in their possession.) ignored. Unable to resolve.
Ignored for two weeks : while merchandise is in Global Shopohlics possession. I emailed with questions to make sure I knew how to work the systems additional questions their system is faulty and they even have a message about it i received . No response,
I still signing up (regretfully I had two small boxes shipped and decided I would call to ask questions ( I am in Morocco but from USA)
The young guy Ali who answered was not able to understand the city and country after repeating it 10x he seemed to speak English but was not wanting to do work or answer technical questions as he tried to direct me to whats app. I was transferred to Mohammad Ali and he comp, aimed for listening to me and tried to change the subject it was a struggle to finally get an "estimate" I explained no one is answering questions Ian email and I emailed a week in advance and now am loosing too much time, I got one reply that my gender was updated form male to female (user has no option in our account) but it hasn't changed so that simple task never happened..after reminding them still…
I also used the tool online in account to send "tracking info" with a few words where it allowed me)
When the second small box arrives a two days later back on oct 20 and 21 or 22 I couldn't figure out how or where was the " consolidate and ship" no assistance or replies as I mentioned ( while my packages where in there possession and days and almost a week went by.I finally figured it out myself! Had to click both package check boxes at same time for that window to pop up,
They give a list of FREE SERVICES and I checked the appropriate box - I sent another email stating that "other" box to write anything was so limited you couldn't write two sentences with cutting letters out.. yet I managed to explain checking remove retail box only applied to one of the two items/products in the box and wanted partial outside box removed. It was so simple as the items are small ( 1 2.5 lb honey jar and 12 snack bars in retail box ( wanted removed but wasn't, and 12 small plastic cups of 1/2 gram saffron spice attached to small cardboard retail but wanted outer box removed and saffron kept attached to its retail wrapping the outer retail box also was not removed -as requested.
after week and half of NO help at " [protected]@globalshopaholics.com" I reached Ameer in FB messenger -last week!
He apologized and said he sent the request to warehouse, after another two days I received a security hold Aameen they asked for all kinds of invasive info claiming first it was thr country requirements but I proved them wrong in that and then they said it's to protect rom online scamming" after I informed them I would not ever send them my Sensitive info ID video of myself ect and didnt have to with other companies or other CC services ( name matches my CC ) they said just Invoice I provided it via screen shot of my Walmart account then it was oh no we need email co formation email bit didn't say that at first … contradicting Ameer and also at thr same time of their request other emails began being sent automated manner " a ticket has been made and in reply to my emails for specific HELP and confronting them for ignoring me, they started sending constant reply emails " a reply was made to your ticket" So I called again for assistance via phone and asked for manager Mohammad Dhul Qarnayn, "he wasn't available" same guy from start who didn't want to help suggested o retun to shipper but it's not possible option in their useless online account. And o still needed assistance but by phone because too may confusing replies, a nightmare.
I've informed Ameer again in FB, he eventually he provided a video days later showing the packager LAYING HONEY JAR ON ITS SIDE with NO protection no taping lid all which is basic free simple and what I asked as well as light packing and package had to be no more than 5 lbs which is possible if they fo, lowed I strxutins it's 6 lbs but that raises price. Ameer also offered 5$ credit never apples but I informed I was charged 5 dollars for free services. it's all opposite of what he's claiming getting worse and worse days with no reple I requested manager call meat what's app provided number nothing! I asked outer boxes removed I informed order not fulfilled as requested, charged 5$ for free services..now they're sending emails my package is ready to be shipped but wright and packages wrong unsafe and is 6 lbs ( they never answered what FREE packing materials they use)
I requested remedy of covering return back to aWalmart and manually processing it ( no more time to not be assisted via phone and can't sit around all day with no help online or a website that doesn't even give email that you sent tracking information, and no conformation of requests or answers to any questions at all. they charge 5 dollars or return the credit can cover it and they should pay for postage as this has cost me muuuch more than that..immature, rude non responsive confusion and contradictory information in different platforms..it's too much not worth it ..lastly yesterday I stated I would consider proceeding with check out IF they promptly repack RIGHT no retail but protect with paper or thin paper bag and tape. get weight down to 5lbs one less pound only, and show a picture before sealing the box which is free but before slewing box and I didn't ask for video but was sent it at no charge that was what they did do right but with much delay .and I asked Ameer initially to compensate me for no assistance and two weeks delay and aggravation ect and cover the difference of my paying economy FEDEX shipping and they can upgrade the timeframe to priority or expedited, .he said he would consider it now there's no way to get either request in action as it's a fair one, because they ignore day in and day out … please help would be so appreciated they have comment that they are non responsiveness on their YouTube channel and other reviews ..I let them know I would remove the negative review is they handle the processing of return manually(since Manager doesn't call ) assist me by phone no more emails, And cover shipping OR promptly fix packing issues pack with free material one simple photos but before boxed so I can see and compensation the 5 dollar credit and cover difference of upgrade. ITEMS are light honey 2.5 plastic jar (mentioned only tape lip and wrap and tape in thin paper or plastic bag) sent in tracking infor..didn't follow instructions. Next item 1 lb 12 bars ( packed with retail outer box) asked removed they be sealed tight in plastic or paper and taped, same for saffron 12 small cups stated they could fold retail cardboard of saffron cups are attached to not even 1 lb. pictures attached of PROOF of opposite and poor packing ripped plastic half air with extra space box can be smaller help resolve please thanks!

They are a racist company guys if you are black or from Africa don't use, at their company we are all fraudsters, and if you want to ship they will ask for video, ssn, every government ID card, your debit card information including security code and all the receipts you receive for the items, even my bitcoin Wallets don't ask for such information.. They do all this without having any complaints about you.. don't bother using this company. The good reviews are people who work for them or stay within USA or UK.
