Horrible experience, my Broker sent the check and all necessary documentation along with it, had to cancel the check, and pay $35 to do so and then resent all over again. Was sent with a tracking number the second time and still getting request for it. Have a feeling the first check *** have been there, not sure.Tracked it and it had been received there shortly after being sent. Not sure if the two departments check in with each other to make sure about transactions, apparently not!*** & Company
Have 2 complaints, the first is quality of MOST clients is poor
Have 2 complaints, the first is quality of MOST clients is poor. Not ready to buy to completely off base regarding value or what they can afford to buy. Second, you aggravate me to death with phone calls, texts and emails. Text is enough when you are notifying me of a referral. I respond as fast as I can. 4 or 5 more phone calls, emails and texts will not get a faster acceptance or rejection. Also, I update reports when there is something to update. All of your reminders do not change the status of any case. It is a waste of my time.
Legitimate company. Easy to work with. There are a few things that could use improvement but for the most part they provide all of the tools necessary for organizing and following up with leads. And the leads are good. They send enough qualified leads that with the conversion rate I am getting, its well worth the time and the referral fee in the end.
Referral exchange is great to work with and I have a good success rate with the leads they provide as far as lead gen *** go.
This was the best referral I have received so far. I was really needing more listings and this was a great one. So, I contacted them immediately. Fortunately I did, since they had an Open House the next day and I said I would stop by to talk to them. I stopped by before noon and, after I arrived, a buyer and 2 other agents arrived. I think since I was the first to arrive and have some time to get to know them it really helped me to get the listing, but that was after they had a contract on the home themselves. It started going South, and we kept in touch for me to help them along the way, so they saw my worth in being able to help make a deal work. Their contract fell through, so they listed with me, and we were under contract pretty quickly. It was a great experience!
We have been working with Referral Exchange for years. We have had the pleasure of working with many mutual clients over the years. It's always a good experience. Referral Exchange is easy to work with, their system is easy to update, and the closing process is easy. I definitely recommend working with them.
Not all referrals from Referral Exchange work out, but we were very pleased with our latest referral
Not all referrals from Referral Exchange work out, but we were very pleased with our latest referral. The sellers were very nice and extremely easy to work with. They trusted *** to complete the sale and listened to our recommendations. Thus, we sold and closed the escrow very quickly at a reasonable price for the condition of the house which had been in the family for generations. It was an emotional sale for the family, so, as an artist, I painted a watercolor of the house as a memento. They were thrilled. Thank you for this positive experience.
Referral Exchange was very easy to work with. They don't require lots of tedious updates like some other sources. I definitely look forward to working with them again.
I was considered a PRIME agent with this company which means I pay a monthly fee for lead generation. I recently closed a deal with someone who was already in my database and was already a referral from not 1, not 2 but 3 of my clients. She clicked on an ad for a HOUSE not an agent and called me. She put the inquiry in her husband's name. We closed on their deal and this company has threated collections because they feel I owe them a referral fee. Keep in mind, I pay them a fee monthly and to be forced to pay them a referral fee on a lead they did not generate is beyond greed in my opinion. I have cancelled my PRIME account and I will be pursuing my options to be fully refunded. In addition, the lead quality is poor and they run ads for homes not agents, once the consumer click on the ad, they show different agents so when my client saw my face appear she immediately said let me call her but again, she came through under her husband's name. She was not looking for an agent so they did not find her an agent, she already had one. I am very disappointed in referral exchange and I wouldn't recommend doing business with them because your sphere of influence is unprotected. RUN FAST!
Horrendous customer service and one of the worst lead generation services I have come across. The company are insisting on collecting a referral on a lead that came in days earlier through another lead site meaning 2 referrals having to be paid on the same lead even after evidence was provided showing the earlier referral. After cancelling my subscription with them they have continued to charge my credit card the monthly fee and both emails and calls go unanswered.
These clients were delightful to work with even though the out of country location was a challenge. So glad to get them relocated close to family in the area.
Working with Referral Exchange has been a profitable relationship for me
Working with Referral Exchange has been a profitable relationship for me. The website is very user friendly and it's crm interfaces with mine. Like any other lead generation platform, about 1 of every 20 to 30 leads pan out, but I look at these like a gift I wouldn't have received otherwise. If you want to win these leads, be quick to respond as they go out to multiple REALTORS at the same time. The good thing about that, is they do limit how many REALTORS they accept in any given area. I very much appreciate the opportunity to work with Referral Exchange.
Great leads! Sometimes in my small town I get leads from Referral Exchange and others like Effective Leads for the same client. I also compete with at least 2 other agents in my area but I do get solid leads and have sold homes and Referral Exchange gets the agreed upon amount. I love referrals and use many different sources. Leads overlap occasionally because the city is small and there are many good referral companies.
Referral Exchange is a great resource for leads. Thank you for a great partnership for years now!
This is the first lead that I've been able to close, but the clients are happy and they were a delight to work with.
Referral Exchange is easy to work and are prompt is returning calls on any questions
this was bittersweet
this was bittersweet. This seller is my neighbor whom I have known for years. When I called her, she said "of course I'm going to use you". But because she also went on line one night and landed on your website, I owed a 30% referral fee. I tried calling Referral Exchange number to discuss before paying this fee. I was hoping I could at least pay less than the 30% since I have had a relationship with seller for many years. I left 2 phone messages but never received a call back from Referral Exchange. So I made the decision to do the right thing and pay the 30% fee.
We have closed a number of transactions with Referral Exchange and look forward to many more in the future!
We have closed a number of transactions with Referral Exchange and look forward to many more in the future! The 25% referral fee is our typical fee we pay other agents referring us business so it is a no brainer to pay that to them. The leads are typically very nice people looking for a trusted resource to help them buy or sell a home and we love love helping people do just that and work hard to earn their trust and take excellent care of them. Thank you for sending us this referral and all of the ones you have sent. Sincerely, Colin Johnson The Colin & Carly Group - Keller Williams Realty - East Tennessee.
I have been with Agent Machine aka Referral Exchange for nearly 14/15 yrs now and it has been a fantastic service
I have been with Agent Machine aka Referral Exchange for nearly 14/15 yrs now and it has been a fantastic service. Referral Exchange / Agent Machine chooses the best Realtors who are producers and Closers and not just any agent which makes this a much more viable site in which to work with. The team leaders and staff are always responsive when needed and I couldn't ask for a better company in which to work with. I feel blessed and it has helped me and my family through certain times. HIGH pressure have to decide now or they will move on to other agents
HIGH pressure have to decide now or they will move on to other agents. They game me some total line that only the top 5% of agents are picked for this program. That was a lie... I was told life time membership and I find my access has been removed after I ask for my money back muti times. The system does not work its a joke. They did not even try to work the leads I put into the system. They took $1,000.00 of my money and got nothing to show for it. You are far better of to directly locate referral agents on your own. These guys want to take 25 to 35% of your referral income away from you. OH 1 star is too much -- try negative 3 stars.

It could be 4.5 stars?
It could be 4.5 stars? They send me several leads that do not pan out including ones from past clients. This was my first successful closing in over a year and the clients were great to work with. You have no way to check the lead to determine if it's a past client or a situation you wish to works with when considering the referral fee until you accept it. The clients I closed with had no idea that I paid a 25% referral for them. I do not have advance payment for leads so that's great but I also know that they send client info to more than one agent. They did ask me to be on a payed lead program but I refused it. In reality, it's a lead capture company that many clients don't even know what they are obligating agents to. We all know there are many out there, it's just business today.
well guys we finally got one closed
well guys we finally got one closed. it seems to me more needs to be done on the front end. by that i have about 10 with you and the sellers have no clue about the prices of real estate. as us as professionals its education. education about wills probate and title issues. do they have clear title? one i ave with you bruce moore, his mom and dad died she died with no will. he has half ownership, the stepbrother has other 1/2 ownership and won't sing. all this could be eliminated all by education of the title issues. on this one with brad adams great guy, enjoyed it but he was 3 years delinquent on HOA dues, taxes and no survey. we need certain things that needs to be taken care of to being put on the open market. i would love to educate you guys sometime in training etc., R. We are no longer working referrals from Referral Exchange
We are no longer working referrals from Referral Exchange. They have let us know that they won't waive a referral fee if a lead is already in our database being worked so we have stopped working together. For the referrals we did receive prior to parting ways, we did very well converting and enjoyed getting the last $1,450,000 commercial building sold after the prior 4 realtors were unable to sell it over the last 4 years. If anything changes in their business model to be more similar to Homelight and FastExpert with honoring leads already being worked by our team and waiving the referral fee on those we are happy to do business again at some point in the future. Sometimes leads come in through every lead source Zillow, Homelight, Referral Exchange etc. and we cannot commit to paying more than one referral source per lead.
Thank You Referral Exchange!
Thank You Referral Exchange! I have been receiving Top Quality Referrals from them, which means so much to me! I am so honored to have worked with buyers and sellers that were referred to me. I have been working with Referral Exchange for 13 years now and I always get leads through the work week
I have been working with Referral Exchange for 13 years now and I always get leads through the work week. The program works as hard as I do. It is important to call as soon as potential customer is sent and use all the tools at our hands: email, texts, video...the payment letter and instructions are easy to enter in data and to submit to a closing title company or attorney's office. I like the point that the referral fee is taken at closing. The agent dashboard is easy to use and there are templates to remind me to follow up, update and or make notes through. An agent can also message the lead on the platform and call from it on our mobile. The ability to convert and or close the business is about quantity while scrubbing for quality. This lead generation network has been another arm to my business model and it has blessed me every single year! I highly recommend it if you are organized, disciplined and driven to do the work it takes to process the information received and follow through with the system. "

Beware of TopAgentsRanked!
Beware of TopAgentsRanked! Do not, under any circumstances, sign up for this website. They act as though you are signing up so that they can show you a list of agents. Even the last question which asks for your phone number says "This is so we know you're not a bot." They fail to mention that it's actually so that they can sell your phone number and email with the list of agents they have. I woke up to multiple phone calls from agents. I asked the first how he got my number and he said he was having coffee with a customer named *** and that's how he got my phone number, budget and email address!?!? I reached out to TopAgentsRanked.com to delete me from their system and stop sharing my information and this is what they had to say:"You're welcome to inform them that you are no longer in the market and they will discontinue any contact with you. This is a free service for you with no obligation to work with the agents we handpicked for your real estate needs." and "At this time we cannot delete information from our system"Excuse me? How can you not delete my information? I am a web developer. I know internet things. And like anyone I know how wrong it is to collect information and sell it to third parties without getting explicit consent from the person giving the information. I also understand search engine optimization. So to be very clear and in the hopes that people will see this in their *** searches before signing up for this service...Do not use topagentsranked.com or topagentsranked.ca to find a realtor. Top Agents Ranked is a service that will misuse your personal information and then refuse to delete it. TopAgentsRanked.com says on their privacy policy that you can reach out to them to delete your info, or edit it yourself on your member page. I asked *** from topagentsranked.com how to access my member page to delete it myself, after he said he couldn't delete it, and he won't answer the question. Top Agents Ranked put you at risk of identity theft and hacking by collecting and sharing your phone number and email. TopAgentsRanked is not legit. TopAgentsRanked uses sneaky tactics to collect your personal information and then does not respect your wishes to delete it. TopAgentsRanked is not good for finding realtors. TopAgentsRanked is only good if you like getting phone calls and voicemails from realtors who then lie about how they got your information. This ComplaintsBoard.com profile is for the realtor side of the business, ReferralExchange, Inc., so I'm sure all the 5 star reviews are from agents who love getting the personal info of unsuspecting qualified leads. If you are a realtor, don't use ReferralExchange, Inc. This is a shady way of doing business. ReferralExchange, Inc. is not a respectable company to be associated with. ReferralExchange / TopAgentsRanked should be ashamed of themselves.

I use Referral Exchange and asked to cancel my account in August, but it was not canceled until September
I use Referral Exchange and asked to cancel my account in August, but it was not canceled until September. I spoke to someone in September who said I was on a 6 month program and couldn't cancel. I asked for proof because I signed up month-to-month. I used their calendar link to verify and cancel. My credit card company reversed the billing. They showed me how to turn off Prime billing, which should have been done in September. I am still getting billed in September, October, and November. I had to lock my credit card to stop them from billing me. They should have resolved this immediately and not taken months to discontinue billing me. I reviewed my paperwork and could not find anything about a 6 month program. They confirmed in September that I am on month-to-month. They keep trying to push their program every time I try to get this resolved.

Great job and very responsive! Love receiving their referrals and looking forward to their next one!
I have been working with Referral Exchange for many years. I love their attention to detail, their webinars and training and the good quality leads that I receive. Referral Exchange is a well oiled machine

Love these referrals! The clients were educated and ready to go. Keep them coming!
