I called today and spoke with someone who made it very clear that I was an inconvenient customer. He sounded like he hated is job and tried to find any other excuse not to help or hear me, than find a solution. I have been charged twice by a business without my knowledge at a redicoulus price, it caused my account to be overdrawn. This bank is charging me double the fees and refused to take two of them back even though one charge was taken off because it was a fony charge they had no right to charge me twice. Now bank of the West is capitalizing on it and refused to help me or take back the extra fees. The customer service line is completely overwhelmed and not qualified. I was not given any legitimate reason except "because I can't"
