Regional Acceptance review: Customer service and I cannot reach a supervisor

I am the cosigner listed first on the loan for my daughter’s car. We have been trying to find out information on this. They have not answered for separate occasions from her lawyer they’re ignoring the faxes. My daughter and I have called about 10 times each the people who answer the phone refused to get a supervisor, and then they hang up on us, we are trying to get this loan through another bank and now they refuse to answer and give us a payoff amount. Something needs to be done that they refuse to get us a manager or supervisor. We should never be refused a manager or a supervisor. This place is awful , I would like to find out how we can get something done.
