Company does not live by their own published policies. They advertise a 30-day review but yet when tested, they refuse to adhere. I purchased a very expensive cervical traction device and unpacked and used 1 time. Found out that it did not address my issue and attempted to return within the published window but Rehab Mart refused the return. Then when questioned about their policy, they went silent and I never heard from them again.

Katie D answered my phone call to Rehabmart. I had questions about whether the company had received payment from my insurance and when my daughters bed would be shipped. My disabled daughter has had many overnight injuries due to grand mal seizures that the approval of this bed will eliminate. Katie was friendly, prompt, and made sure I got the answers I needed to give me peace of mind. I highly recommend her customer service skills.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. the items I received were not only missing parts but several of the parts were broken. I've been extremely patient reached out to the company multiple times and they just keep blowing me off over and over again referring me to an email nobody returns my calls nobody helps me all I can do is return the items and write a review I guess. The AFO's issues to her from the hospital, did not fit and her toes would bend and severely bruise using them since they were too short. I saw the ad for Rehabmart, and knowing nothing about the company or the product, I called for information. Katie helped me. She was knowledgeable about the product and the website. She answered all my questions and directed me to the exact area on the website that showed pictures and descriptions to back up her answers. I ordered the stand up walker for my aunt.

I cancelled an order back in November in which I was told I would be charged a 30% restocking fee because it hadn't been shipped yet. They ended up charging me for delivery saying it was refused (it was never delivered), a $300 lift gate charge, and a 50% restocking fee. For a $1200 purchase, I received a $100 credit. The frustrating part is before canceling the order I asked what the charges would be. If I would've known that there were other aside from restocking fee I would've just kept the order.

Another mother in the house requested same and the manager ordered two $1,000 swings from Rehabmart. After the swings were received, we learned that the group home would require us to cement the swing into footings, an additional expense of approximately $400 which my son does not have in his account. Since the swings were unopened I asked Rehabmart if I could return mine, the other one would be kept. I was told that if I returned it they would only refund me $200. I think this is criminal and heartless, especially in these trying times.

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Customer service is literally non-existent. The only contact I ever received from the company was an email with my order number. Zero communication about shipping and zero when there were issues. I eventually received the oxygen chamber. After calling EVERY WEEK for five weeks about the status of the oxygen concentrator, I finally got ahold of someone in the backoffice to cancel it and get a refund. Every person I talked to said they would notify me via email of shipping and/or call me back. Never happened except by the last person giving me a refund (thank God). I'm not sure I've had worse service. I'd never, ever spend any amount of money with this company again.

They are selling fraudulent KN95 masks. The picture showing the product clearly shows a metal nose piece that bends for better fit around the nose and under glasses. I received a package of 10 masks that had just one metal nose piece, which the directions say to remove the sticky strip on the metal and stick it on the mask sequentially when wearing the next mask. I complained, they claim there was never a metal nose piece in the unit in spite of the picture showing otherwise and the directions saying to use one nose piece for all ten masks. I accused them of fraud and they got nasty. They sent me pictures supposedly proving their point and not a single one matches what I received or follows the directions included with the product.

I have been looking into purchasing a foldable wheelchair for sometime, (doctors orders). I find I am consistantly going back to the Freedom Chair A08/A08L. Yet I still had some reservations, especially what conditions the chair could safely travel through. I finally called Customer Service and was greeted by Katie ***. What a find for any company. Not only was she extremely knowlegable about the two chairs, she provided me with valuable information. Katie was able to give answers to my question off the top of her head. If a question was posed she wasn't sure about, it took Katie a matter of moments to have the answers. I am so pleased Katie was there to provide the answers I needed to make an intellegent decision. Thank-you again Katie for all of your assistance & caring attitude.

When we tried to put the order through Discover said there was something wrong. Maria said that this could have happened because there where two orders for the same thing in a very short period of time. She said for me to contact Discover, well to make a long story short we used my husbands Discover card instead which is different from mine the order went through. Maria and I had a nice chat afterwards she is such a delightful young lady you need customer service personnel like her. By the way Discover sent me an email after we hung up asking me about the second order all's well with them looking forward to our new concentrators when they come in from back order.

This was very unprofessional and I am very dissatisfied with the outcome of this order. I requested a discount due to the fact that my order was incomplete, however, I was told 'NO". Nothing was done to remedy the situation to make the customer satisfied. This very poor Customer Service! I am very sad that this did not result in a positive outcome! All of this that I am going through with a disabled person that needs this equipment, and the company could not work with me on even providing me with a discount...this is very sad and I hope no one ever has to experience this type of treatment!

I ordered a walker for the young woman for whom I act as trustee. I was not told that the walker was no longer being made in the small size that I ordered. Instead, the company sent the larger size, which had to be returned. I was told that I would receive a credit to my credit card after the walker was picked up. The walker was picked up on March 19. I called on April 3 to ask when I could expect my credit card to be credited for the purchase price of the chair. I was told it could take 7 weeks. I said that was not reasonable, especially given that the mistake was theirs, not mine. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor told me that only the CEO could make a decision to expedite the credit to my card. He said he would speak to the CEO at the end of that business day. It being a Friday, I asked him to call me on Monday to provide a status report. He said he could lose his job if he called me, so I called him on Monday. He did not answer. I left a message. When he did not call me back on Tuesday, I called again. The supervisor said the CEO had not made a decision on my request. I called again on Thursday and was told again that the CEO had not made a decision and the supervisor said there was nothing he could do. I am very disappointed with customer service at this company.

I ordered a Rollator. At the time of the order it was listed as available. I found out three days later when I called about delivery that it was on back order for August 18, some six weeks later. They didn't bother to call me and let me know. At that point I wanted to cancel the order as I needed the equipment now. I have sent two emails, both of which have had no response, and four phone calls. On the phone calls I'm told someone will get back to me but so far no return call. This business has already charged my card for product which is not available. I want the order cancelled and my money refunded.

On September 15 I ordered XXXXX XX Halo ALC Sided Halo Safety Ring. On October 12 I called to cancel my order since it was almost a month since I had ordered it. Every time I called they told me it's going to be shipped. It's going to be shipped. Coincidentally on the day I canceled I got an email but they had shipped it to me. I had my assurance by the sales rep that this halo safety ring would fit on my adjustable bed. The box arrived and appeared to have been resealed and the corrugated paper package was worn and flimsy. I also noticed that there was a paint chip on one of the bars which led me to believe that this has been a return that was sent to me. InSpite of what the sales person said the Halo was Not adaptable to my adjustable bed. Since I live in a facility I have to rely on others to return a package for me. Finally I was able to get the package returned to Halo. When I did not receive a refund I called and was told that the product I returned had damage to the paint making it an in sellable condition. On February 26 I received an email that reiterated it was not returnable because the paint was damaged. I feel I am owed a refund due to a misrepresentation by the sales staff. Also I received the halo with a paint scratch I believe it was a used product. Also unethical as Rehab Mart collected Payment of $310 on October 16. Rehab mart claims on the website to ship in 7-10 days. My wife was having surgery on 6/1. I called the week prior and was told that the device she needed was set to ship on 5/27. I called again on 5/27 and they gave me a tracking number. I could not figure out the tracking info and called again 5/28. At that point I was told that the item would not be ready until 6/11. That all of the info given was wrong. Another company had the device but I had to pay an additional fee of 263.80 to get it by 6/1. I contacted rehab mart and all they said was that they would try to cancel my order. No form of apology. No recognition that there was extra expense and stress because they misled me. If I had known on 5/27 of the mistake I would not have had to pay anything to get it by 6/1.
