Some people working in insurance market for reliance life insurance company to get reliance fixed savings policy with commitment of sum assured rs 5. 00 lacs to be payable annual rs 50000 / - for 10 year and on maturity after 15 years will get rs 8. 50 lacs. But on receipt of policy actual maturity value is is rs 580045 / - only.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I A.K.DIVYA D/O V.ASHOK got a call from SARALA BHOJWANI on feb 2014.she told me about a fund of Rs 1, 52000/- releasing against my existing policy [protected] in your company. In order r to release this amount she asked me to take another policy of Rs 40, 000/- as security deposit in the form a policy & she assured me that I will get this amount along with the fund (Total amount- 1, 92, 000/-) back within 3 months once after taking the policy.
The same day I got a call from NEHA ([protected]) ON March 4th 2014 & from MADHU ([protected]) ON 11TH March 2014 respectively. They offered me JEEVAN SURAKSHA PLAN whose validity will be of 3 months. I agreed for this policy. They filled my online application & asked me to send my documents to the following address :

I sent the 2 different couriers on 6th & 14th march 2014 respectively. It included the following:

3. Cheque of Rs 40, 000/- each in favour of RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
4. Cheque no- 943599 & 943600
5. Pod no for the couriers –H21950404 & H21950405
I got the confirmation call from them after receiving the couriers. They told me that I will receive the bond papers within 15 days. But I didn’t receive. After that I made many calls but sometimes they don’t lift phone, sometimes the say that the courier containing the bond papers came back to their Mumbai head office as they couldn’t find my address.
It has been more than 3 months till now I didn’t receive the bond papers & don’t have any information about the policies. Finally we went to your local branch office at Nashik & made a query. When they disclosed the details I shocked. Every single information provided by them was wrong. The authority was unable to find my policy through my application no. as it was wrong. They tried possible way & finally with the help of cheque numbers they could find the details. They are as follows;-

2. Plan name- TRADITONAL PLAN (they offered me JEEWAN SURAKSHA PLAN)
3. Duration- 15 yrs (they offered me for 3 months)

Overall I have following issues & need your urgsnt supervision & solution:-
1. I was given wrong application no.s & plan inspite of query made by me before & after purchasing the policies.
2. I didn’t get the bond papers of policies & have no idea where they are
Since when I came to know about the truth I am going through all kinds of anxieties. We are middle class family & couldn’t afford to pay Rs 80, 000 per year for 5 yrs(includes 2 policies 0f Rs 40, 000/- each) .My Father is under depression & because of all these things his health getting affected.
So, I kindly request you to cancel both my policies & refund my money as soon as possible as we are financial crisis.
Finally Please look into the matter because cheaters of Reliance company are playing with the emotions of poor & needy people. This will create negative impact on them about your company.

I have been charged an objectionable amount of 1, 805 INR on cancellation of my policy (of 25, 000 INR) in free-look period. Reliance insurance policy due to wrong information provided by advisor
My self is Ravindra Shrivastava and I live in Noida and I have one complaint regarding the reliance Cash Flow Plan life insurance policy# [protected] (premium 30, 000 p.A.) Which has been given to me by Avinash Rathoure and Rohit saxsena from the Najafgadh office.
I have taken this policy before 3 months back and these guys promised me that reliance has some gift offer in this policy and the assured gift is 32" Sony LCD tv and 5 members medical insurance(total amount 1 lakh) is absolutely free and Second Year premium 50% Discount.I have taken this policy and my check has been cleared of amount 30, 000 on 25th March 2011 and I have received my policy document on 20th April which is near about after 1 month however I believe I should receive my document within 15-20 days.
Ok receiving document so late is not an issue, now after receiving document when I confirmed from the call center then they told me that this policy is for 22 years however these guys promised me that this is for 5 years.Also till now I have not received any gift which they have promised me and told me that gift is out of stroke from the company.When I went to the nearest branch cp office they confirmed me that they do not any gift plan in this policy.
Now I don't want to continue my policy and want my money back including the promised gift by those agents.
Also just to update you I have spent near about 1000 rs on my call to follow up that agent about my progress of that policy which I also want return back.

I want you informed you that to have a look at how fraud and forgery goes on at reliance life insurance branches. I did book a policy for 5 years term from Karol Bagh, Delhi Branch. But when I received my policy paper I found that the form was completely changed. Even my nominees name is changed information were forged. They changed the term to 10 years and everywhere on the form there.when RIL (Reliance Life Insurance person her Name was name is Uma and her mobile no - is -9718195167she work under RIL Jupiter soft which software is using for the operate this whole company for this insurance and when she called me first time to make my police was too politely and promised many offer life medical facilities and 20 % money back offer on my Police 30000/-IR of the first policy in 45 Days and second day she sent a guy his name was Neeraj Gupta his mobile no is [protected] who came with forum and collected my all documents which is required for make my police My Name is Rajanikant Kumar and my Policy No. : [protected] after that i did not got my policy paper till 20 days than i have called that RIL Toll free no 3 Days i requested to get the Paper because i want to know that about my policy as agreements than after that they sent me but when they sent me it was totally changed i made policy for 5 years and it was changed in 10 years which i am not able to maintained this amt policy till ten years so i have called this girl Uma how it happened i have filled for 5 years policy and i got ten years policy paper i want canceled my policy because i am not able to managed it till 10 years so she said no no sir do not canceled it i am going to revised your policy paper by the company i am going to request for all revised it and push to company to get your offer too and than she keep me waited for get revised my policy paper and i keep calling her but she never responded and i loosed my Policy cancellation period but i apply for that 2 times and been RIL Branch office and NArayan Manzil office there and requested to cancel my police and i backed them that policy paper when i requested to my cancel the policy and i have spoke with Branch Front office Executive too and with Zonal Manager of RIL but they are not responding me with positives they are directly saying i can't cancel the policy sorry so so sir i am requesting to you please kindly register my complain and take the action in this fraud forgery cased which is happening with many people with RIL even its also recently happened with me so i am request to take action against this fraud forgery and please help to us to get back our money ASAP

Promised to refund previous policy fund amount but not taking any ownership of promise, Sold Policy with False Promise

Today, I have received call from your customer care number number 022-[protected] (Mr. Sumit Chothani) He has informed me that this complaint was handled by investigation team and provided resolution that since free look period of 15 days has been over we cannot help you and this is not misselling.
Though, I tried my best efforts to explain him that how your sales manager Ms. Deepika has sold this policy saying I need to wait for 45 days to get fund transfer and it is your responsibility to keep promises made by sales team. He has not convinced and said same information which was explained to me in hard copy letter sent by your department.
I am completely disagree with the provided resolution because Sales Dept is the part of Reliance Life Insurance Group, so you cannot neglect promises made by them. Further, at the time of application of Rlife Insurance Policy I have also submitted cancelled cheque for fund transfer and photocopy of ICICI prudential payment slip to the DSA in Thane Rlife Branch who has collected my application money for taking Rlife Policy.
This is really absurd from Rlife Insurance as they do not take their investigation properly for false policy sell case. You have just searched that '15 days free look period is over' which was not expected. I need you to take part for investigation with the manager (name mentioned below) about what promises that have made while selling this policy.

This is just wastage of time and money, as you are closing old compliant without satisfcatory resolution and want to raise another complaint for justice.

Recently I had received one printed letter from Reliance Life saying my complaint is satisfactorily resolved about 'MISSELLING'
Please note that this is absolutely wrong to say it is resolved. This complaint is still going on with the status as 'action pending at your end.'
Because though Asha - [protected] and Rohan - [protected] has accepted that this offer was valid and I will get my money by the end of MAY month. Both of them have failed to send me written confirmation through mail regarding this offer and about amount which will be credited to my account by the end of the month.
And nowadays they are not picking up my call. So please follow up with them to check when the funds will be credited to my account.
The most important thing is this complaint is not yet closed till I get my funds back without any deduction and with applicable interest amount for the said period. Or else I will get refund of funds (transfer of funds) for the previous policy with ICICI prudential as explained before.
Please take immediate action and trace these person on my behalf and ask them to send e-mail for confirmation of refund as promised me before.

She was hesitant to call her in the beginning saying Deepika has left the organization ...but later on she has established contact with Deepika and ask her to contact me. After 10 minutes I have received call from Deepika mam Mobile number [protected]) at 2:07 PM on 24 Apr 2011 saying that she was busy with her personal life for so many days and apologize for not contacted me for so many days. She has also promised to solve the issue and give back my 20000 once she return office on Monday or Tuesday may be on 25th and 26th. So she requested me to wait. Now I have waited till yesterday, and not received any call.
So now this is your team's responsibility to contact her and push her to solve this issue. Either give me my funds lying in ICICI prudential Rs. 23000 or else take this policy back give me my 20000 with interest.

Today, I have received call from your customer care number number 022-[protected] (Mr. Sumit Chothani) He has informed me that this complaint was handled by investigation team and provided resolution that since free look period of 15 days has been over we cannot help you and this is not misselling.
Though, I tried my best efforts to explain him that how your sales manager Ms. Deepika has sold this policy saying I need to wait for 45 days to get fund transfer and it is your responsibility to keep promises made by sales team. He has not convinced and said same information which was explained to me in hard copy letter sent by your department.
I am completely disagree with the provided resolution because Sales Dept is the part of Reliance Life Insurance Group, so you cannot neglect promises made by them. Further, at the time of application of Rlife Insurance Policy I have also submitted cancelled cheque for fund transfer and photocopy of ICICI prudential payment slip to the DSA in Thane Rlife Branch who has collected my application money for taking Rlife Policy.
This is really absurd from Rlife Insurance as they do not take their investigation properly for false policy sell case. You have just searched that '15 days free look period is over' which was not expected. I need you to take part for investigation with the manager (name mentioned below) about what promises that have made while selling this policy.

This is just wastage of time and money, as you are closing old compliant without satisfcatory resolution and want to raise another complaint for justice.

Recently I had received one printed letter from Reliance Life saying my complaint is satisfactorily resolved about 'MISSELLING'
Please note that this is absolutely wrong to say it is resolved. This complaint is still going on with the status as 'action pending at your end.'
Because though Asha - [protected] and Rohan - [protected] has accepted that this offer was valid and I will get my money by the end of MAY month. Both of them have failed to send me written confirmation through mail regarding this offer and about amount which will be credited to my account by the end of the month.
And nowadays they are not picking up my call. So please follow up with them to check when the funds will be credited to my account.
The most important thing is this complaint is not yet closed till I get my funds back without any deduction and with applicable interest amount for the said period. Or else I will get refund of funds (transfer of funds) for the previous policy with ICICI prudential as explained before.
Please take immediate action and trace these person on my behalf and ask them to send e-mail for confirmation of refund as promised me before.

After 10 minutes I have received call from Deepika mam Mobile number [protected]) at 2:07 PM on 24 Apr 2011 saying that she was busy with her personal life for so many days and apologize for not contacted me for so many days. She has also promised to solve the issue and give back my 20000 once she return office on Monday or Tuesday may be on 25th and 26th. So she requested me to wait. Now I have waited till yesterday, and not received any call.
So now this is your team's responsibility to contact her and push her to solve this issue. Either give me my funds lying in ICICI prudential Rs. 23000 or else take this policy back give me my 20000 with interest.

I feel like I am cheated by your sales manager, Deepika - Mob no. [protected]
Because she I has offered me this insurance policy saying that my funds lying with ICICI Prudentail appx. Rs. 23000/- will be released and transferred to my account when I pay another Rs. 20000 annual premium for Rlife Insurance premium.
But till this date, though I repeatedly request her to send me confirmation mail for such offer, I do not get any mail and not even my amount lying in Relince funds about Rs, .23000 as confirmed by Ms. Deepika.
So please investigate into this matter and reply me urgently. All details already provided to Deepika mam to transfer funds to the account.
I am not able to call on the above mentioned mobile number as getting not reachable.
Now, either give me funds lying in Rlife funds or else take back this policy immediately.

Miss Guided and Wrong Information given
I took an insurance policy from reliance life in April'2010. It was told to me that this is an insurance policy on which you will get a fixed rate of interest and 50% bonus amount after every 5 years. My policy number is [protected]. They sent me all the documents and Bond after 15 days so that i wont be able to withdraw the policy. I paid 12000/rs as a part of my premium and now it is showing the value 1994.28/Rs., They have deducted 10005.72/Rs for maintenance for 1st year and will take 5% from 2nd year. I have called up many times at customer care and other places but they have not been responding. They are saying that everything was mentioned in the bond but they gave all the documents to me after 15 days... Reliance is a fraud company.. I don't that how can i get my money back from those cheaters...
Reliance Insurance is a fraud company, Their executives will come and tell you something and they will sell you something else. I have explained my points end numbers of times to their executives but they are not responding at all. Moreover, they have lapsed my policy as well. I have lost my 12000/rs last year, which could have given me interest of rupees 1000/rs for a year in this year. I have learnt a good lesson and i am not going to invest in any kind of product of Reliance. Shame on this company's management as well. They don't listen to the customer's voice. I would suggest others that kindly beware of Reliance Executives as they make false commitments and fake documents to make money and sell wrong policies.
