I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I have encountered while utilizing the services provided by Rently. My recent experience has been marred by an unsettling encounter with a member of your security team, and I believe it is crucial to address this matter promptly.

My account is currently and erroniously in a paused status due to the fact that I have not yet found a suitable property that meets my needs. Regrettably, each time I identify a potential residence, my application is surpassed by others, necessitating me to restart the search process repeatedly. I want to emphasize that I have conducted myself within the bounds of integrity throughout this process and have not engaged in any inappropriate or damaging actions.

I have consistently reported any issues encountered during property viewings promptly. Instances include missing keys, keypad malfunctions, and access difficulties, all of which were documented through photographs or videos. Moreover, I have reported more substantial concerns such as unclean conditions, water damage on ceilings, and infestations of ants. I believe such vigilance in reporting is essential to maintaining the security and integrity of the properties.

In my quest for a suitable home, I consider various factors, including property upkeep, size, amenities, neighborhood, the presence of ceiling fans, backyard features, and even the presence of undesirable odors such as cigarette smoke or mothballs. These considerations are integral to ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for my family.

It is disconcerting to find my account in a paused status when I have diligently adhered to the guidelines and protocols set forth by Rently. I have not caused any damage to properties, neglected to secure them, or failed to replace keys. These actions are fundamental to ensuring the security and well-being of the properties involved.

The information provided by one of your representatives, suggesting that my access to Rently will be permanently restricted, is perplexing and concerning. I seek clarification on this matter and a resolution that aligns with the principles of fairness and transparency.
