If you want to endure dealing with a totally unethical incompetent group of goofballs, then you may want to provide care services through them. THEY ARE "KID IN FOSTER CARE BROKERS" who make $ by finding placements for their poor victims-THE CHILDREN.
They don't know or abide by their own company policies. The staff members spend 90% of their time on ridiculous personal calls.
They ARE UNETHICAL, DO NOT CARE ABOUT CHILDREN OR THEIR FOSTER PARENTS. STAY AWAY FROM RESCARE/KY SAFE.
They are very truly interested in their OWN PERSONAL MATTERS...HAIRCUTS, THEIR KIDS GYMNASTICS, AND BOYFRIENDS AND HUSBANDS/BOYFRIEND INSTEAD OF DOING WHAT THEY'RE HIRED TO DO. They freely admit that office time is surfing Myspace, Facebook & Twitter...STAY AWAY FROM THIS GOOFY AGENCY WITH DERELICTS RUNNING IT!
I heard that agency left a woman ducttaped in a car alone in another state. RESCARE must b horrible! Poor Kids and adults at their mercy!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I unfortunately fostered through this very agency! SOME ENTITY, PERHAPS THE STATE CABINET FOR FAMILIES should have shut them down years ago. What few of the (supposed staff-LOL) have VERY YOUNG CHILDREN, BUT PORTRAY THEMSELVES AS CHILD EXPERTS when my case worker didn't know what a psychotropic drug was.
THEY CONTINUE TO RUN ADS EVERYWHERE, TOUTING HOW MUCH MONEY YOU CAN MAKE.
Excuse me, but loving and caring TRULY interested in giving a child(ren) a loving home SHOULD NOT BE DOING IT FOR MONEY!
You'll see their *NEED FOSTER PARENT* ads everywhere AS THEY MAKE MONEY---KIDDIE BROKERING.
NOTHING ABOUT RESCARE/KYSAFE, ESPECIALLY IN BOWLING GREEN IS THE LEAST BIT ETHICAL.
Ignore their ads and work with a legitimate agency! BUT DON'T JUST DO IT FOR MONEY. They're ads make me nauseus. They are ignorant liars who could care less about children.

Yeah. I thought about then when i was thinking about doing foster stuff. i keep hearing real bad things like this. i'll go somewhere else. anyone else had good luck with other foster parent places?
I had a bad experience that i have to file charges against them. From the agency in Austin to the age egency in Paris tx. Failed to get my wards medication, failed to follow up on wards. Their regional director wanted me to sign a new contract that was a year later. I started with them [protected] then 12-5-16 the regional director emailed me a new contractor totally different then the one i did previously. It stated we would go through arbitration first and abunch of other bs. Never address their staff. The director cc. Told me to go to any attorney i wanted to and emailed me that.
All I know is carry it against Spokane is the worst place to work don't put your loved ones there do not work for them all as they care about is money they lie they teach you out of your checks they short your checks they lie and so if they when they fire you cannot collect unemployment because they lie about what was going on instead of the truth they fire the good people and keep this weed smoking drug having drinking on the job people there just don't apply and don't put your loved ones there
That Jessica Moe is the worst worst person to run ResCare she lies to HR so she don't get in trouble and then suspends the person that didn't do anything wrong she lies about why she's firing you so you can't collect unemployment they hide your credentials from you like your certificates that you just got they block you from having them worst company ever worst
