So, I was told that my physical therapy would be fully covered by my insurance, but guess what? I ended up getting a bill! Can you believe it? I called their billing office to figure out what was going on, and they told me it was for a consultation fee. Like, seriously? They didn't mention anything about that before!

Anyway, besides that little hiccup, the actual physical therapy was pretty good. I mean, I can't complain about the treatment itself. It was effective and helped me with my recovery.
