The AI suggestions were awesome for tweaking my resume
I tried out ResumeCoach, and I was really impressed! The AI suggestions were awesome for tweaking my resume to get through those tricky applicant tracking systems. I loved that I could work on my resume from any device, which made it super easy to make changes whenever I needed. Also, being able to download it as a PDF or TXT or just share it with a private link was really handy. If you want an easy way to create a great looking resume, definitely give it a go!
Unprofessional and Unauthorized Charges: My Experience with Resume Coach
Last year, I had an unexpected charge on my bank account from Resume Coach. I was surprised and confused because I did not remember ordering or using their services. So, I decided to send them an email to inquire about the charge. However, I received two emails from them, which suggested that I should try to log into their system under a false account and stop the auto payments. I found this strange and unprofessional.
I replied to their emails, telling them that I did not appreciate their suggestion and that they should stop charging my account. Unfortunately, they continued to charge my account $29.95 five more times. I was frustrated and angry because I did not authorize these charges, and I felt that they were taking advantage of me.
I decided to send more emails to Resume Coach, asking them to stop charging my account and refund the unauthorized charges. However, they did not respond to my requests, and I felt ignored and helpless. I realized that I had to take action to protect my finances, so I went to my bank and claimed these charges as fraud. I also changed my account information to prevent further unauthorized charges.
In conclusion, my experience with Resume Coach was terrible. They charged me for services I did not use or authorize, and they did not offer any help or support to resolve the issue. I felt scammed and ripped off, and I would not recommend this site to anyone. If you want to create a professional resume, there are many other reputable and trustworthy sites that you can use.
Mixed Feelings About ResumeCoach: Be Aware of Hidden Fees
I recently used ResumeCoach to create my resume and I have mixed feelings about it. One thing that bothered me was that they didn't make it clear from the start that you have to pay to download your finished resume. I found out only after I had spent time creating it. I think that's not very nice of them.
However, I did appreciate that they followed up with me to ask if I was satisfied with their service. I replied that I was, but also asked to unsubscribe. The lady who responded was helpful and gave me the information I needed to unsubscribe.
I haven't actually unsubscribed yet, but I did notice that when I checked my account, there was a message saying that there were insufficient funds. I was glad about that, but it was 11 days after I had subscribed and I had only 3 days left to unsubscribe. So my advice would be to unsubscribe as soon as you download your completed resume.
Overall, I think ResumeCoach is a decent service, but they could be more upfront about their fees. I'm also a little worried that the amount they charged me might still go through even though I refreshed my account. I might have to visit my bank to make sure that doesn't happen.
ResumeCoach Review: Easy Resume Creation, But Beware Subscription Process
I recently tried out ResumeCoach to create my resume, and I have to say, the process was super easy! I decided to sign up for the 14 day trial so I could make my resume and see if the service was worth it. The cost was only $2.95, which seemed reasonable to me.
I was able to finish my resume super quick and downloaded it right away. I was pretty happy with how it turned out, and I felt like it was a good representation of my skills and experience.
However, when I went to my profile the same day to unsubscribe so I wouldn't be billed after the trial was over, I was surprised to see that they asked if I was sure I wanted to unsubscribe. I was sure, so I clicked the button and even did the survey at the end giving them feedback about my experience.
Well, two weeks later (today), I checked my bank account and was shocked to see that I had been charged $30! I went back on the site and saw that I was still subscribed. I did the same thing again, unsubscribed and did the survey with feedback for a second time. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any help getting a refund either.
Overall, I think ResumeCoach is a decent service for creating a resume, but their subscription process could use some improvement. It's frustrating to be charged unexpectedly, and it seems like they make it difficult to unsubscribe. If you do decide to try out ResumeCoach, just be sure to keep an eye on your account and unsubscribe as soon as you're done using the service.
Revolutionize Your Job Hunt with ResumeCoach: A User's Review
I gotta say, I tried out ResumeCoach and it was pretty dope. Like, seriously, it changed the game for me when it comes to job hunting. I used to struggle with making my resume look professional and polished, but this site made it so easy.
The layout is super simple and easy to use, even for someone like me who's not exactly a tech wizard. And the templates they have to choose from are top-notch. I was able to find one that fit my style and experience perfectly.
But what really blew me away was the customer service. I had a little issue with my payment going through, and I was stressing out big time. But the support team was on it like white on rice. They were friendly and helpful, and they got my problem sorted out in no time.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend ResumeCoach to anyone who's looking to up their resume game. It's easy, it's affordable, and it works. Trust me, you won't regret giving it a try.
Mixed feelings about ResumeCoach: Easy to use, but payment process raises concerns
So, I tried out this website called ResumeCoach to make my resume and it was pretty easy to use. I was all set to download my resume and then I saw that I would be charged after 14 days. I was a little hesitant to give my payment information directly to the website because you never know who you can trust these days. So, I thought I would use Amazon Pay instead. But, for some reason, the Amazon Pay option just wouldn't load. I tried refreshing the page a bunch of times and even checked my internet connection, but it just wouldn't work.
I read some other reviews about this website and some people were saying that this might be a tactic to get people to give their bank details directly to the website. I don't know if that's true or not, but it definitely made me feel a little uneasy.
Overall, I don't think I would recommend this service. It was easy to use, but the whole payment situation just left a bad taste in my mouth.
ResumeCoach Review: Useful for Quick Resumes, Beware of Unexpected Charges and Fine Print
The website ResumeCoach is a great place to start if you need a quick and easy resume format. However, I found that the usefulness of the site ends there. After only a short time using the site, I realized that anyone can make the same resume using Microsoft Word. Additionally, I discovered that if you want the actual resume, you have to pay for it.
I decided to cancel my account shortly after starting, as I no longer needed the site. However, I soon noticed transactions posting to my account from them. At first, I thought it was no big deal since I had already passed the 14-day trial period. But the charges kept coming, even after I had cancelled my subscription.
I contacted customer service, and they responded quickly, assuring me that my account subscription was cancelled. However, I later discovered that there were still charges from them on my account. When I contacted them again, they requested that I provide my ID and a statement from the bank with the charge and card numbers on it. I was surprised to learn that my bank no longer includes card numbers on statements, as it is considered a security risk.
Overall, I would say that ResumeCoach is a decent site for those who need a quick and easy resume format. However, I would caution users to be aware of the potential for unexpected charges and to carefully read the terms and conditions before signing up.
Resume Coach Review: Shady Billing Practices and Poor Customer Service
When I first tried out Resume Coach, I was excited to see what they had to offer. However, I was disappointed to find out that they automatically charge you after the 14-day free trial period. I didn't see any notification about this during the checkout process, and I didn't receive any emails about it either. I checked my spam folder, but it was empty. I guess I missed the fine print somewhere.
I think it's pretty shady that they don't send any reminders about the trial period ending. It seems like they're just trying to make money off of people who forget to cancel their subscription. I mean, come on, it's not that hard to send an email.
When I tried to talk to their customer service rep about it, he got really defensive and accused me of using abusive language. I don't think I was being abusive, I was just frustrated. I mean, isn't it their job to help customers?
Overall, I would say that Resume Coach is not worth the money. There are plenty of other resume-building services out there that don't try to trick you into paying for something you don't want. So, save your money and look elsewhere.
Mixed Feelings About ResumeCoach: Affordable with Nice Templates, but Limited Functionality
I recently used ResumeCoach to create my CV and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the website is very affordable and has some nice templates that are pleasing to the eye. However, the limited functionality can be frustrating at times. Overall, I would give it 3 stars.
One of the best things about ResumeCoach is that it suggests a lot of points you can add to your CV based on your field. This was very helpful for me as I was unsure of what to include. However, there are some areas where the website lacks.
Firstly, the paper size is limited to Letter, which may not be suitable for everyone. Secondly, you cannot enter multiple entries for the same category, such as multiple phone numbers. This can be a problem for those who have more than one contact number. Additionally, the themes and color palettes are limited, with some themes only having six colors and no option to change the background color. The website also has very few fonts to choose from.
Managing the individual pages can be very difficult, and I had to print each time to see how the actual output looked like. The tip they gave was to adjust font and spacing to fix page breaks, but this is not really a solution. (see image) Furthermore, the print preview is often not the same as the actual print, which can be frustrating.
Despite these limitations, ResumeCoach is still a good option for those who want a simple and minimalistic CV. The website is affordable and has some nice templates to choose from. However, if you need more functionality and customization options, you may want to look elsewhere.
ResumeCoach Scam: Beware of Unauthorized Subscription Charges and Poor Customer Service
I was searching for a resume template online and stumbled upon a few options. One of them was ResumeCoach. After spending a considerable amount of time editing my resume, I was surprised to find out that I needed to pay a subscription fee to download it. Despite feeling frustrated, I decided to subscribe for a monthly fee so that I could access my resume.
However, when I checked my bank account, I was shocked to see that 94.5USD had been deducted from my account. I checked all my receipts and online purchases, only to realize that ResumeCoach had subscribed me to a year-long subscription without my consent. This seemed like an exorbitant amount to pay for just one or two downloads of a simple resume template. I had only signed up for a month because I barely had time to edit my own CV.
I tried emailing their customer support team, but my first email bounced back, and I received no response to my second email. I decided to try chatting with a customer support representative named Nathalie. After providing my last 4-digit bank number, she ended the conversation abruptly, leaving me with no way to contact them.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by ResumeCoach. I want my refund as soon as possible. This experience has been absolutely absurd, and I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for a resume template.
Create a Professional Resume with Ease: A Review of ResumeCoach
ResumeCoach is a great website that helps you create a professional and effective resume. It's perfect for anyone who wants to stand out in the job market and get noticed by potential employers. The website is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for those who are not tech-savvy.
One of the best things about ResumeCoach is that it offers a wide range of templates to choose from. You can select the one that best suits your needs and customize it to make it your own. The templates are well-designed and visually appealing, which is important when it comes to catching the eye of a recruiter or hiring manager.
Another great feature of ResumeCoach is the step-by-step guidance it provides. The website takes you through the entire process of creating a resume, from selecting a template to filling in your personal information and work experience. It also offers helpful tips and suggestions along the way, such as how to highlight your skills and achievements.
One thing that sets ResumeCoach apart from other resume-building websites is its focus on keywords. The website helps you identify the keywords that are most relevant to your industry and job title, and shows you how to incorporate them into your resume. This is important because many companies use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to screen resumes, and these systems look for specific keywords.
Overall, I highly recommend ResumeCoach to anyone who wants to create a professional and effective resume. It's easy to use, offers a wide range of templates, and provides helpful guidance throughout the process. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced professional, ResumeCoach can help you stand out in the job market and land your dream job.
ResumeCoach Complaints 12
Unsubscription from 14 days trial
Totally scam! I don't recommend to anyone. They trick you during unsubscription from 14 days trial. You think you completed the steps but they charge you the amount $29.95 since you skipped a very tricky unsubscription process. I contacted the customer service right away and asked for refund but they refused to refund. What a shame. Taking advantage of people and not giving back their hard earned money. I hope you lose 1000 times. I am extremely disappointed.
Claimed loss: $29.95
Desired outcome: $29.95
Unauthorized subscription
April 2023, I subscribe the FREE trial on resume coach at a cost of 0.95USD, but after 14-day trial, it upgraded my account to PREMIUM at a cost of 29.95USD per month without even noticing me. And the truth is that I have never log in to the account after the trial. What's worse, it costed me 29.95*4months = total 119.8USD!
I tried to file a complaint on the after-sale customer service, but they only agreed to refund 29.95USD, not the 119.8USD, saying that I agreed the Terms and Services at the very beginning! No, I only agreed the trial cost, not the premium, this is FRAUD!
Hereby, I hope that complaintsboard can help me with this problem.
Sincerely!
Desired outcome: full amount refund 119.8USD
Unleashing the Power of Creativity: A Review of 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield
Overall, I was happy to buy a built resume for $2.50! I was not happy to find out 3 months later that it automatically signed me up for a subscription plan for $29.95 a month. First off, $29.95 a month for a RESUME builder is absolutely ridiculous. Second, they are terrible at informing you that you are being signed up for a subscription plan making my $2.50 resume cost over $90, basically a legal scam in my opinion

Mixed Experience with ResumeCoach: Helpful Customer Service, but Possible Scam Tactics
I gotta say, my experience with ResumeCoach was a bit of a rollercoaster ride. The first time I used it, I forgot to cancel my subscription in time and ended up getting charged. But when I reached out to their customer service team, they were actually pretty helpful and refunded my money. So I figured, hey, maybe they're not so bad after all.
But then I decided to give it another go, and this time I made sure to cancel my subscription right away. I even reached out to their customer service team again just to confirm that everything was cancelled. And yet, somehow, they still managed to charge me $38. What gives?
At this point, I'm starting to think that all those people who say ResumeCoach is a scam company might be onto something. It's just not cool to charge people for a service they specifically said they didn't want anymore. And honestly, the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll be using ResumeCoach again anytime soon.
Impressive ResumeCoach: Affordable, Effective, and Top-Notch Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with ResumeCoach. I'm not the best at writing resumes, so I figured I'd give their free trial a shot. I was a little hesitant to put in my credit card information, but I figured I could always cancel if I didn't like it.
After playing around with their resume builder for a bit, I decided to upgrade to their premium service. It was only $29.95, and I figured it was worth it to have a professional-looking resume. Plus, they offer a satisfaction guarantee, so I knew I could get my money back if I wasn't happy.
Unfortunately, I ended up needing to cancel my subscription. I was a little worried about how difficult it would be, but their customer service was really helpful. The agent I spoke to was super understanding and explained everything to me. They even gave me a refund without any hassle.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend ResumeCoach to anyone who needs help with their resume. Their free trial is a great way to test out their service, and their premium service is affordable and effective. Plus, their customer service is top-notch.
ResumeCoach Review: Great Templates and Auto-Filling Feature, Confusing Subscription Policy
ResumeCoach is a great website for creating a professional resume. The templates are amazing with a wide range of styles to choose from. The auto-filling sentence feature is a fantastic tool that helps to design and build a really nice CV. It saves a lot of time and effort, and the end result is always impressive.
However, the subscription policy is a bit confusing. I was not aware that they would charge me automatically once the 14 days of the "not so free" trial expires. It would have been better if they had been more clear about this in their emails. I would have easily given them 1 star for this.
But, the Support Team was really helpful with excellent guidance. They were quick to respond to my queries and helped me to cancel my subscription without any hassle. I appreciate their efforts and would recommend this website to anyone who wants to create a professional resume.
Overall, ResumeCoach is a great platform for creating a resume. The templates are perfect, and the auto-filling sentence feature is a great tool. The only downside is the subscription policy, but the Support Team is always there to help. I would definitely use this website again in the future.
ResumeCoach Review: Helpful Service, But Beware of Hidden Fees
I recently subscribed to ResumeCoach to help me create a professional resume. At first, I was impressed with the user-friendly interface and the helpful tips provided. However, I was disappointed to find out that after the 14-day trial period, the subscription fee would increase to $29.95 per month. I was not notified of this beforehand and was surprised to see a charge of $30 on my bank statement.
I reached out to ResumeCoach for a refund, but I have yet to receive a response. It's frustrating to feel like I was tricked into paying more than I expected. I wish they had been more transparent about the pricing and had sent a reminder email before charging me.
If you decide to use ResumeCoach, make sure to unsubscribe as soon as you finish creating your resume. Don't make the same mistake I did and get charged more than you expected. Overall, I think the service is helpful, but the lack of transparency with pricing is a major downside.
Disappointing Experience with ResumeCoach: Not Worth the Hassle
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on ResumeCoach. I tried to make a resume draft, but then I couldn't find it again no matter how hard I tried. I even reached out to their customer service and tech department, but they just told me that I 'should be' able to see it. Well, I couldn't. So I decided to unsubscribe.
But then, a month later, I got a notification from my credit card company saying that ResumeCoach was trying to charge me $29 to keep using their services. What the heck? I emailed them about it, but all I got was the run around. It was super frustrating.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ResumeCoach to anyone. If you're looking for a place to build your resume, find somewhere else. This place just isn't worth the hassle.
Disappointing Experience with ResumeCoach: Poor Customer Service and Limited Customization Options
and their customer service is terrible. I had to call them multiple times just to get a response. When I finally did get through, the representative was rude and unhelpful.
The resume templates are also very basic and not very customizable. I was expecting more options and flexibility, but was disappointed with what was offered.
Overall, I would not recommend ResumeCoach. Their business practices are shady and their customer service is lacking. There are better options out there for resume building.
Unacceptable and Unfair: My Experience with ResumeCoach's Billing Practices
I recently tried out ResumeCoach to create a few resumes and was initially pleased with the service. It was easy to use and I was able to complete my resumes in just a few hours. I paid the reasonable fee of USD 0.95 on November 7th, 2019 and thought that was the end of it.
However, I was shocked to discover that I had been charged USD 29.95 today, which is completely unacceptable and unfair. I haven't used the site since that first day, so I don't understand why I was charged again.
I trusted ResumeCoach with my personal information and it's disappointing to see that they would use my card in such an unacceptable manner. As a 20-year-old college student, this extra charge of USD 29.95 is a significant amount for me.
Overall, I cannot recommend ResumeCoach due to this experience. It's important for companies to be transparent and fair with their pricing, and this situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that ResumeCoach can address this issue and improve their service for future users.
ResumeCoach Review: Limited Customization, Sneaky Subscription Model, and Lackluster Templates
I recently tried out ResumeCoach to help me with my job search. At first, I was impressed with the variety of templates they offered. However, I quickly realized that the templates were very limited in terms of customization. I couldn't change the order of sections or even adjust the spacing between lines. This made it difficult to create a resume that truly reflected my skills and experience.
To make matters worse, the subscription model they use is very sneaky. They offer a 2-week trial for only $1.95, but if you don't cancel before the trial period is up, they automatically renew your subscription for 4 weeks at a whopping $30! I was shocked when I saw this in the fine print, and I felt like I had been tricked into paying more than I wanted to.
Even if you do decide to pay for the subscription, the resume templates are just not worth it. They are very basic and don't offer any unique features or designs. Plus, if your resume ends up being longer than one page, you're out of luck because the templates don't allow for any adjustments.
To top it all off, if you do cancel your subscription, you won't even be able to access the resume you created during your trial period. This seems like a very unfair practice, and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
Overall, I would not recommend ResumeCoach to anyone looking for a quality resume builder. The limited customization options, sneaky subscription model, and lackluster templates make it a waste of time and money.
Beware of ResumeCoach's Hidden Fees and Auto-Renewal Policy: A Scam Review
I recently used ResumeCoach to download my CV and was initially pleased with the low price of only 0,95$. However, I was disappointed to find out that they did not provide any information about the account auto-renewing every 4 weeks. To my surprise, my bank account was charged 29,95$ one day and I was shocked. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that they had sent me an email about the renewal, but I had not noticed it.
I was frustrated and angry about this experience. Why didn't they provide full information on their website before I paid for the service? It seems like they were not being honest with their customers. I complained and requested a refund, but I am not sure if I will get my money back.
Overall, I would not recommend using ResumeCoach if you do not want to be scammed. It was a bad experience for me and I do not want others to go through the same thing. It is important for companies to be transparent and upfront about their policies and fees, and ResumeCoach failed to do so.
The step-by-step process on ResumeCoach made it easy for me to create a tailored resume that showcases my unique skill set. I highly recommend this site to anyone
I have to say, I was a little skeptical at first. But with the help of Resumecoach, I was able to put together my curriculum in minutes. The templates are great, and it's very easy to customize them to suit your needs.
Hi There,
It's third time resumecoach deducted his fees, 30 Dollars almost, while I cancelled its subscription.
I cancelled 2 Time its subscription but again it deducted it fee.
Kindly pay me back my 120 Dollers.
While I don't need any of its services.
