I tried to contact revel nail about an order that I have never received but was charged for
I tried to contact revel nail about an order that I have never received but was charged for. I orderex a starter kit on May 27. I have never re I've it. I also did not receive an order # but the purchase came out of my bank account.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Order #*** placed on 5/23 was received missing starter kit and unable to contact the company in any way to get a refund. Facebook, Instagram, email, phone attempted to no avail. The only thing I received in my order was 2 dip powders but no polish set included and no itemized receipt. So I paid $54 for 2 dip powders. I would like a reimbursement or shipment of the starter set. There are lots of commenta on their social media of unshipped or wrong orders not being remedied.
