Rip off
I paid £19.99 for what they now tell me was a trial. 20 days later they took a further £79.99 out of my bank account which I had no idea they were doing. My bank are disputing the payment for me and when I phoned the company they said I had signed up for their programme, which I was not aware of doing. It's a complete scam!
MARKETING PRACTICES
I AM ANOTHER PATIENT WITH RA WHO HAS BEEN SUCKERED IN BY THE ADVERTISEMENT OF THIS PRODUCT. I ORDERED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A TRIAL SIZE, BASICALLY FORGOT ABOUT IT BECAUSE I FOUND IT INEFFICIENT FOR WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO RELIEVE, PAIN, AND IT HAS A VERY UNPLEASANT SMELL. YOU END UP SMELLING LIKE A PUBLIC BATHROOM CLEANED WITH PINESOL. SO I CHALKED IT OFF TO EXPERIENCE AND FORGOT ABOUT IT. I JUST RECEIVED A SECOND SHIPMENT FOR WHICH I WAS BILLED $79.99. I CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD I HAD ACTUALLY SUBSCRIBED TO MONTHLY SHIPMENTS OF THE PRODUCTS. THE PRODUCT IS A VERY EXPENSIVE VERSION OF BENGAY WITH AN EVEN MORE OBNOXIOUS SMELL. I RESENT THEIR MARKETING PRACTICES WHICH MUST LIST SOMEWHERE IN VERY SMALL PRINT THAT YOU ACCEPT THEIR TERMS. SO, THE WOLE THING IS A RIP-OFF INTENDED TO FOOL PEOPLE WHO ARE IN PAIN AND WILL TRY ANYTHING ONCE. I AM SORRY I WAS A FOOL. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE ARE A LOT OF OTHERS AS I FOUND READING THE BLOGS ON ARTHRITIS.ORG. I AM NOT SURE THIS COMPLAIN WILL DO ANYTHING BUT I FEEL BETTER JUST HAVING WRITTEN IT. I AM NOT SURE WHICH ADDRESS YOU WANTED WHETHER IT WAS THE COMPANY OR MINE. I ENTERED THE COMPANY. MARIE-LUCE PARKER ([protected]@yahoo.com).

Rip off Money no place to return products
Their website clearly states it is a $19.99 charge. Then 15 days later they charge additional $69.99 and they say you should have read the fine prints in the Terms and conditions. They have no return address to send the products that made me really sick and they provide a phone number: [protected]. It takes 35 minutes for a live operator who tells you...

Ordered there pain relief product for £19.99 on line 25/7/12 (it does not work)
2 weeks later £79.99 was taken from my account without my knowledge or permission.
This was refunded by my credit card Co.
I had a cancellation email from Heather McAllister of 024 on 28/8/12 of my subscription ?
However on 24/8/12 they charged my card again £79.99.
I also had a package from Revive Bioscience UK held at my local post office. Wanting £18 for delivery charges. I refused to pay and collect. This package was sent from America to Sweden and then to me !
Can only conclude they are one and the same company.
Thanks Hertsman, yes it's nice to finally get something back in the end and thanks Steve for continuing the fight (and explaining the ampersands issue!). Like you I am also disappointed the banks etc. don't seem to take this seriously enough. Best regards all. Will.
To William1966, very pleased for you...I like a happy ending.
William, pleased that you have most of your money back. I am so surprised at the complacency of those organisations (banks, trading standards, 024 website hosters, social media, companies house, and the like) who know, or are aware of exactly what is going on but choose to bury their heads in the sand and just let it continue. The only thing that I can see that has happened in all his scamming within the UK is an ASA adjudication against Robert Tallack and his misleading website marketing claims.
Here is the link: http://www.asa.org.uk/Rulings/Non-compliant-online-advertisers/Revive-BioScience.aspx
and even that fell short of all the false marketing information that I provided (just see previous post here showing the same person with different names/location making the same false testimonial.)
The ampersands and quot typos appearing in your post are down to the browser you are using and the way the site treats non alpha and numeric characters
Apologies for the weird characters in the above post. I have no idea why they appear, They seem to either GBP signs or apostrophes.
And some more good news, my credit card has refunded £79.99. Initially they refused to get involved as they believed I'd accepted the T & C. I pointed out that there was no "box" to accept the T&C and that O24 claimed that simply by using their site you accepted the T&C. I also pointed out that O24 never actually fulfilled their part of the bargain anyway as they did not supply me with all the items their own T&C said they would. I also pointed the bank towards this site. I then got a call from the bank to discuss the issue and a few weeks later I got a refund. The bank said it was simply because O24 hadn't delivered what I ordered and made no acknowledgement of the scam which was a bit disappointing. Money back though (except for the initial £19.99 which I'll write off to experience). Good luck to others.
Thanks to SteveJC I now have my money back. Managed to contact these ### and threatened them with legal action. This was a few weeks back now. Only just had time to respond today on here. The ### raped my bank account 2 x £79.99 payments and I also ended up paying £18.00 customs charge for one delivery. They refunded me payments of £79.99, £18.00 and £61.99. Looks like they deducted £18.00 for the customs charge on one delivery but I can't be bothered to argue any further. To be honest I'm very lucky to get all my money back minus £18.00. I also reported this incident to http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ but that proved to be a complete waste of time. I must have spent a couple of hrs providing them with all the necessary information and still haven't heard back. Don't expect any sympathy from your bank, total rubbish, I had to deal with the issue myself. I paid with my Visa debit card and the only help my bank provided was to send me a Visa complaints form...LOL! Fat lot of good, I complained to my bank and they advised me to use credit cards in the future. She said how about signing up for one of our credit cards to prevent this situation from happening in the future...yeah right. In the future I will use Mastercard as they do tend to be a bit more helpful. At the same time all this was happening some ### in Mexico managed to take money from my account using a hole in the wall machine. Luckily my bank saw the fraud transactions very quickly and refunded me the full £300.00 stolen money. I now have a new direct debit card with a new number and they reckon this will stop 024 Pain Relief from taking any further money from my account. Not sure if that is right but hopefully I've seen the last of them. They also sent me a cancellation notice so lets hope that is an end to the matter. My heart goes out to all of you who have suffered at the hands of this ###. Once again many thanks to SteveJC, the guy is a legend. Good luck to all and don't give up.
Some solace for those who have been scammed:

Re Maverix;
hopefully I am trusted by those who read here about what Robert Tallack, CEO of Revive Bioscience has been doing since October 2011 to (ahem) induce people to sign up for what they understand to just be for a trial product and then to find out that their bank account is raped 2 weeks later. Where Maverix says above ...UK distributor for the company... this is not Revive Bioscience and Maverix has nothing whatsoever to do with Revive Bioscience. For you guys in the UK then you now have a source for genuine 024 products from a UK source. The 024 website referred to by Maverix is http://www.024zone.com/
I will add that I have no business association with 024Zone save for some communication regarding the activities of Robert Tallack - in fact we are almost in competition as I am in the business too! See the frio calor pain gel on aloeland.co.uk or geoderm.co.uk
Hi,
We are www.maverix.org, the UK distributor for the company, the only place to buy this product safely in the UK is from us (you can also find us on a direct link from the 024 website). We do not only take credit or debit cards- you can pay by paypal, or by a personal cheque.
