Scammers
We were looking for a car for our family and had made a deal with the salesman, Gonzalo, and the owner, Kevin Estajlou. We had the written Buyers Agreement, went to the bank for financing, finally got everything in order, returned with check in hand to purchase the vehicle. Turns out, the owner decided he wouldn't be making enough profit of us this sale, so he changed the sale price so that we would take the hit on the back end. Again, we had a WRITTEN buyers agreement. He did this to us after he went from agreeing to a $0 down, to $2500 down, to over $3000 down. He changed the down payment amount THREE times; we kept agreeing to those terms and went to great lengths to get that much for a down payment. When we finally had the money together and went to sign off on the sale and drive the vehicle home, he changed his mind and wanted several hundred more for the sale price of the vehicle, despite our written agreement. This was for a vehicle that was 50k over in mileage and had the check engine light on. I know God was doing us a favor by keeping us from doing business with these scammers. Buyer beware - we all know it's a risk to buy a used vehicle, but these guys are snakes. Do not buy from A2A Auto Sales!

2005 Ford Explorer
Within 24 hrs of driving off the lot, the brakes were grinding. It turned out they needed to be completely replaced. The mechanic said the dealership could have just sprayed them with oil to buy them some time. Speaking of oil, when I checked that, it was like tar, which meant it hadn't been maintained by the dealership. Within the month, the truck wouldn't start and the battery looked corroded. My cousin got it running & I took it to an auto parts store so they could check the battery. The gentleman said the battery was leaking sulfur and that it was too dangerous to drive the vehicle until that battery was replaced. It is not common for a battery to leak sulfur so it's apparent that it should have been replaced before selling the vehicle. The alternator is also bad and needs replacing. When a vehicle is purchased "as is", it is under the assumption that the vehicle has been maintained up to the point of purchase. Nothing is warrantied from that point on, but any issues with the vehicle should be disclosed. The dealership says they don't have to maintain the vehicle, which is why they sell them "as is" but they offer a warranty that the customer can purchase. Any dealership I've ever dealt with maintains their vehicles. There have been too many issues with this vehicle and it's only been a month since purchase.

The oil, was thick like tar, which meant the dealership hadn't even been properly maintaining it. The alternator is also faulty. These are too many issues for a vehicle to have in the first month. When a vehicle is purchased "as is", it's under the assumption that it has at least been maintained up to the point of purchase. Any issues should have been disclosed before selling it.

repairs and warranty
I purchased a 2002 Mercedes Benz C 240 4dr from A2A Auto Sales, located in San Antonio TX, in Dec 2011, the salesman Rene Villerreal allowed me to test drive the car. Upon returning I told him about a slow acceleration, right turn signal didn't work, and the trunk would not open. Mr Villerreal said he would have his service repair the problems. After 5 months, the problems was not repaired. He continue to make appts, and even kept the car for several days, even had me take it to his other repair shops (which my tires was stolen and my rims was damage) After 13 trips, a total 12 days I was without my car, 4 months, and all the repairs he told me were made, were not made. I grew tired of the excuses and contacted the BBB and the Attorney General office. I filed a complaints with both. The owner Kevin Espasjlou agreed to fix the trunk, and wanted to pay me half for the repairs I had made on my own in order to pass the TX State inspection. The owner agreed to pay partial amount of $350 for the $572.39 for the repairs
This is after another 2 months after the complaints were filed. Bottom line this company is not professional and doesn't have any customer service polices. Buyers beware... GET EVERYTHING in writing. They will just make excuses and waste your time. They perform like a small time mom and pop shop on the side of a dirty road.
