AMS LEXMARK 8300

I stopped using my Lexmark all in one after the absurd price of the ink and very heavy usage rate. I was just using it for scanning.

Now I have started getting an Unsupported Cartridge message. I'm sure the ink dried up.

The problem is the Unsupported cartridge message will not go away. It is like a pop up virus.

Rest assured Lexmark, this business strategy to sell your over priced ink will not work. I am throwing away your POS ALL in one and hooking up my old scanner.

Additionally, I will tell everyone I know about this stupid strategy of yours. Yes I was an analyst and know that most of your revenue comes from ink sales and the absurd margins you make from it.

AMS Refund

I should have gone with my first feeling...I am never going to get my money back if they don't sell this car !
I sent the letter after the 90 days within the window of time alloted and when I first call they said it was received and will be processed to issue the refund...4 months later no refund ! So I call, and the lady on the line says they never received my form :)
I just called this morning, the lady was very rude on the phone, and basically called me a liar for saying they told me they received the form.
Well, I guess they have my money now, and can say whatever they want like telling me I never actually send the form...my question is what proof do I have that they received or doodn't receive the letter?
I feel they mislead the customer to get the money, and once they have your money, you have to spend time, money and aggration to get your money back!
I would like to read here a story of someone who actually got their refund as promised.
I am really dissapointed in the service, and think they are useless. They didn't do a thing for me, and I don't see why they should keep my money.
Now that I sent them the form, they say they haven't received it, I have nothing else to show since they have my form, probably somewhere in their recycle bin.
One advice, shady business like yours only last for so long...so be more truthfull in your ads. As a customer that knows very well that I sent the form, I feel cheated!
