It's a shame when you have a complaint you can't be honest about who you are. Who's hiding now? Seems like if you don't have the BALLS to complain in person, and further to complain with an alias name, you lose the right to complain, dude! Try taking responsibility for your own life before you start degrading others.

I used to work for Bill a long time ago. He holds alot of Pebble Beach wins and I have seen some very expensive and rare cars come and go when I was employed for him. Unfortunately I have to agree on some thing you say. He has definately lost his edge. He was once one of the best but he drove all of us good workers away with his bizzare mood swings and lack of respect for anyone that was 10 years or more younger then him. In all respect he is a good man who definatly knows how to do a world class detail job but seem to just lose it the last 5-7 years. I value the knowlege I gained and the patience I gained while detailing some eriously expensive cars but the way he treated us, I cant forgive him for it...

I did a perfect job for him and he did not pay after he said he would he does patch jobs for top dollar and also makes his female employees cry! a true coward beware he will overcharge and let your car sit outside!very lazy person no signs on bussiness always hiding from people hes burned!
