Bloom Rewards This company is thief. Don't give them your details

Scam. The company Bloom Rewards is so nasty and sneaky that I want to share my experience with them. I have ordered flowers and they were delivered on time and they bouquet looked so beautiful. But a month later I noticed fraudulent charge. This company started to steal money from my account and no one warned me about it. I knew exactly that I didn’t subscribe for their services or deals. I need to stop these charges, but the company unfortunately didn’t react to my requests.

Bloom Rewards crappy flowers, no discount, rude customer service

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother for her birthday, and join this rip off "blooms today". First of all, the bouquet my mother received was so small, it nothing like what was represented on the website what she would get. it was cheap little carnations etc. And very very small. Not even worth the $21.73 I was SUPPOSED to pay for it.

Today I look at my bank account. I did not get the $21.73 price, which is what my receipt said I'd be charged. i was charged $36.73, I did not receive the $15 discount.

Then I was charged the $9.99 for the so called "discount" service. Uh, excuse me. What discount? I paid $36.73 for a couple carnations and a daisy. Actually I paid $46.72 for the flowers, since I got another charge for $9.99. Does this look like $46 worth of flowers to you?

When I called to cancel the so called "rewards" service, the woman who I talked to laughed at me when I told her I was very disappointed with the service. Nice. Then she told me since I was cancelling I wouldn't receive my $15 discount. WHAT DISCOUNT? I was already charged. She said I'd receive a $9.99 refund, that remains to be seen.

I'm usually very good at spotting these scams but even people who are careful get burned by these people. Rip off! Don't do it!

I ordered with a discount code they gave me and as soon as I pressed "send" I get a confirmation of a recurring 9.99 a month to have joined their Bloom Rewards program. Then, I immediately called to cancel the entire order because that just irritated me. They proceeded to charge me the full amount, not the discount, plus the 9.99. When I emailed and called I got thrown around and put on hold for 10 minutes! Then, they kept sending me automated responses to my email asking to refund all the money. Finally, two weeks later someone called me back and said they would refund the money. Worst service ever. Who gives you a 50% discount, then charges you a monthly service fee of 9.99?

I wasn't really happy with this company at all! I've cancelled my membership and they still charged me 9.99 twice and when I ask for the refund, she said "your membership is cancelled there is nothing I can do"...duuuh than stop charging me if my membership cancelled! I will never use the Bloomsreward ever again!

Same thing happened to me. The reciept showed "todays total" as 27.23 BUT they took full price of 47.23, 9.99 bloom reward crap, and the 20.00 discount amount out of my account after I cancelled the order. Took them 4 days to refund the money back. I cancelled before the flowers were delivered because I started recieving emails about 2 different programs they were giving free trials for but would charge me if I did not cancel them in a certain amount of time. Worst company ever to buy from.
