I decided to go ahead with them after I spoke with their customer service via chat and they assured me that the flowers I was ordering for my mother in Italy would be delivered the next day (Sunday). Progiftnet.com Didn't deliver flowers

I placed an order for some flowers to be sent to Brazil and they didn't arrive. Not only that, but they billed me for more money than advertised too. I sent several emails and someone eventually got back to me and said they don't issue refunds but when I threatened to take them to court, they said they would give me my money back.

Of course it never arrived, and they no longer answer emails, their live help never works and they put the telephone down on me twice, the first time pretending it was a faulty line, the second time who knows since they don't answer the phone any more!

Do not use these people! They are awful and will rip you off! DO NOT USE THEM EVER!

My experience is completely different, this company did a great job! They delivered my order to a remote are in Madagascar on same day!, The flowers were from an excellent quality and fresh, the customer service VIP. Any other flower company wanted to guarantee me the delivery to Madagascar, and they did it! I will highly recommend this company to all my love ones! Thanks progiftnet.com :-) I happy customer!

I have been using Progiftnet for two years to send flowers and gifts to clients and have never had a bad experience. The customer service is always great, and they are always ready to answer any questions I may have. The company where I work has clients all over the world, and it’s not always easy to find a reliable company to make the deliveries.

I decided to write a review after receiving a heartfelt ‘Thank You’ note from a client recently. I sent him a ‘Get Well’ gift basket after a he underwent surgery and he was deeply touched by the gift. I was surprised to see some negative reviews online. I can honestly say that it is not a scam, and they are always on top of the orders I place. Our clients are the most important part of our company, and I am thankful to Progiftnet for helping me deliver great customer service.

Progiftnet.com I regretted I have not looked for reviews before ordering

This is an online florist. I order flowers to be delivered to France. I paid $75 for the bouquet + $15 for delivery charge. A total of $90. After an hour, they notified me thru email that the total cost should be $115 without further explanation. I immediately told them I have to cancel due to the big price discrepence. They refused to cancel my order, they said order already en-routed. They didn't wait for my approval of the price increase to execute my order. Another complaint is what I ordered was a basket with peach roses, but what the recipient in France received was just a bunch of leaves, without a single rose. The product was completely different.This is a rip-off, I paid $115 for a bunch of leaves in a very cheap basket.They refused to re-do the order or refund. And nobody ever answered the phone. I regretted I have not looked for reviews before ordering. This co. is a fraud. I have found similar complaints on their Facebook page. Their name is Progiftnet.

Disagree with the complaint. I always get consistent quality and service from Progiftnet. Found them originally to send flowers to my mother in law in South America. When she loved them, I knew that I should be using them more often, so I began placing orders through them for my business, and they have not failed me once. We try to keep ourselves in customer minds by sending flowers and gifts for birthdays and special occasions, and they always make us look good.

Complete disagree with the review. I had a great experience with Progiftnet and would recommend them to everyone without thinking twice. I sent a good friend of mine flowers for her birthday, as she was traveling from city to city in Europe. After placing a late order for the city that my friend was in, I had to contact customer service to change the delivery location, since she was going to be traveling to a new city. The customer service team was really incredible and super helpful, and helped get my order delivered on time to the new city. My friend loved the flowers!

First of all I want to thanks ProGiftNet.com for making this delivery possible; any of the International Flower Delivery companies could deliver my order, and ProGift did it in an instant. My Mother was so happy! :-), she received flowers on her birthday in a remote area (Madagascar). The customer service was great! they answered all my questions and managed my order as a VIP. Thanks a lot progiftnet.com for this great experience! I will definitely recommend this flower company to everyone! :-)
Tip for consumers: Excellent service and products! Highly recommended! :-)

Absolute bogus that the site is a scam or fraud of any sort. I have placed my first purchase with progiftnet.com, but afterwards read the horrible Reviews about them all over the net, which freaked me out. Sadly I believed those reviews and left less than pleasant email with their staff.
I have successfully contacted the support, who were very pleasant, polite AND professional. They apologized for the delay of my order, but in their defense I placed the order on mother's day, which is a very busy time for them, as any other florist online store.

Not only they have communicated with me back and forth, but they checked my order and reassured me it's on the way and offered a discount to make up for the short delay. Shame people don't leave more good reviews. I hope that anyone Reading this will not have any doubts about progiftnet.com like I did, I will definitely consider placing Another order with the Company. If you already placed an order and now are worried, be assured that it's on the way and the staff is there to offer their support.

As far as both reviewers who left comments here.. they left those very same comments all over internet.

To Joey: What company doesn't have delays during biggest holidays of the year? Not many that I know of. Just because your order was delayed ONE SINGLE DAY, you did get what you paid for - flowers for someone special, so how are they a malicious company? I am sure that the person receiving the flowers was happy, it's the thought that counts, not a small delay.

To Almunde: They DO state that prices are subject to change and might need to request an added fee due to seasonal changes in prices of their flowers. You must have not read their faq and policy. As far as the basket not containing any roses.. that's doubtful unless you mean that the rose buds have not yet opened. I don't see how a flower company misses the key item and throws a bunch of leaves in an ugly basket. Either that or you had a damn bad luck. Or you were so upset over the extra charges that you are saying it out of anger.

WARNING! This company is malicious!
I also wished I would have looked up this company before ordering from them. I placed an order of 89$ for some crappy flowers because they had a same-day-delivery guarantee. I placed my order 12PM on valentines day. Since it said that all orders before 2PM have same day guarantee, I thought the flowers would get delivered the same day. Instead they got delivered 5PM the day after.

I then contacted the support, and they tried to screw me in all kind of ways. They were telling me they state in their terms and policy that special occasions do not have this guarantee, but when I confronted them to show me where they coldn't - because it cannot be found anywhere in their terms! They then tried to tell me I had placed my order too late, because my order was placed 12PM but processed 3PM. I then responded with that it says on their website that orders PLACED before 2PM have the guarantee, which they then didnt respond to. I've been mailing for weeks with them trying to get a simple apology, with no luck.

Watch out for this company!

Progiftnet.com Delivered a cheap arrangement

I ordered a plant arrangement for my daughter wich I paid $151.00 for. The arrangement was to send our condolences for a loss of loved one. Progiftnet delivered a cheap arrangement of flower stems with a few sticks in it. Nothing like what I ordered. After complaining to the sales department, I got an answer from them trying to justify what the did. Never again will I do business with these people and I advise anyone reading this complaint to stay away from them.
