Blue Biggy Pet bed

Ordered a bed for my dog that had a back operation 5 months ago and still waiting, customer services are poor, if they respond at all!

I have been contacting them for months, and the company are using Covid as an excuse for lack of shipping.

For me the bed was quite a sum of money, lesson learnt I will only order from standard websites I'm familiar with.

Not sure what can be done with this company, but agree they should be reported as good people are parting with hard earned money, and lining someones pocket.

I will put this down to experience but a big mistake!

I am just writing this so consumers will be aware of this company. I placed an order to Blue Biggy since August and I havent recieved anything from them. I was told it was shipped but lost in transit and my money is gone. Then I was asked to send my address which I did. Then they went silent. It is now the 1st of the a new year and nothing. Please be aware of this company. Thank you.

Blue Biggy I never received my product, they sure did quickly take my money though.

When I sent repeated emails asking when my product would arrive, I was told due to Covid, the shipping was messed up, and to reconfirm my shipping details. I repeatedly sent them emails reconfirming my shipping address. Never received the product. TOTAL RIP OFF! Do not order from these crooks. To boot, I have a huge dog so I had ordered the biggest bed they supposedly had. GGGGGRRRRRR!

Desired outcome: Either ship the product or return my money!

Blue Biggy Dog bed

Purchased dog bed for 129 dollars Jul 8th. Have received no follow up why we still have not received the product we paid for. Email sent Jul 28th requesting follow up. Auto responses to emails sent to Blue Biggy.

Blue Biggy Pet bed

I placed an order on July 2, and was informed that it can take 25 to 30 days, I didn't think nothing of it so I waited patiently. Now that the time has more than passed I emailed them and was told my package was stuck somewhere and that they would resend me another one. I have repeatedly made efforts to contact them but conveniently enough they don't have a phone number or address.

So disappointing and sad that I was played that way.

This is obviously a scam. I was also a victim. Blue biggy is a fraudulent name and account. They have succeeded in stealing millions of dollars from innocent people. Beware of these thieves.

Purchased Dog Bed in 6-28-20 for $129.99 I still haven't received bed. I emailed them regarding it and they said it's stuck in transit. They said to confirm my address, which they already have. Blue Biggy Dog bed

I ordered and paid for online a dog bed for my terminally ill dog for some comfort. I have been following up for over two months now on the shipping confirmation and continue to keep being told it's being processed and can take up to 30 days for delivery! I send an email weekly and I'm told the same story every time! I've asked for a refund to be told please allow 30 days for delivery yet it's now been double this time! I have asked again today for an update and or refund as this feel like a scam! I work in due diligence and I am not a fool, but this is making me feel like I am.

March 1st 2020 is when I ordered from Blue Biggy.

Sent numerous emails complaining where my order is!?!
I’d hear excuses, then eventually they IGNORED my emails!

10 months later! Nothing! No help! No response!

Company is a fraudulent SCAM and they are located in China!

First they spread coronavirus around the world and now the Chinese are known to be CON ARTISTS!

They are NOT lucky, they are disgusting cockroaches that should be squished for their ILLEGAL things they do!
Sickening company!
Hope they are all given the unlucky 4 in their lives!

Total scam. Ordered and paid for the bed May 28/20. Greedy people like this spoil it for every legitimate company. I will no longer order online.

Bed was ordered and paid for 6 months ago. I have sent 8 requests for delivery to blue biggy. Still nothing. It is a total scam. These people are no better than common thieves.

I assumed the webpage was legit and placed an order on 15 April 2020. I was happy my order was being shipped and then it came to my realization that they have shipped it to the wrong address which happens to be Auckland whereas I stay in the middle east. I tried contacting customer support and they kept turning me down that it was shipped to the right...
