The worst customer services. I wanted to hire the car from the website www.cretarent.gr. I chose the car and paid deposit, but after 5 days I got email from them that this car was unavailable. Cretarent.gr I booked car from them, but they didn't communicate with me

Don’t use the website www.cretarent.gr, ‘coz it total scam. I booked the car from them, but after I sent money them, these ### didn’t reply. I waited couple of hours, but nothing. I was so angry and wanted to return money back, but it was impossible. I have no idea what to do now. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

Dear Mr. Zucshek,

I am the owner of Cretarent Company. Our company is a reputable family car rental company with more than 45 years’ experience in car rental services. We have thousands of satisfied customers by providing an exceptional customer service.

Don't you dare malign my company with dishonesties and spams like “ I sent money them, these ### didn’t reply” and “I was so angry and wanted to return money back.” If you look carefully at our website, you cannot choose a car and pay a deposit in advance, “all our services use payment upon arrival” and we have never asked for deposits from any of our customers.

I will never leave a comment or speak about (someone) in a spitefully critical manner, BUT it is dishonest and harmful when people hire professional spammers to lower the reputation of a hard working company.

I have already sent an email to the administrator of the complaints board website and have requested your IP address and the deletion/erasure of your account and spam review.

Please try to find better ways (like trying to be better at your job) than hiding behind spam comments!
