Hotel Deposit Refund
Stayed at Double Tree Norwalk in CA for Dec.11-14 last week and later after checked out, I am chaged $150 for bathroom damage(tile crack) by not refund room deposit.
I did not do anything for it and even did not noticed it (tile crack).
Hotel sent me a photo of tile crack as attached but they did not send me any evidence it was happened during my stay.(It could be before my check-in or even cleaning staff made it.)
I totally could not accept Hotel`s claim with this $150 payment and request to refund it ASAP. (Not fair at all that Hotel could charge to customer anything after check out without evidence/proof)

Housekeeping
I left 2 dresses in my room I called 3 times to try to reach someone in housekeeping. The dresses were not logged in and never sent to lost in found. Do you have an honor system with your employees? I will never stay at a doubletree again. Your employees should be held to a higher standard, I cant imagine leaving jewelry in one of those rooms. I would like to know who cleaned my room and why they did not follow the protocol? My confirmation # is [protected] room 1313
Desired outcome: I was told they were sorry nothing was logged in
the corporation's phony motto, "they make things right."
On or about November 18, 2016, we booked a reservation for a one week stay the Double Tree Suites by Hilton New York City. Our arrival date was June 2, 2017. They had plenty of time. We were asked to pay extra if we wanted a upper floor. We agreed. On May 26, 2017, we were sent an e-mail outlining our room number on the 33rd floor, our arrival time we have several e-mails stating see then everything is set.
We arrived at 8:30 P.M., of course they tried to sell us some vacation condos, to which we said we were not interested. When we got in the elevator we realized they had put us on a lower floor, the last room in the back of the building. The only sight we had was the air conditioning unit across the street. When we called the front desk to ask why the change, we were told, "Oh, the other people didn't leave". Totally not professional, and just shrugged us off. We had to ask for towels every night, even soap. Their 100% guarantee is "fake" advertisement.
What is sad about this is the fact that all over the suite is their guarantee, and when you fill it and complain that they ruin your vacation, they just throw it in the trash.
It is such a shame, because had really like staying at the Hampton Inns, but never again. We haven't done our research as yet, but we hope Hilton doesn't own Marriott Hotels.
