E Tour and Travel Fraud

E Tour and Travel told me I won a vacation in Orlando. They told me they would need a credit card number in order to keep my account open (for reservation purposes... like at an hotel) When they told me I needed to pay the registration fees of 498$, I mentioned the sales representative that I didn't have that amount available on my credit card. The person told me it didn't disqualified me and that the amount would be taken when I would buy my vacation. They took the money of my credit card a couple of days later (I'm now over my credit limit of 500$). I would never agree to something I can't afford and they say that by giving my credit card number, they were entitled to take it... Being French Canadian and English not being my first language, they used the opportunity to scam me!

E TOUR AND TRAVEL DON'T DON'T DON'T DO IT hang up immediately

To make a long story short. I trust too much. Signed up for an ORLANDO vacation pkg. I was unable to go and e tour called for renewal. Yep I took it NOT ONCE BUT 2 x
duh... ORIGINAL PKG $169.00 #1 RENEW $ 99.00 #2 RENEW # 289.00
TOTAL--------------$ 557.00 -------FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY SEVEN DOLLARS. Then on or about May 11, 2011 E TOUR AND TRAVEL called and informed me that vacation had expired offered third renewal. I decined cuz I was going through a seperation and ask for refund or partial refund. I qualified for a partial refund of a whopppppping $ 140.00 I took it then on May 12, 2011 that our credit card was charged an amount of ------$147.00------ I called e tour and travel and was politely greeted then being very upset I got the rude treatment from Justin, Daniel and Megan. None of them would give me the truth and denied that I was offered a partial refund. I cald back a third or forth time and was greeted by Nick J. ID # 14_6_ _ . i ASKED WHY i WOULD BE GIVEN A CONF. # REPLY: CREDIT TRANSACTION. Nick J. was the only honest person I spoke to the rest lies. RUDE- SKETCHY- THE WORST. DO NOT CALL FROM A PHONE YOU THAT THE # IS NOT BLOCKED. E TOUR AND TRAVEL VERY CROOKED AND UNPROFESSIONAL pLEASE SPREAD THIS AROUND DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. CROOKS AND LIARS i WILL BE POSTING THIS ON OTHER COMPLAINT SIGHTS. copy and paste love it...J.K.

I paid for a up grade to a van from e tour and travel to go to Florida. They never told me i would have to have a credit card to get it. Now I want that money I paid to e tour and travel for it back they tell me they paid me for it I did not get it then they say when I call them. Someone will call me to talk to me nothing. I don't care about the small amount of money I paid for next year to go to Florida again I just want my van money returned to me it was 348 dollars

The Better Business Bureau of Central Florida has a review about E Tour and Travel at:

They also list other business names used by the same folks. If you get scammed CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY IMMEDIATELY. That is what I had to do. The people at E Tour and Travel will give you the run around about cancellation and STILL charge your card. At least, that is what they have done to me. I had to put a block on my credit card so they would stop.

Received a solicitation call from [protected]. The name of the business is blocked on caller i.d. They don't identify themselves; but pretend to know you on a first name basis. When told the person they wished to speak with was not at this number - they continued to ask questions. Very rude! I blocked my number and tried a call back to get the identity of...

E Tour and Travel Cancellation

OMG! I can not believe what I just went though. Ok where to begin... E Tour and Travel called my home phone, which I never answer but my son happened to answer, and heard the man talking about Disney world so my son woke me up out of my sleep and handed me the phone. This man is on the other end of phone was running some good game saying his slick lines. I’m half awake so of coarse all they offered for $99 sounded good who would pass that up? After purchasing the package they sent me an email with the wrong account number and wrong name listed on the ticket. When I asked the rep about it he said don’t worry they can fix it later and then he gave me 3 different numbers to call so I could correct the problem. So to make a long story short after reviewing the material I knew that we would not utilize it and called to return it within the 15-day timeframe, which I was never told about in the intro. THE FIRST PERSON I CONTACTED WAS THE GUY THAT SOLD ME THE PACKAGE. HE PROMTED AND TRIED TO ASK ME WHY I DIDNT WANT IT ANYMORE AND SO ON. HE THEN STATED THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER NUMBER I NEEDED TO CALL, SO HE GAVE IT TO ME. BEFORE THE SALESMAN HUNG UP HE SAID GOOD LUCK TRYING TO RETUN THE PACKAGE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIGN. PEOPLE WHEN I TELL YOU THAT I HAVE NEVER BEEN TALKED TO THE WAY THEY SPOKE TO ME. FIRST AFTER WAITING 20 MINUTES ON HOLD BRIAN #4384 ANSWERS THE PHONE AFTER EXPLAINING TO HIM FOR 10 MINUTES STRAIGHT WHY I WANTED TO REFFUND THE PROGRAM HE BEGAN TO TELL ME WHY WOULD I BE SO IRRESPONSIBLE AND GIVE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER OUT OVER THE PHONE IF I WAS’NT GOING TO USE THE PACKAGE. WOW! I IMMEDIATELY TOLD HIM THAT OUR CONVERSATION WAS OVER AND ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT HE WAS THE ONLY ONE I COULD DEAL WITH OR I COULD HANG UP CALL BACK AND TRY TO GET SOMEONE ELSE! WOW I HAVE HEARD OF RETENTION BUT ARE YOU SERIOUS IS THIS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BECOME IN AMERICA? SO CALL #2 NOW I GET JAMIE ON THE PHONE... I TELL HER WHAT I JUST ENCOUNTERED WITH THE OTHER MAN AND SHE STATED THAT HE WAS JUST DOING HIS JOB! SHE THEN PULLED UP MY ACCOUNT AND SAID OH I SEE BRIAN WAS TRYING TO GET A SUPERVISOR ON THE LINE. WOW! NOT WHAT HE TOLD ME! I TOLD HER HOW I EXPLAINED TO HIM OVER AND OVER THE REASON WHY I NO LONGER WISHED TO KEEP THE TRIP AND SHE STATED THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO START OVER SOOOOOO 10 MINUTES LATER AFTER EXPLAINING TO HER THE SAME STORY... SHE BEGAN TO BREAK DOWN THE COST OF THE TRIP AND ASKED ME ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^IF I THOUGHT MY FAMILY WAS WORTH $5.00 A DAY TO TAKE ON VACATION? ^^^^^^^^^I HAVE NEVER FELT SO LOW IN MY LIFE I TOLD HER NO SO SHE WOULD REFUND MY MONEY. IT’S SAD THAT BUSINESSES EVEN OPRERATE LIKE THIS. WHAT A SCAM! PATHEIC! I WARM YOU ALL NOT TO EVEN FEED INTO THESE PHONE CALL SCAMS THEY DONT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER HANG UP IN THEIR FACES.

E Tour and Travel rip off

I just received a call from E Tour and Travel saying my vacation had expired. I said no I was told I had 18 months to take it. The lady told me no 12 to book 18 to take. We discussed it I said get your manager on the line, she said he was busy, I said well I know the drill I will have to speak to him, so I will wait. He got on was very rude and said that they were giving me a great deal. I said how, you are charging me 3 times what I originally paid. Alan was very rude I told him I was getting my tape recorder and recording the conversation, just like I did when I purchased it. He said fine. I told him I would get a lawyer and sue, he said fine go ahead. So if anyone comes up with a class action suit I am in. I have purchased these packages before and had no problem, but this is just a down right rip off, and when I told Alan that he said if I wanted to rip you off I would have just charged up your credit card. THAT IS PRETTY SCARY.

E'Tour & Travel may be the worst! They were not to charge me before 2 weeks, and only after they called me back to make sure my funds would be available... Less than 15 min. past, when I checked my account for another reason and found a pending charge from them. I called them immediantly back. "Well thats already gone to the next department, I will call you back" I was told. That was Dec 22nd and still no call from them. I've called them 3 more times, one of my calls was to request the "recorded" transaction. I was given a # that "could not be called as dialed" I called them again, given the same # that does not work. I am very upset, my accout is over-drawn more than 7 hundred dollars! I had several small checks out from Christmas shopping. A $10 or $12 check +36.nsf charge each doesn't take long to add up. I have Multiple Sclerosis and on disability. I'm not sure how I will recover from this, being as the bank continues to charge for being insufficient for an extended time. Buyers Beware!

All victoms of these frauds must take their complain t0 government authorities who get paid by Us, tax payers money. Their job is to protect us from these such obvious scams, which I am sure they are all aware of it.
Need to open a calss action against this company and to follow up on it, and any attorney will be welcomed to open this case in floridas' courts and get whatever percentage or even whole money collected through court procedure. Attorney can easily find all these complais or even a web site to collect every bodies signiture. I am prety sure that there is hand of a politicion protecting this agency for Money. Otherwise, why after few years of complains, nothing have been done to this company. We should not let these blood sucker abuse us.

E Tour and Travel non-stop phone calls

I did buy their package, and took their trip last year to Florida. No complaints there. Yes, did the timeshare thing twice, but that was part of the deal.
However, they have started calling me more and more frequently, at all hours of the day, and week, to the point where I consider it harassment. (this week it seems about 5-7 calls a day). Just now, I finally picked up, to tell them to put me on their Do Not Call list, but she hung up on me... I'm infuriated, and have gone from a happy customer to a fuming mad one.
The topper is, last year, on Boxing Day, they called me, and they guy got mad at me/ yelled at me, to buy the package... yeah, not impressed at all. They are ruining their own business...

I have been getting repeated phone calls from E-Tours too. To the point where I recognize their phone number on site. have reported them for harassment. Amazing how this company thinks a penniless disabled person wants anything to do with their services. Some brain-dead telemarketer, I guess.

E Tour and Travel Unwanted calls

I do not know how this company got a hold of my business cell phone, but they have been calling me for the last 8 months. I kept on receiving calls from the [protected] and after cross referencing it, belongs to E Tour and Travel. For cruises, trips to Disney World. Oh my! It should be enough say no thank you and be done with the call. But no! These idiots keep on calling from all hours and then it appears that its on a automatic dialer and when the call is answered you hear background noise and then the call is disconnected, sometimes at 3:00 A.M in Houston, TX time!

E Tour and Travel unauthorized charge

E tour and travel charged my credit card for somebody else's upgraded car rental. I called and they said that person gave authorization. So...once they have your credit card number it seems they can make up a charge or even charge your account for somebody elses expenses. It was a $59.00 charge. Anyone have any suggestions on what we can do to stop this company?

A rep called from the company and said I had won a "free" trip to Disney Orlando and on to Daytona. I had 18 months to decide if I wanted to go. The rep asked which credit card I would be using. Then said charges were declined I said I didn't authorize you to charge my card 398.00, cancel everything I do not want your trip (while we still on the phone). Little did I know they still charged my account 98.00 and will not return any phone calls. My bank is handling the authorized charges. I have called three times and will be making more calls today. This place is a real scam. Pay extra and get a reliable travel agency.

E Tour and Travel Poor Business Pratice

At first I had no complaints about this company... I thought maybe I was the one person in the world that got exactly what they seemed to be offering - I was even satisfied enough to allow my last portion of my package to expire. Had they left well enough alone I wouldn't even be writing - however, I received a call from them asking if I'd like to extend my deal at no cost to me to use the unused portion of the pkg (free 4 days/3 nights in Key West) - good deal I thought. But when I called to make the reservation I was offered nothing more than a 2 night deal at a cost of $49 per night plus incidentals & Taxes - when I expressed that this was not what my package included I was basically told to take it or leave it & that he (The operator) was doing me a favor by even offering me the two days - to say the least he was extremely rude - and even bold enough to put his comments in the account history notes - I asked to speak to a supervisor & was again given the run around - he told me none were available, I couldn't hold for them and they would not return my call. Funny thing was, I managed to get ahold of a different number and call to try and straighten it out - this person (A member of the Orlando Sales Dept) even had the nerve to try and sell me another package after i told him my complaint - what's worse, he told me he was looking at the very supervisor I wanted to speak to. (but he wasn't allowed to connect me to her) She was not unavailable & I should call customer service back and ask to speak to her directly - you can guess what happened next... I called and she was still "busy". After another ten minute tussle with the next CS Rep I finally gave up - they can basically keep their extension...nobody deserves to be played like that
