Fisher Bros Speed Shop Brake Master Cylinder and Service

Purchased a master brake cylinder on 8/27/13. I paid $215 for 7" chrome brake booster and chrome master cylinder. Item# [protected]. Had problems with fluid bypass and took cylinder apart only to find small chrome debris in the bores thus cutting the C-cups. I contacted Fisher Bros by Email and Jeremy told me that I could find cups locally at Napa. My wife is bookkeeper at Napa store and they tried in vain to find this size. Contacted again asking for them to find a rebuild kit since they deal with supplier who makes the master cylinder. Haven't heard a word back since then. Seems like the customer service part of selling a product can definitely use some improvement. Now booster that came with master cylinder is giving me issues. Seems both parts are not good quality. Unit was installed about two months after purchase and on a car only taken to car shows so probably only has about 200 miles of use on it! Only asking for help to get rebuild kit for master cylinder.

Fisher Bros Speed Shop Incomplete order without reply

I bought a alum. radiator from them at swap meet in sacramento on aug. 1st 2015. I paid for a radiator, shroud, and electric fans. They only had radiator and fan switch with them . I was told they had the rest (fans and shroud) at their shop in redding and would ups it to me on Aug 3rd (monday). After not hearing anything from them I called them on Aug 7th, went to voice mail, I left a message.After no reponse, I left another voice mail and sent another email on Aug.14. After no response I left another voice mail and sent another email on Aug. 20. And once again on Aug.21st. Maybe I'm getting impatient prematurely, but it's the "no reply" aspect that is bothering me. At this point I would be happy enough sending them the radiator and switch back for a full refund. I could of walked to summit racing in sparks Nev.and back from sacramento with what I needed.

I had the problem after I spent over $2000 in parts and went to his shop to pick it all up and I he did not have my stainless braided lines and had to order them I called like you and to no avail go the same response nothing. I called his suppliers that he told me that he had order my parts from and they all told me he ordered nothing of mine
