Flights24.com I have never ever experienced such troubles with a ticket booking company

It is the worst. I have never ever experienced such troubles with a ticket booking company. Their customer service is totally inexistent. It's like talking to a wall. I booked my ticket. Of course they applied a tax which was not listed initially. but past that, I had an emergency and I wanted to rebook. i called them and they told me there was a ticket available, which would cost me an extra 370 dollars. i agreed to that, after which they held me waiting all day, and in the end told me they didn't manage to book that ticket. Initially though they assured me and even emailed me with the connections available. Then they told me to contact lufthansa, because they are supposed to help me. Sure they could and they would, but I bought the ticket from flights 24 and not lufthansa, and their policy doesn't allow anyone to make changes in their system. After hours of talking to these agents that were telling me they are working on my ticket, I got nothing.

Flights24.com Flights24 provided a terrible customer service

Flights24 provided a terrible customer service. I had to cancel a Flights24 booking because United Airlines changed the scheduled flights and I was not able to complete my connection to my final destination. I cancelled my booking on 04/02/2012. The customer service representative told me it will take no more than (11) days for having the amount refunded on my credit card. Up to date, (23) days after Flights 24 did not refund the cost of this transaction. Flights24 post on its webpage an email address for contacting customer service. They do not respond to emails. After long time holding the customer service do not provide useful answers.

These people are a scam! I kept trying to call and email and they dont respond! I'm about to lose my tickets because of them! I DON'T recommend them! They stink!

Clicked "Book My Flight" and it took me to the home page. Immediately looked to call them and no phone number. Quick google search and you can plainly see that this site is a fraud.

Never had the tickets, and my credit card blocked to be sure that they wouldn't charge me. NO CUSTOMER care at all. Sent thousands of mails, never had an answer.

This is the worst flight booking site I have ever been on in my life. If there was a change in the price, I could have paid more for it. They obviously have no regard for your customers and whether and their family holiday plans. The most terrible service I have gotten in my entire life, they cancelled my flight plans to meet with my family in miami for new year's. who does that?! #disappointed #unsatisfied #totallydisgusted

Flights24.com These people are unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing

I'm a military soldier, and I booked with them for my leave seeing as it was a really affordable price. Well, being military means every privelege you get is subject to change. My mission required that I return a few days earlier than what I had scheduled. This change occured within 20 days of my upcoming flight home. Regardless of cancellation fees and additional costs (they would more than likely be waived for the military anyway), I emailed and called the travel agency multiple times in order to get my return flight scheduled earlier.

They didn't email me for at least 2 days. Their office hours are 9am to 6pm Pacific Time, and I spent over 6 hours on the phone trying to reach them -- 2/3 of their work day. Every time someone picked up the phone, I was met with either confusion, told to call another number, or was put on hold for upwards of 30 minutes (the most being two and a half hours). I was told that in order to change my booking, I would have to call the airline, who (when I called) told me that only the travel agent could change the booking (so I had to call flights24 back). It isn't a hard thing to do, and any fees in my situation would be waived anyway, so a company that has trouble resolving this simple issue shouldn't be trusted.

These people are unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing. I personally felt as if they were holding out on my emails and phone calls until I would eventually give up and stop trying to modify my transaction with them. Their customer service is beyond poor, and barely capable of doing the job competently.

Flights24.com It is like a one-arm bandit

Horrible site. Like others who have used this site to book flights, I thought I was getting a reasonable deal until the final click to purchase the tickets. It was at that time that I saw the service charge that was not indicated anywhere on the website. $86.20 added to the ticket price. I was enraged and tried to call the phone number on the itinerary many times within the first hour of making the reservation. Each time I would hear the phone ringing on the other end and then the phone went dead. This company scams all that use them to purchase tickets. It is like a one-arm bandit. I called my credit card company and reported the entire transaction, planning to cancel everything, only to learn flights24.com charges $50 per ticket to cancel. I am screwed. Lesson learned. BUYER BEWARE.

Flights24.com scam!

Flight24 & Picasso travel are a total scam. First they charge my card under AirFrance & Delta. The number the provide doesn't work when you try to complain, the email is bogus also. After a quick research i find that they are partners with Picasso travel. when i called them to figure out what was happening, they gave me the bogus number, proceeded to tell me they have nothing to do with flight24 and then hung up. When i called back they literally hung up when they heard my voice again and then just wouldn't answer anymore. I have now cancelled my card and am trying to take the next step to figure it out. I also have not received my tickets although i have been charged! Total disaster!

I have just used the .ie version of this site to book flights with Aer Lingus and ended up exasperated. Although the correct details were displayed on the last screen at the paying stage, the confirmation email listed a different flight. The site Help phone people did not want to know and said they could do nothing. Fortunately for me the airline agreed to make the change with no charge. I will not use the site again.

Same complain as everyone I purchase a ticket and was charged an additional fee of $78 and I also refuse the additional protection and it was still added to my ticket $27. I never receive the email to confirm the ticket was purchase and there was no phone number to call only an email. I chose not to contact them, I contact my bank to stop the transaction and I purchase my ticket directly from the airline which was $100 cheaper.

I never got a confirmation email of the two tickets I ordered. The next day, my two emails requesting confirmation went unanswered. My credit card co. said it looked like a credit was in the process for Air France. The tickets were supposed to be on USAir! I went to USAir online and ordered the same tickets and paid the same price.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this online site!

Very bad experience! We booked a flight using flights24.com, and they charged our credit card. When we called the airlines to confirm, we were told there is no reservation! Flights24.com never sent us any information as they stated on the final confirmation page and we could not get through to them by phone - no response to our email either!

i agree this web site flights 23 is a SCAM - scam .. don't trust this company. go with the real airline site and pay the extra to get your real ticket . to the real airline.

YES I aree I totally hate flight 24. I let them charge debit card as a vacation for my mom and now they are telling me that my card was declined when I know better because there is still money left on my debit card right now. I hate them too!

I didn't do my research before using these fine folks. I feel like I am in the Twilight Zone! No flight, $$ gone, and they won't answer when I call. I am about to book my own flight right to the front door of this establishment and help them back down to planet earth. This is sure a teachable moment for me. From now on, I will research a company BEFORE I purchase, not AFTER! uggggg...

4-25-11: Same thing is now happening to me. The connecting airline confirmed my reservation but the initiating airline cites "price failure" as the reason for no reservation.
Now disputing charges with my bank. What a nightmare!

Flights24.com Sent thousands of e-mail... no answer

I found a really good deal on an international flight. I made the reservation, entered carefully all the cc information and that's when the nightmare began. I finalized my request and after the last click I got an error message. Finally I got the confusing e-mail with the request information, not the actual booking. Thought it eas weird. Looking for a contact number... Called the 877 number.. you start with 9 people ahead of you... You don't wait too much until you get one person ahead of you., .. you think finally... It goes all back to 9 people... and this will last all day long.
Sent thousands of e-mail... no answer.

Finally, got the number from Picasso (their partner) no one could help. Called them (serious) more than 10 times until I found a good man who decided to help me and Got someone on the line.
I found out my cc got declined (never got any notification!). So I gave them cc agin, thought it was some mistake of mine.
Again, my cc got declined... WHYYYYYYYYYY?
I don't know... Can't get a hold of anybody. I guess I'll never know!
I don't recommend this site to anybody...
It's better to pay a little more than spending your time with them. Bad bad bad experience and I will never try them again.
By the way, I never got my flight booked!

I bought a ticket through Flights24 for my son to fly from Bamako, Mali to Brussels on Air Maroc . The purchase process was harder than usual but we got it done. Then there was a coup in Mali and my son (a Peace Corps Volunteer) was evacuated. I called Flights24 to discuss my/his options and "Baker" (who I had bought the ticket from) was too busy to talk with me and suggested I call back. I left two detailed messages two weeks ago -- still have not heard back. They just want your money and there is NO customer service -- even their email auto-reply states -- we are not going to answer and we're going to delete this message (unbelievable) and suggest calling them instead... hmmm, that approach didn't work before so why would it now?

I tried to book s round trip from San Diego to Los Angeles. I thought I was on the United Airlines site, but I had been redirected to Flights24.com. After I had hit submit, then it said there was a 39.20 fee. Then it said they could not confirm the flight. I could not find a phone number and the email site said it could not be reached. After several hours of waiting for a confirmation, I called my credit card company and was told no charge had been made. So I carefully went direct to the United website and booked. The next day I got a confirmation number from Flights24, but never got a ticket or itinerary. I tried endlessly over and over to get them to cancel that flight, or for United to cancel the other one, all to no avail.. United is adamant that Flights24 booked the flight out of Carlsbad (about an hour up the road), not San Diego, but Flights24 will not acknowledge that.

DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! after i purchased the ticket from ny to mia for 168.00 (which said it included all taxes and fees) i got to the confirmation page and they then added a 60 DOLLAR SERVICE CHARGE! which was not mentioned anywhere. too late they already got my credit card information, AND THEN they said THEY WOULD SEND ME AN AIRLINE CONFIRMATION WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS THAT WAS SUBJECT TO A POSSIBLE PRICE CHANGE! NEVER EVER AGAIN! NEVRRRRRRRR! STAY AWAY!

Do not use Flights24.com website. Would that I had read the negative reviews before booking a flight on Singapore Airlines from LAX to Tokyo-Narita. After booking, I received an email requesting a copy of my passport and a copy of my credit card, front and back, and no answer to my questions via email. No answer to the telephone that is supposed to be the "hotline" for flights24.com ticket sales. I have no idea if my credit card has been charged or not. This is my worst experience on the internet ever! They take your money and run and no way to communicate.

I bought (or I thought I bought) a ticket from Nashville to a European city. They (flights24.com) said that within 24 hrs I will get a confirmation that it is ticketed. Also, 79 dollars were charged as "booking fee". After 24 hours, no confirmation e-mail came. I e-mailed them, and only then they told me that it was canceled. I would stay away from this website at all cost!

I don't even remember how I landed on their page, I was reluctant to begin with because I had never heard of them before, however they had what I was looking for: a trip from Europe to the US with ONLY 1 stop. So I went ahead and booked it, gave my credit card info, received a confirmation email. Within a few minutes I received another email stating that they were unable to verify my credit card and asked for a copy of the front & back of the card, as well as a copy of my id! This is when I freaked out. Tried calling them, and calling, and calling...40times at least...I go on automatic hold and then I get disconnected. Then I emailed twice, no response. I called again, and a couple of times someone picked up but they put me on hold before I could say NOOO.

I ended up having to call my company and have them block my card. No, nothing was charged but I sure do believe that this site is a SCAM!

I booked a flight about 8:00 p.m. on Sunday to fly out at 12:30 am on Tuesday for my brother's funeral. When I had not received a confirmation/ticket by 10:00 Monday morning I called Delta. They couldn't do anything because an outside site has the ticket and the airlines can't do anything. Delta had no information about the reservation I had made. It took me a long time to get Flight24's phone number [protected]-the airline gave it to me). I dialed for about 3 hrs. Their auto-answer would answer, say someone would be right with me, then they disconnected! Over and over and over! I finally got a real person about 1:30 p.m. She told me there was a problem with my credit card. Instead of calling me to correct it, they just didn't issue the ticket. I would have arrived at the airport at 12:30 a.m. with no ticket and I would have missed my brother's funeral. Since they had not yet charged my card, I canceled the flight and re-booked with Delta at a savings of $50. From now on, I will just book direct with the airline. I would never, ever use this site again!

I went through this website to find cheaper tickets. I should have realized it was a scam when the option for "insurance" was already clicked and you have to un-click it to avoid the extra charges. I started having a bad feeling about it instantly and checked my online banking. I saw two different pending charges for Air France and Lufthansa for $1 and $3 dollars consecutively. I called the company and either got a busy signal or was hung up on by the automated system. The automated system also kept making up numbers of callers "in line ahead of me". I then called my bank and cancelled my card. To which i received an email from Flights24.com, a few hours later, stating that the credit card I listed didn't work and I should call immediatly to reschedule my flights as I may lose the "great deal". Bull.

No custumer care, never issued my tickets! Never told me anything and I was left WITHOUT tickets.
They never answered any call, any e-mail.
This company is a scam! Do not use it! Do not be fooled by the prices!

I booked a flight and received a request confirmation. After that nothing. I managed to find an email address for them (service ...), but no phone no. and I was in a panic - because it is high season and I was looking for a continuation flight from BKK to Koh Samui. Any delay and no seats!

A day later I got a reply saying there was a problem with my address. I replied that it was indeed my adress, but after that nothing. I found a number on sitejabber tho and called. I'm in Cyprus (GMT-2 hrs) and I got a message about flights24 taking calls between 9 and 6 PST (ie, sometime during the night here). More panic. I sent them multiple emails marked urgent and containing several phone nos. at which they could reach me. Nothing. Finally I sent a nasty to them, said that they should not process any reservations for me and not to take my money - which included several high fees (like $68 for using a credit card - how else can you book on the Internet?).
