unauthorized withdrawal from checking account
These scammers advertised a "free" credit report, then charged my account $14.95. To add insult to injury they accessed my account the NEXT month and tried to bill me again, this time for NO service.I had to change my account and get my bank security involved. Do NOT deal with these people the operation is a SCAM and the people who are running it are CRIMINALS!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Unauthorized charge on bank account
In February, I was charged 14.99 for a service they said was free. I chalked it up to a learning experience. Then they charged me the same amount again this month. There is no way to contact them to cancel the service. This is a scam pure and simple.

Unauthorized debit charge for credit reports I never requested. I want my money back! They need to be taken into court for consumer fraud.
I tried to cancel an on going credit check from experian because I never received anything from them but they charged my credit card $16.95. How do I contact them or do I go to the better business bureau?

I was supposed to receive my credit report from Experian and never received anything but my account was charged $14.95. I tried to get thru to them for a refund but have not been succesful.Any suggestions?
Not only did they charge my card the $14.95 there was another charge for $29.00 that they stated the it was not from them. But the account information was the same. So in other words my account was hit twice. which makes me very mad! Because my account will be hit for the $29.00 until i can track down who to contact. How fair is that?
