warranty deception
Purchased an engine from this company, on phone was told it came with a 3 yr/ 36, 000 mile warranty on August 25th, 2015. The engine has a bad head gasket.
This company has more hoops/ loops/ and exceptions to there warranty than the three ring circus. Effectively, it eliminates the customers from having a warranty.
Check the internet consumer, check the BBB reports, check [redacted].
Then go somewhere else to buy your auto engine part. Or you will be like me; out $1330 for the engine, and $2000 for the initial labor, and now another $1000 to fix the defective head gasket.
Buyers Beware !
They delivered the worst engine
I bought used engine from the company got engines. They misled me. They took money and provided the worst engine. It was used, but after 3 days it simply stopped to work at all. I paid rather high price for this crap, and of course I wanted to change it or get money back, but these scammers refused to help me and stopped to communicate with me. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
I had to post again because they only loaded 1 picture instead all of them...Reading the above review, we can relate...we purchased a used Pontiac engine, they claimed it was in good working condition, only had 50, 000 miles, reassured us that the engine had been cleaned, compression had been checked... all in good working order. We got the engine, installed it and when we started the car, white smoke blew out and would not start again. We opened up the engine and found a cracked cylinder. We called to see what could be done, they stopped answering our calls, we called the bank to launch an investigation and obtain a refund, the bank long story short determined we could not do anything... we lost the money and they got away with it.
This business should not exist. Save your time and money, this place will only give you more problems.
