HI TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN MY NAME IS NICKY SATRA I HAVE A SEVEN YEAR OLD SON IAM on Dallas Housing I pay my rent on time I moved in on DEC.BUT THE DAY THAT I SUPPOSE TO BE MOVED IN THE MANGER HOLD MY KEYS SAYING THAT IT WASN T DONE EVERY SENSE I BEEN AT THIS LOCATION IVE BEEN HAVING ALOT OF PROBLEMS IN THIS APARTMENT FIRST GOES TO SAY IVE ASKED FOR A TRANSFER BECAUSE I HAVE HAD PEOPLE COMING INTO MY HOUSE WHEN IAM GONE IN THERE TAKING MY FOOD MISSING WITH MY ALARM SYSTEM IN TAKING DOG FOOD IN ETC. I GO INTO THE OFFICE TO LET THE MANGER NO IN ALL I GET IS UR CRAZY A PERSON KNOWS HOW THEY PUT THINGS IN THERE HOUSE THERE ALSO HAVE BEEN PEOPLE JUMPIN OVER THE PATO A MANTAINCE MAN ALMOST GOT FIRED FOR LETTING ME NO THAT THE DOORS WAS NO CHANGED FROM THE FIRST TIME I MOVED IN I BEEN ASKING EVERY SENCE FEB FOR MY LOCKS TO BE CHANGED THEY JUST GOT IT DONE IN JUNE ARE JULY THE POLICE EVEN SAID THE SAMETHING IAM NOT GETTING HELP FROM ANYONE IN THE OFFICE THEY SIT TERE IN TELL EVERYONE ABOUT UR PROBLEMS THAT PEOPLE HAVE IN THERE HOME I EVEN HAD MY AUNT IN UNCLE COME IN SEE IF THEY WOULD SEE THE SAMETHING IN ME IN MY SON HAVE CAME HOME IN THE DOORS WAS UNLOCKED IN WE NOW THAT
I HAD LOCKED THEM WHEN I LEFT THEY HAVE ALOT OF PEOPLE WORKING IN TE OFFICE WERE THE MASTER KEY IS WERE ANYONE COULD GET THEM

Irresponsible
Hidden Ridge is the worst ever apartment to live in - Would anyone believe that the residents here were living WITHOUT any water for more than 36 hours as of now - NO WATER ATALL and there was no notice given - When asked they don't have an ETA - Pathetic situation here, although the funniest part is that they have their water fountain left open (attraction for the prospective tenents), when there is no Water to Drink, Clean - they manage to turn on the pipes for attraction - WATER BILLS although is on an average $60 per household -

I have lived there for five months and a water main broke in June of 2011 and there was no water for almost two days until they got it fixed. The machines in the laundry facility are always broken, their "entry" not SECURITY gate has never worked since I have been living here and I just had my new truck broken into which I believe would not have happened if the entry gates were operational. When I went to complain they were not concerned and stated that it was not thier responsibility and I could talk with their regional manager who I have not been able to get ahold of for two days. The dumpsters are always overflowing and garbage is thrown on the ground next to the dumpster making the grounds look dirty. The maintenance staff is great when they do respond to fix things but I believe they are overwhelmed with to many maintenance calls as I have had a leak in my roof since I moved there, and when I went in to report it four months ago they said it only leaked when it rained so it should be ok because it does not rain to much. Overall I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
