Install
They had a bad attitude from the moment they walked in and it got worse. By the time 3pm hit it got worse. I have tried to resolve with the company to have them laugh at me and deny anything happened. They used my breakers and electrical covers to install. Chipped, scratched the ceiling. One unit is very off from side to side. Now they make a noise when...

Choice Home Warranty is a scam when it comes to big ticket items. This is crazy! However I had two compressors over a two week period with a short to ground problem. This means the compressors needed to be replaced. Choice denied both claims stating that it was due to lack of maintenance. I had the maintenance invoice that was done the previous summer... The HVAC company stated on the inspection form that the units seemed to be very clean and well taken care of. That it was just due to age and wear and tear over the years. Normal failure! I sent the invoice that stated the maintenance was done and they have denied 5 times that I sent it. They speak very nice words and give me a free service which cost them about $25... They refuse to take care of the units in any way form or fashion. I am very interested in being a part of a class action suit against this company... Sorry for I am not vindictive in any way. However I want to sue their ### for this one! Anyone interested?

Appointment Requirements
I made a request for quote for new ac and furnace through Home Depot and this is the company they set me up with. 2 weeks later ARS called to confirm the appointment and 30 minutes later I got a call telling me that they couldn't do the consultation until my husband could be present. I find this to be not only ridiculous, but sexist and offensive. Once the manager Gary got on the phone, 3-way with Home Depot, he went further to say that it is company policy for the husband to be present because otherwise "they get too many calls with questions". This is the 4th hvac contractor that I was to meet with and no others made the request that my husband be present. By the tone of the manager, I have no doubt that if a male had made an appointment request, they wouldn't require his wife to be there. Again, I find this requirement to be sexist and extremely offensive.
After doing a little research on this company I found that they have only received 1 star across the board on Yelp, 25 complaints with BBB in the past 3 years, 12 of those were in the last 12 months, 17/25 complaints were with products/service. They have also received 12 complaints on the /link removed/. I also found that they are not NATE certified...pretty standard for hvac contractors. I find it hard to believe that this is the partner that Home Depot chose for Denver. Either Home Depot doesn't do their research or they just don't care. This has really changed my opinion of Home Depot.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i paid 30.00 for an answer telling me where i could get a top for my heat pump from one of their EXPERT'S on answering question's and received no answer and no one will answer me on cancelling my payment...this is a big scam and i know i was stupid for using them. i will know better next time...

Stole my money
I paid this company $8000 to replace hvac unit. It took them 6 months to do the job, pulled a permit 2 months after starting the job, never had it inspected and now that I want to sell the house they told me to get another company to pull a permit and have it inspected. Do not use this company if you want the job done efficiently and inspected.
