Kgbdeals.com I would never use their service again

I bought a deal for house cleaning First Choice Maids I should have checked on YELP SAN DIEGO before buying this deal ALL (but 2-could be family) were horrible- one star. KGB refused to give me my money back because they stated I USED the coupon, duh...of course I used it I bought it- they STATED 3 hours o cleaning. After my experience (below) they didnt give me my money back which is stupid since I literally have spend hundreds and would have continued to do so, it seems they will sell you ANYTHING as long as they make a buck-once they get their money they dont care how the service they sold was or their false advertising on the service.

DONT USE THIS SERVICE VIA KGB DEALS-Very unprofessional, terrible job- actually the short list I had for her to do in my small place was not even done. Notes: 3 hours voucher 158.00 value- stated. Clean bathrooms thoroughly (2) master bedroom -tub, shower doors, floors walls, ors MAIN focus. Floors dining room/kitchen/ microwave/toaster oven, sink, counter top cleaned. Sliding glass doors clean.

We look forward to a 100% service satisfaction guaranteed is their motto-this alone is false advertising. If he sent someone ELSE in to do the job that had professional products and had experience that would be fine but the owner wanted to give me a discount to have someone come back to do the job that was never done in the first place- the only motto should be YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I got a "deal from KGB" 59.00, but it wasnt even 59.00 worth of cleaning!

1.I DID NOT CHECK ANYTHING UNTIL SHE LEFT (IM not a babysitter), I figured she was here for 3 hours so I didnt need to check on anything prior to her leaving. I even gave her a 20.00 tip thinking she did twork she wasI hired her to do. But when I walked in the kitchen barefoot- there were crumbs on the bottom of my feet, so I looked in the corners all the dirt was still there also dirt still in the corner of the dining room (I have a small dining/kitchen area it should have been spotless). I am not sure if she lightly broomed or if she washed the floors which is what was needed.

2. Bathroom shower doors not cleaned =she told me she gets inexpensive products at Target rather then PROFESSIONAL CLEANING products because the owner wont pay for them like MERRY MAIDS (now thats a professional service)
Wall inside tub not clean-silver rim around tub not clean, inside toilet not cleaned

3. She never went into the second bathroom

4. Kitchen sink she cleaned 1/2 the sink - she never even picked up the rubber mat on the other side which was the dirty side

6. She cleaned the glass part of the toaster oven but not the dirty part which was inside- and on the side and crumbs still under toaster-so nothing was moved!

Bottom line other then the bath-tub- everything looks the same

The owner came over and saw for himself first hand the dirt on the floors, how with my fingernail I can easily scrap off soapscum in the tub wall, how the 2nd bathroom was never gone into. All he offered was a DISCOUNT to have somene else come back! I would never use their service again.

Don't buy vouchers from KGB Deals: most of the times they don't work. I got a voucher for 2 night in a hotel and I'm still here waiting that KGB solve the problem because my code and my name don't appear in the hotel list. My girlfriend had the same problem.

DON'T BUY VOUCHER FROM KGB.

I ordered a package of bras. They took a very LONG time to arrive and when they did, they were not the size I ordered. KGB deals said they would take care of it and they did absolutely NOTHING! So I am out my money... awful company to deal with and by the looks of all the other reviews I am not the only one who thinks so...

I purchased 2 deals in July 2012. The first vendor never provided the merchandise and the second vendor was full of excuses and then stopped responding to my emails. I filed complaints with the BBB and got a refund for the first deal in October 2012. I'm still waiting to hear back on the second complaint. Talk about the runaround. Worst customer service have ever seen.

Terrible terrible company. This is a review for the travel 'scam' deal that they keep putting out. It is Orlando or LasVegas for $100 for 2 people. They have put this deal from this company 6 times and the company is a scam. KGB refuses to take responsibility and 1000s have lost their money. Their customer service is $#*!. NEVER buy anything from them.

Wish I would have read all these before purchasing what I thought was a great deal! Asked for a refund and the 2 day window that they will "get back to you" has since come and gone. Another email was sent, no response. I am going to attempt to use my voucher, and i'm already dreading it, as I know I'll have problems! STAY FAR AWAY!

This site sucks. I paid for a deal and the coupon voucher doesn't work. There email states they get back to you within two business days. It's been a whole week and no response. I even emailed them again 2x and nothing! SCAM do not trust! I should have read all the other reviews before ever purchasing! No wonder they don't get back to you, can you imagine the thousands of angry buyers that email them?

I HATE KGB DEALS. Customer service is non-existent! The deal I purchased didn't work, the dining card a scam and then they said I used the movie vouchers when I didn't. It was a disaster. I asked for a refund 3 months ago. What a scam. I don't care its only 23bucks, its the principle of the matter. Thats my money, the coupon was a scam and couldn't be used. Definitely do not recommend KGB deals.

I have same experience. Vouchers are not able to redeemed on 7/6/13. Two voucher was purchase on 5/29/12, and expires date is 6/5/14. Do not trust KGB Deals!

WHEN I LOOKED UP THE COMPLAINTS ON YELP IN san francisco- san diego-orange county- there were so many company complaints against first choice maids aka pacifica cleaning group that kgb should have done the fair thing and given a credt at least- everyone cant be wrong!

Do NOT book the next stage promotions deals! They never email you to book the flight and KGB will not refund you after 7 days! What a rip off! Stay away from this site!

2 months after my last purchase, still no product received only endless promises to contact the merchant. Today I've sent them a final message requesting either a shipping tracking number or refund, or I will do a charge-back. Wonder how it will go with redeeming the Vegas vacation coupon I purchased several months ago.

I'd like to shout from the rooftops to NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KGB DEALS! This is the last deal I will ever buy from them. They have the worst service I have ever experienced from any deal site ever. They will NOT refund your money (or even give you an account credit) if a merchant goes south on you and does not honor the deal, or if they merchant won't return your calls trying to make an appointment, etc. You can't talk to a human and you will get stall after stall, week after week, and never get results. Keep your business with Groupon, Living Social, Deal Chicken, Eversave, Enamor, Voice Daily Deals or Local Dines -- all of them are reputable companies, but KGB DEALS IS THE WORST DEAL SITE ON EARTH!

Thats right, I purchased 4 different items from KGB Deals and 3 of them never were delivered! I finally got a refund for 1 item but as for the other 2, no. I have asked multiple times to get refunded but they assure me that the items are being shipped. When I asked for a tracking number, they said they didn't provide one for that specific order but when I kept emailing about how I still hadn't received the item, miraculously they were able to muster one up and said the delivery was received. Pretty much calling me a liar because I still did not get it. Maybe theres a package stealing fairy because there is no reason for me to lie about a package not shipped. I want nothing to do with this KGB Deals and will pass along this awful experience! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am waiting for my order from Kapello. I actually purchased 3 from them in early November, 2011 since i was so excited about the deal and reviews. I have recieved my last two orders after emailing them a few times but have yet to recieve my first order. Finally, today I attempt to try to resolve the issue by asking kgbdeals for help. KEISHA responded she could not find my e-mail or voucher on record. RED FLAG goes up because i had used my email to log in and get the voucher code for reference to my complaint. Still signed in with my email.i copy and send the voucher link and she still says its not on record when i'm staring at myvoucher on their website. Both times she wrote me and referred to me as MARY, when email and voucher clearly state my name. She said she personally searched for my email and voucher and cannot find it on record but how am i to believe she even tried if she didn't even read my name right. She continued on to tell me to contact them "if" i need further assistance! Well duh! It's not resolved yet. When i responded for a third timecorrecting my name and stating i don't understand how its possible if I myself am logged in with that email and viewing the voucher. I asked if the link i sent work and went on giving my username and contact number. She obviously was over it because the next response was a geneic e-mail "thank you for your feedback blah blah blah BS!" I've made 4 purchases from their website and had trouble with 3/4. Never again kgbdeals. I'm sticking with groupon and living social. The only other time i had a prob was one of livinvsocial vendor closed down before the exp. Date. I called livingsocial, they apologized and refunded me immediately case was settled in less than 5 min. Now thats customer service that keeps me loyal. LEARN FROM THEM KGBDEALS.,

Horrendous, purchased Christmas gift for our daughter, Just a box of hair chalks, but total price £15.00. It stated to allow 16 days delivery, we ordered in November so no worries there Christmas was almost a month away. December came & left. Also there was no voucher to redeem, its called an immediate purchase so money was taken immediately & delivery of good on way (so it said). End of January no gift, no refund, no care or consideration from KGB, cant even find phone numbers to contact them on. Emails have ludicrously staged automatic replies then you choose another option, automated reply again, notice you have 2 ref numbers on go & cancel. Case closed can be reopened within 31 days. I am still trying, my aim is to collaborate & take information to Police, it must surely be internet fraud & a fraudulent site with fraudulent intentions. :( Disgracefully the Chalks offer has been on sale again. Ive contacted the seller, kgb - not even a reply from the seller. No options to track, no delivery ref etc. HORRENDOUS & STILL TRYING TO GET REFUND! 22.01.2013

Yes, this was absolutely a total rip off. I am extremely disappointed that I fell for this. I am getting no response from kgbdeals and this is what I get when I try to redeem my voucher: nextstagecompanies.com expired on 12/30/2012 and is pending renewal or deletion.
Shame on kgbdeals for trying to get money by defrauding customers. Well, they can keep my $99, but not my business. I will no longer use them and will warn everyone to stay away from them.

Kgbdeals.com Most of my emails are NEVER even answered

I have spent lots of money on this site and was not able to redeem many of the vouchers. Some of the places were out of business and some of them expired. I’ve never had a problem with any of the other coupon sites with receiving credit for further purchases or at times a full refund under such circumstances like when a place wont accept the voucher or is no longer in business. They clearly state in their policy on their site that this is the case and this is the only reason that i bought as many vouchers as i did. (I forgot to mention that a couple of the vouchers didnt even show up and i was double charged for 2 vouchers on a couple of occasions.) I have been emailing them trying to chase down my money for over a year now.

Most of my emails are NEVER even answered . Only 2 have been and i was told the same empty promise that the credit would be returned to my account on the site as KGB cash which i looked for almost daily and NONE of it ever showed up. They owe me a total of $122.00 all together. I have nothing to show for it. Why they would want to repeatedly aggravate their customers and waste their time and energy by even bothering to state in the first place that they would refund the credit in such circumstances is because they know that no one would bother to spend money at this site and chance losing it when all the OTHER coupon sites arent so risky and actually answer your email concerns. Showing all the red flag signs of a scam – they still have the nerve to tell you what you want to hear and you’ll never see a penny. ( such as the email above by a KGB staffer) why did he even bother to any us even further knowing that they wont give us a damn thing to show for the money we’ve spent. Do they not care about all the complaints hindering their site income? Maybe they’re just a quickie drive-by rip-off.I’m very disgusted and hope they get their karma for all the people who’s money they took that have nothing to show for it. Bogus (KGB) name too-I should’ve known. After this they’ll probably scam under another name from whatever shady location they REALLY operate from!

Do not buy from KGB deals! If you buy something and have an issue, there is NO customer service. And I mean NONE. They do not respond to emails. They don't answer their phone. Note: The phone number is no longer available on their website. You might as well just rip up your money and throw it away because that is what you are doing when you buy from this website!

I purchased an item from kgb deals and it wasn't what was advertised. After disputing the purchase twice, I was given a refund...in credit on the kgb deals site. I would rather never have to do business with these people or the scammers they represent. Don't let it happen to you!

Awful, awful, awful. I purchased a deal based upon my travels, and after planning my day and taking a metro the location was CLOSED. I purchased the deal only 2 days prior. Such a rip off.

I purchased a storage box from KGB on 28th September, 2014, it is now 17 th December, 2014. After several emails and telephone calls/conversations of being informed the product is on the way, I am still waiting for the storage box which cost £39.99 plus £7.99 for delivery! Appalling service, please don't ever purchased from KGB and spread the word. I have now written a formal complaint letter, sent recorded delivery, not had a response yet!

I had purchased a promotional offer through kgbdeals.com for Brexton hotels in Baltimore Md. The problem I encountered, is after purchasing the promotional offer, I tried to book a reservation with the hotel. The hotel informed me, that these type of promotions could only be booked through their manager, who works between the hrs. of 9am - 5 pm, "please call back. I called back the very next day and between the 9am - 5pm hrs, that I instructed to do. The receptionist at the hotel, this time told me that these type of reservations could only be booked through e-mail or leaving a message for the manager and refused to put the manager on the phone. So, I politely took the managers e-mail and sent him a message with the dates I had in mind, which I was planning 3 months a head of schedule. First reply back, (which was within 24hrs, not bad for response time, after working out all the bugs, which were not disclosed when purchasing this voucher), their was no availability for my first choice. It turned out there was no availability for my next two choices either. So, after several e-mail, I decided to ask for a refund from kgb, which they did comply, after my explanation of the events that took place and how difficult it was to book reservations at this hotel with very limited availability for these promotional programs, they (kgb) provided me with a full refund, but this may of happened because I purchased this voucher with pay pal...if you get anything out of this little excerpt, only purchase these type of things with pay pal, it seems like pay pal has allot of purchasing power and verification.

Kgbdeals.com I will not be buying through KGB in the future

I'm a big web user and a web designer so I have a lot of understanding when it comes to the web. Although I had not heard of KGB Deals before I gave it a try when I found a deal on slickdeals for a New Years Eve party. We had purchased the tickets a few days before 12/31. We had instructions to redeem them on the website to essentially "reserve" our slot. I got the email with our vouchers (we bought 4 all together) and below that were instructions. First off, the link for the page to redeem them was incorrect in our email we received. Then when I figured out the page on the venue's website and followed the instructions step by step they were not working. We tried getting someone on the phone. We were told to use the voucher code as a "coupon". From Thursday evening until Friday evening at 7pm we were probably on the phone 5-6 hours all together. It get complicated when you have 1. the site you bought the deal on 2. the website of the place you're using this coupon 3. any third parties involved with either. We called, KGB deals several times. I also submitted emails many times and no response (until after new years eve, which doesn't help). We finally ended up calling the developers of the site of the venue, and THEY helped us out. I cannot tell you how many people we spoke with before we finally found SOMEONE who COULD help us. A word of advice for KGB deals and any business that decides to do something like this: If you're going to make instructions for users, make sure they actually work. And although we ended up getting everything settled, it took way too much time and I would have rather spent more money on the party tickets than waste my time on the phone. I will not be buying through KGB in the future, for now I'll stick with Groupon.
