Jacket, not delivered for 3 months
On August 5, 2022 I purchased a Fleece Zip Front Hoodie, size XL for $39.99, from King Size. It was meant to be a birthday present for my husband. At the end of August I was informed by King Size that it would be delayed as the item was all of the sudden out of stock. When I ordered it was "in stock". I was not given a new delivery date. I placed an order 14 days ago and it has not even been processed yet, they say the order will arrive within 7 to 14 business days, yet they will not let me cancel the order.
I called and requested that the order be cancelled and they said it "can't be cancelled because it was in the process of being processed".
It makes no sense that they will not cancel the order when they Know they cannot fulfill their guarantee delivery date.

I received a swim suit 5x which cost me $24, 99 + 7 to 8 dollars for shipping and handling, I received the trunks and they did not fit they were to big less than 4" from my ankles so I returned them and check for a replacement pair everything was out of stock blues reds purples blacks so I went locally and got a pair. My refund was short $7.50 charge the return on an item that didn't fit and they had no replacement for it. They made more than 50% in costs to me for there problem. I cancelled my account with them. Buyers stay away from this company if they tell you it is a sale it is not the prices are the same all year round no 26% to 50% off it is an all out lie!
PS MY refund that I received was for only $17.49 not $24.99
No the return was pre paid this was for an unknown charge to restock {shipping was paid pror to ship order]
clothing size
I'm a big guy, 6'4", 290 or so pounds. I wanted some loose clothing, and so they had sizes up to 10xl which seems nice at first. I am a 3xl t-shirt size and a 44 or 46 waist size depending on the maker. The shirt sizes are nice and have no complaints about them, but I ordered 46 waist pants so I knew they would fit me. I had to squeeze myself into these pants, where as I can almost get pants from anywhere else at that same waist and they're somewhat loose. I put these pants on, and due to the tightness everywhere from thigh to ankle (waist was ironically an ok fit) it was difficult for me to even life my leg to go up a single step. They really need to work on the room that they give you for their pants, because I even asked for relaxed fit, and they were definitely not relaxed. But like I said before, if you want to buy socks or any type of top wear, it's probably the best place to go. But being a guy who has problems finding any clothes, I feel almost embarrassed to order there ever again.

I bought men's belts from King Size that were advertised as leather belts. After about 6 months the belt developed a twist that remained and could not be removed. One day I flipped the belt over to discover it was made of "bonded leather" which is not full leather but scraps of leather bonded together with a glue then rolled out in a sheet and applied as a skin layer to a chemical strip.
The belt should not be advertised as a leather belt as we know it but bonded leather which by the way is stamped on the back. This would apply to coats and furniture, as their is bonded leather coats and furniture, which cost much less then a 100% leather product but usually develop early wear problems.
I hope in the future King size will advertise bonded leather products as bonded leather products which can go as low as containing only 17% of actual leather being used in the product. If I would have know the belt was bonded leather I never would have purchased it.
If you paid with a credit card, their clothing will be the least of your problems. They give your information to a company called redcat that charges your credit card each month for $12.99 for absoluteley no reason at all. Then if you are like me and refuse to pay the monthly charge, they turn you over to a collection agency that harasses you and your family with the constant phone calls. It is a night mare. And I don't know what to do about it. So good luck, you will need it.
unartherized charing credit card
Placed order on 9/4/09 I had received the order had several item that were defective and two were sent wrong size. I called them up told me they would fix the problem I knew I had to pay return ship and shipping back to me. I sent them item ups I paid for them to be shipped back. Call when seen that items were received the items they said items would be shipped out that day all was in order for the return. Next day got a notice from my bank that was over drawn looked and found out was charged 49.08 on 9/13/09 from king size I called them up and they told me it was there police to re charge the item that I returned and they would give a refund. I did not give them the ok to do this charge I was not told of this charge. I told them that I did not ok the charge. They told me that if I place an order with them that they have to right to charge me credit card any time they want and that they could add more charges on there if I did not quit complaining and that they give refund when they feel like it and it could take month and if they felt like it years to get my refund. Went next day to bank and put hold on the card so they could not do anymore charges on this card. They said that refunds could still be done to the card. I have still not gotten a refund for the items they charged me for. And the two time I call them about it they told me that they would do when they felt like it and got hung up on.
